Perfect location!

We absolutely loved having the launch and trailer storage on site. We got to enjoy the beauty of both Ole River and the beach. Even though construction was going on, it never bothered us. Met some great Owners of several of the units. Perfect place to get somewhere fast and not overcrowed. Love being able to take a short boat ride to Flora Bama!

Beautiful location!

The best thing about this condo was the location! It is a very easy walk (even with kids) across the street to the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing and beautiful! You can see the sunset every night, watch the boats go by, fish off the dock, and we did see a dolphin in the water. The condo had the things we needed and it was quiet. It was not overcrowded and most days we had the pool to ourselves. We also liked having access to the pool by the beach. The host was very helpful and answered all my questions and was easy to get ahold of when we needed. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars would be the fact that we had to pay for a parking pass on top of the rental fee, we've never had to do that at other properties. Also the sliding door handle was broke making it almost impossible for our kids to open and close the door to the balcony. Overall though it was a great place!!

Canal View

This property was in excellent condition and had all the things we needed as a family to cook dinner at the Condo. Skillets were cast iron which we loved. Even though it wasnt beach front and was Canal view, it was gorgeous and had a breath taking view of the Sunset. We were able to see Dolphins swimming on multiple occassions and possibly saw a Manatee but not sure, could have been a shark. The dock area below was full of fish, Blue Crabs, Jelly fish, and Hermit Crabs which our daughter enjoyed seeing on daily basis. We were even able to go Blue Crab fishing there and catch them with a line tied to some chicken gizzards. The family really enjoyed that at night time. Overall I would say this is a must stay place and very quiet and peaceful at night time. The walk to the beach was approximately 3 to 4 minutes but the Condo has a crosswalk at the road which made it convenient and safe access. Only negative thing I can honestly say about the property is the sliding doors to the balcony were hard to open, especially for kids, but that was because the handles broke off from previous renters and you couldnt hear the Ocean. These are minor things compared to the overall benefits of this property.

Old Men's Fishing Trip

Nice condo, great location and perfect view of Old River and Ono Island. A few minor issues which were addressed immediately by property maintenance manager. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect!

We had such a great time! The new docks and boat landing make taking the boat so easy. Our condo was just as advertised, clean and neat with a fantastic view of the bay!

Amazing place to stay.

Great location, super clean and amazing views.. The balcony overlooking the bay was a great place to sit and watch dolphins swim by every morning while drinking coffee. Owner was great to deal with.

Nice getaway

Condo was very nice. Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen We loved sitting on deck and watching tons of boats go back and forth on Ole River. Great location!

Just What The Doctor Ordered A Little R&R

The condo was as expected and described. The balcony was so nice for morning coffee and evening sunsets, we even saw dolphins from the balcony. It was in a convenient location to other amenities as well. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the second bedroom be equipped with a cable tv. My elderly mother sleeps with the tv on, so she had to adjust but all was still well. Great stay and Kevin was very helpful throughout the process.

Relaxing Stay

Although we had to dodge rain and winds with Tropical Storm Claudette, my family and I were very pleased with our stay. The condo was just as presented. We especially loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats go up and down the bay. We also had easy access to the beach across the street. My husband is ready to book for next year!
