BelÀget pÄ nedre sluttningarna av Nevada Kingsbury Grade ligger detta rymliga hem undanstoppad bland trÀden, men tvÄ enkla mil bort frÄn Heavenly Mountain Gondola och South Shore nattliv.
Renoverat 2013, har detta 3 sovrum / 2 badrum fastigheter stora öppna vardagsrum, ett vackert nytt kök och nya golv i hela. Det rymliga köket med bÀnkskivor i granit och apparater av rostfritt stÄl ger det perfekta utrymmet för att samla för en mÄltid med vÀnner och familj. Koppla av i vardagsrummet med storbilds-tv eller spela ett spel med pool pÄ loftet.
Det första sovrummet har en kudde topp queen madrass. Det andra sovrummet har en drottning och dubbelsÀng. Det stora sovrummet har tvÄ queen size-sÀngar och ett eget badrum.
Denna Tahoe Lodge passar rÀkningen om du vill trÀffa sluttningarna pÄ Heavenly Mountain, vandra, cykla eller besöka Lake Tahoe natursköna strÀnder.


Occupancy regler:
1. Per lÀnsregler: Bröllop Àr INTE tillÄtet av nÄgon typ eller storlek, pÄ fastigheten eller i huset. Du kommer att stÀngas omedelbart och kommer att förlora depositionen och kommer att bli föremÄl för mer böter.
2. Du fÄr bara 10 personer nÀr som helst i huset. Detta inkluderar alla middagar eller sammankomster du kan ha.

Our friend group stayed here for The Hangar’s beer fest in the beginning of August and it was a convenient location! It was a ten min drive to the hangar and less than 10 for Nevada beach. The place is very spacious and we loved the extra amenities like the pool table and hot tub. Although we felt the hot tub didn’t get as hot we still enjoyed it.

Tahoe Getaway

Good layout to the house for our family/friends snowboard/ski trip. House was warm and water was always heated. Hot tub is a definately plus!

Cozy Cabin

The cabin was pretty much exactly what is shown in the listing. Other than a few dirty sheets we noticed upon arrival, and the dishwasher not working, our experience was great. Would definitely stay here again. But please fix that dishwasher so the next group won’t have to hand wash everything!

Fun Getaway

House appeared recently updated. Plenty of space of 6 adults to hang out and get away. The kitchen does have basics, but if you want a specific size pan bring it along. Loved that there was propane & the grill was ready to use & plenty of parking for 3 SUVs. Also there was hand/dish/laundry soap which was great! Close drive to EVERYTHING! Only down side was there were quite a few spiders that kept popping up, in addition to dead bugs around windows & doorways when we arrived. (But it is Tahoe). Also there is only a house fan, it would be nice to have another fan for hot nights.

Home was recently updated and in great shape. Had plenty of room to hang out inside and out. Furnishings were all very nice, comfortable and new. Was in a quiet area but still very close to the main area of South Tahoe.Lacked televisions in each of the bedrooms and an ironig board w/iron but other than that seemed to have all of the essentials.

Warm and cozy cabin

We loved the location, warm cozy vibe. When we arrived we appreciated that the lights, and fireplace was on. The hot tub was at the perfect temperature.Loved how it’s all newly remodeled.

Beautiful townhome!

The pictures do this townhome no justice. The home was very clean and newly remodeled. It’s in a great location and the property manager was very attentive and responsive.I would definitely stay here again. Perfect home a family.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, but property had no curb appeal. There was rotting wood on all outdoor surfaces including deck, hand rail, and around all windows. There was also approximately 40 trash bags as we pulled in and remained the whole time we were there. I assume it had pine needles, but did not confirm. The beds may have been the worst part. We had a range of sizes of people stay from a young teen to adults. All the beds were too hard to get comfortable in, and a couple of them were at least 20 years old (I am being generous). The kitchen was nice, as was the layout, but everything was just a little grungy (including the fans and humidifiers left for us). There was cobwebs everywhere, and there was rust and mildew in showers. The large and heavy table was also a hazard, because the legs did not have all the screws and it nearly fell on us several times. I wish I could summit photos, because I documented it everything. Our family was very dissatisfied.

Maintenance

Several areas need maintenance especially the rails on the stairs going up to the property as you get splinters in your hands. The deck needed cleaning as it was loaded with pine straw and better instructions on the fireplace and heating needed to be provided. The property didn't indicate some lake view but that was not happening either. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time visiting South Lake Tahoe and the location of the rental helped us maximize our time in town. We explored Heavenly village, gambled at the casinos, rented a boat for a day on the lake, grilled some food, soaked in the hot tub and created some great memories. The cabin was plenty big enough to accommodate or group, it had all the amenities we needed, it was very clean, and check in was easy.

Nice place with low maintenance

This cabine has all of the lists that we were looking but it disappointed us. When we arrived the balcony was not clean it filled with lots of leaves like pans inside cabinet with eggs stick on it. Yes it has a Billiard but cues were out of use.

We did see upon arriving the house hadn’t been cleaned very well, there were dead flys and ants, spider webs and broken glasses in the cabinets. One of the beds had sand in it from who knows when. Luckily there were lots of other beds for people to sleep in. Overall the house was great, minus the cleaning upon arrival. Would stay here again!

The kitchen was fairly nice, but the rest of the house could use some updates. Definitely was an older home in need of some love but overall the stay was comfortable. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable. There was lots of space for a large family or group to gather. The hot tub was nice but did not get very hot. There is no AC and only 2 fans available. I would recommend to the owner that additional fans be provided during the summer. The property management company was not responsive when I reached out for questions about checking in.

Solid Stay

Besides a little confusion/trouble with the needed app to check in etc, everything went really well. Beautiful and spacious place. We did have a little moth problem, seeming to have many within the house each night, despite being very diligent on keeping and closing doors. Overall, a great stay.

Great Cabin near stateline

The Cabin was cozy and at a great location. Only 5 minutes away from the Casinos and all stores from South Lake Tahoe. The deck and all the amenities worked great however the deck was covered in yellow pine pollen so we had to clean it up. The interior of the cabin was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows, towels and blankets. We did not find clothes detergent, shampoo nor soap. These were minor things that I think the owner could include that would make a more convenient stay as we had to make an extra trip to the store when we realized these items were not there. The cabin is in an area surrounded by plenty of trees and even on hot days would maintain it cool. Overall our stay here was great and would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing location and super cool house

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We had 4 people, including myself, in the group. We were supposed to have 6 but 2 people bailed. With only 4 ppl, the place was more than enough regarding space. Even with 6 ppl, it would have been comfortable. It was super clean with the exception of pollen everywhere, but that’s nobody’s fault. Location is super close to beaches and town. Our fave part was the kitchen.we cooked the majority of our meals and there were a lot of appliances that made it easy.
