Häftigt är det enda sättet att beskriva "Sea Zen", den nya hem ligger bredvid Rosemary Beach och bara 150 yards till stranden. Efter en dag på stranden koppla av i din egen 18 x 36 uppvärmd pool omgiven av tropiska landskap. Låt barnen simma medan du grillar middag bredvid den privata poolen.

Alla kan sprida ut i de sex stora sovrum, fem badrum, plus en håla med en bäddsoffa, där barnen kan hänga ut i sitt eget utrymme. Det finns platt-TV i alla sovrum och vardagsrum, gourmet kök har en Viking gasspis med gott om plats på bänken.

Nedervåningen finns 3 kung sovrum. På övervåningen finns en kung sovrum och ett sovrum med en drottning säng och en dubbel bäddsoffa. Vår våningssäng rum har fyra våningssängar sova 8 personer och en bäddsoffa, det finns också en drottning bäddsoffa i första våningen barnens mediarum.

Alla kan njuta av en måltid tillsammans med en stor 10 fot matbord sittplatser 12, plus en stor frukost bar för sex. Du kommer att njuta av den öppna planlösningen på övervåningen, med 2 öppna vardagsrum, kök och matsal med vidsträckt utsikt över bukten.
4-personers laglig golfkarta finns att hyra $ 250 varje vecka.

Great Location with Lots of Space

We had a great time during our stay. The house is in the best location in 30A with easy walking to both the beach and Rosemary Beach town area. We felt extremely safe and were able to relax the whole time. The pool was heated which made it perfect for a spring getaway. The house is also huge so we also had more room than we even thought we would need. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

Great family vacation

Great house for our family vacation. The home was clean and had the perfect lay out for our needs. It was a couple of minutes from the beach and a 10 minute walk in to town. Perfect location! Ross was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The only negative thing is that the WiFi was not great unless you were on the main floor. It would have been nice to have WiFi outside around the pool but it was a minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for our girls trip and I cannot stress enough how important location/proximity to the beach and space/comfort was for us - and this property does not disappoint! It’s beautiful, functional and walking distance to both the beach and downtown Rosemary area. Highly recommend!!

Fabulous Rosemary Beach home

This is a wonderful vacation home for a large family gathering. The house was spacious, beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It’s a short walk to the beach and walking to the town along 30A was under a mile…an easy 15-20 min walk!

What a house!

This house is totally amazing! It was important to us to all 14 be able to be comfortable and spread out in a main room. This room was that and so much more with the open kitchen and huge breakfast room all in an open feel with the main room. The backyard was spectacular. We will definitely come back to this house. Ross was great in communication to us and took very good care of us

Great Stay

The house was perfect. Pool set up in backyard with grill was a great place to relax after all day on the beach. Property owner was super responsive and helpful. Place is a very short walk to the beach. Everything was awesome. We had 19 people and fit perfectly.

Great place, close to the beach

This house was perfect for our two families (including 7 children). The location was great -- very close to the beach and also walkable to all the Rosemary attractions. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space and we all loved the pool and playing cornhole in the backyard. Ross was very communicative and great to work with. We definitely want to stay here again.

Amazing house!

Overall we really enjoyed staying here! We had 14 girls, and the house was more than enough in terms of size and beds. The kitchen and porches provided the best spots for hanging out. The beach was about a 5 minute walk which is very convenient for the area, where most houses are much farther from the beach. The pool was great too!

Beautiful house

The floor plan of this house was so accommodating to our larger family! The bunk room for the kids was awesome and they loved it! It was furnished beautifully and we loved the kitchen! The pool was so refreshing after enjoying the beach! We enjoyed the patios and the owner responded promptly to all our questions and needs! It made our vacation so enjoyable and memorable!!!
