Var en av de första att njuta av detta nyligen listade vackra hem med Gulf-åtkomstkanaler på två sidor.

Rymligt vardagsrum, matsal och kök. Det finns en 65 ”TV i vardagsrummet. Sovrummet har en TV. Båda har Roku, Netflix och lokala spektrumkanaler (Internet-TV). Har höghastighetsinternet. DVD-spelare och DVD-skivor finns tillgängliga. Stor bokhylla med böcker att läsa.

Sovrummet har en king-size sömn nummer säng. 2: a sovrummet har en dubbelsäng.

Det finns en tvättstuga med fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Stort bekväma däck och docka med badbassäng och grill. Det finns gott om sittplatser för vänner och familj med en kajak och paddelbräda tillgängliga för användning. Det finns en docka för din båt mot en extra kostnad. Den har en 30-amp elektrisk strömförsörjning och vatten är också tillgängligt.

Beläget nära några fantastiska golfstränder inklusive Caladesi Island som har rankats som # 1 stranden i Amerika. I närheten av Sun West Park är också en vårfodrad sjöaktivitetscentrum med en fantastisk strand och massor av rekreationsmöjligheter.

Awesome all the Way Around

Whether we were sitting outside enjoying the view or sitting inside watching something on Netflix, we were relaxing. Loved the openness of the main living area. I could prepare a meal while still be included in the conversation. Communication with our hosts was always handled in a timely fashion. I do miss my bird friends. They gave me the opportunity to capture some nest photos.

Wonderful time

We enjoyed a wonderful month at this house. The views are great and it's so quiet. We hated to leave. The property manager was great and very responsive any time we reached out. Would highly recommend.

Love the mermaid house

The house was great. The view was incredible. Lots of birds came to visit and we even spotted a dolphin playing in the canal. We loved the swim spa! Great location. Would highly recommend!

Lovely home and location

Lovely house. Very comfortable and well stocked. Really enjoyed the swim spa. I'm recovering from a broken shoulder and shattered patella and bought some foam water weights to do PT in the spa. So much more fun in the water.

Wedding trip

We were in town for a wedding. Great location, convenient to everything. Didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities of the house due to weather and time constraints, but hope to stay here again in the future. Communication with management was excellent. Overall a good experience.

Mermaid has been our home since 2016. We have a sailing catamaran called DAME which is a play on our names together. She is moored on the property while we are away awaiting our next adventure on her. We love to travel and found ourselves with an opportunity to be in New Zealand for a year. We have cruised the Bahamas.

We bought an RV and are now "land cruising". In the summer of 2024 we did a trip from Florida to Canada and Alaska. What an adventure.

We chose this home due to its location and quick access to the Gulf. We both believe that homes die when empty and want to share our beautiful home with our guests. Hudson is a wonderful Gulf front community offering many amenities with a beach atmosphere, boating, fishing and waterfront restaurants.

We were lucky to befriend Don Himes who is managing our property for VRBO. Don has been managing VRBO's in Hudson since 2014 and is also an officer of the local Hudson Beach Yacht Club. He has a 4.9 out of 5-star rating and understands what people want.

Our hope is that you enjoy our home and the community.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We are long time sailors who wanted a home on the Gulf with easy access to same.

It's location at the corner of two canals, one of which is the main access to the Gulf was ideal.

Hudson is a great little town on the Gulf that's not too touristy but close enough to major attractions to be an excellent base of operations.
