Cold water. Very low lighting. Unable to adjust thermostat. Could not override autosetting.

There was some kind of automatic setting on thermostat we could not override. Was 63* in house in morning. Air conditioner on all night. There were no blankets in house. We used bedding from unused bed and bath towels for warmth. It took very, very long time to get warm water to bathrooms. Never got hot water. Overall, not a happy experience.

Cozy home, perfect location

The owner did such a great job with this property in terms of styling, amenities and thoughtful touches. The home was clean, comfortable, safe and exceeded my expectations. The record player was a hit as well as the game table and miniature video game. The location was perfect for exploring Jerome, Cottonwood and surrounding areas. Thank you!

Enjoyable stay. Nice, clean, and comfy.

A visit to see my sister and brother-in-law in Tuscon. We stayed here to break up a trip to see the Grand Canyon for the first time. And the Red Rocks in Sedona area. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed a hike along the Verde river.

Adorable home

The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. My friends and I loved the front area with the bistro lights and picnic tables. We will definitely be staying here again!

Cottonwood

I gave this property 5 stars because it deserved it in every way. The interior has recently been renovated, very clean and neat and the beds were very comfortable. Right across the street is a trail that goes along a small river, the trail is perfect for running or walking. The owner always replied quickly to questions.

Two couples visiting Cottonwood, Jerome & Clarksde

Spotless, cozy, beautifully updated home! Thoughtful touches. Baskets of towels in each bedroom. Shampoo, conditioner and bath soap in each tiled shower. Laundry supplies. Coffee & tea and Valentines sweets. The four of had a great time playing cards at the kitchen booth while listening to the vinyl records. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

House near the river

We loved our stay in Kirsten's house. It was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and directly across from Cottonwood Creek and the Verde River. The hiking trail along the river was very nice. We loved our stay.

I grew up and still split my time between California and Arizona. Cottonwood and the Verde River are a magical area full of life and constant flow. We love kayaking and fishing and hiking and enjoying the restaurants downtown.
