HÀftigt Àr det enda sÀttet att beskriva "Sea Zen", den nya hem ligger bredvid Rosemary Beach och bara 150 yards till stranden. Efter en dag pÄ stranden koppla av i din egen 18 x 36 uppvÀrmd pool omgiven av tropiska landskap. LÄt barnen simma medan du grillar middag bredvid den privata poolen.

Alla kan sprida ut i de sex stora sovrum, fem badrum, plus en hÄla med en bÀddsoffa, dÀr barnen kan hÀnga ut i sitt eget utrymme. Det finns platt-TV i alla sovrum och vardagsrum, gourmet kök har en Viking gasspis med gott om plats pÄ bÀnken.

NedervÄningen finns 3 kung sovrum. PÄ övervÄningen finns en kung sovrum och ett sovrum med en drottning sÀng och en dubbel bÀddsoffa. VÄr vÄningssÀng rum har fyra vÄningssÀngar sova 8 personer och en bÀddsoffa, det finns ocksÄ en drottning bÀddsoffa i första vÄningen barnens mediarum.

Alla kan njuta av en mÄltid tillsammans med en stor 10 fot matbord sittplatser 12, plus en stor frukost bar för sex. Du kommer att njuta av den öppna planlösningen pÄ övervÄningen, med 2 öppna vardagsrum, kök och matsal med vidstrÀckt utsikt över bukten.
4-personers laglig golfkarta finns att hyra $ 250 varje vecka.

Great house!! Lots of room and short walk to the beach and into Rosemary. The kids loved the spacious bunk room! We have always stayed in Rosemary but became Inlet beach fans during our stay. The beach was not crowded at all which was so nice!

This house was amazing for my bachelorette trip we had the best time! The property owner was so responsive and helpful, Ross made this stay so enjoyable. Huge standouts were the large tables that could fit our group all together for eating dinners, a quick walk to the beach with chairs and umbrellas set up on our arrival, and a great outdoor space to enjoy the sun in! To make things even better the beds were all so comfy and plenty of towels for everyone to use! Couldn’t recommend this house more, I will definitely be rebooking for future trips!

We would come back again and again! Ross’ house is everything we could have wished for. Very accommodating on all levels from the amazing backyard to the spaces throughout the house. Plenty of room for all of us! The bunk room was beyond for our grandchildren. They loved their own private cool space!

Band Tour

Wonderful stay at a fantastic house!! In town for our adult kids’ band tour. Surprise engagement on the beach!!! So many memories!! Cannot wait to return!!Minor issues due to lightning storm that Ross, owner, promptly took care of. House well stocked. Pool area very relaxing. Comfortable beds.

Great Location with Lots of Space

We had a great time during our stay. The house is in the best location in 30A with easy walking to both the beach and Rosemary Beach town area. We felt extremely safe and were able to relax the whole time. The pool was heated which made it perfect for a spring getaway. The house is also huge so we also had more room than we even thought we would need. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Great family vacation

Great house for our family vacation. The home was clean and had the perfect lay out for our needs. It was a couple of minutes from the beach and a 10 minute walk in to town. Perfect location! Ross was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The only negative thing is that the WiFi was not great unless you were on the main floor. It would have been nice to have WiFi outside around the pool but it was a minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again.

An Outstanding Holiday House

We spent the Thanksgiving holidays at this property and had a great time. The house is spacious, close to the beach, and comes equipped with most everything you will need i.e. highchairs, many kitchen pots and pans, wine openers, etc.

Beautiful Property & Prime Location!

We stayed here for our girls trip and I cannot stress enough how important location/proximity to the beach and space/comfort was for us - and this property does not disappoint! It’s beautiful, functional and walking distance to both the beach and downtown Rosemary area. Highly recommend!!

Fabulous Rosemary Beach home

This is a wonderful vacation home for a large family gathering. The house was spacious, beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It’s a short walk to the beach and walking to the town along 30A was under a mile
an easy 15-20 min walk!

Awesome beach house

This house was perfect for our family of 19. We had plenty of room and everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The backyard/pool area is beautiful and a perfect place to come after a day at the beach. Host is very nice and easy to communicate with!

Great Stay

The house was perfect. Pool set up in backyard with grill was a great place to relax after all day on the beach. Property owner was super responsive and helpful. Place is a very short walk to the beach. Everything was awesome. We had 19 people and fit perfectly.
