Vilano101 är det perfekta läget för enkel åtkomst till stranden och historiska St Augustine. Nyinredda (allt är helt nytt) och uppdaterat med en stor, 42 tunnland stor trädgård tvärs över gatan från havet. Detta 3 våningar hem har en separat ingång till marknivån vilket gör det idealiskt för flera familjer att dela hemmet. Marknivån är en 1 säng, 1 badrum och ett vardagsrum med pentry (kyl, handfat, mikrovågsugn). Boytan har en 65 tums TV. Sovrummet på första våningen har en dubbelsäng och vardagsrummet har en drottningssoffa.
På den andra nivån är det stora köket fullt utrustat med köksredskap för att se till att mat är en minnesvärd del av din vistelse, eller beställ det eller gå ut på en av över 500 restauranger i närheten. Baren har fyra platser.
Matsalen strax utanför köket erbjuder plats för sex. Det är ett extra bord med 4 stolar belägna på andra våningen.
Vardagsområdet på andra våningen är utrustat med en 65 tums roku-TV, två soffor och två stolar. Gott om plats för alla att koppla av efter en dag på stranden.
Den tredje nivån har en stor master svit med en king size-säng, TV, extra stort badkar, separat dusch och fantastisk havsutsikt. Den andra sängen med en drottning med havsutsikt, och en 3: e med en tvilling över full våningssäng.
*** Tillgången till Serenata Beach Club ligger 3 miles bort och kräver ytterligare $ 300 per vecka betalas till beach club.

Family Vacation

The property was clean, well stocked and great location. The beach is across the street. The pool was clean and the water was warm. Would definitely recommend this place to a group.

Great beach retreat

Our family enjoyed our stay at The Palms! The house and pool were well-equipped and made our time comfortable. Replacing the worn-out plastic porch chairs, upgrading the beach/pool towels and bed pillows, & equipping the separate downstairs apartment with central HVAC would be assets.

Vilano Beach House

Our family really enjoyed our time at the Palms beach house! The close proximity to the beach, just across the street (4 minute walk) was great and then hang by the pool in the afternoon, made our days fun and relaxing!

Great experience at a wonderful property right across from the beach! Pool was perfect for the kids and the different levels worked well to provide private space for everyone. Great communication from Tamara…she was only a text away if needed! Planning to go back with our families again!

The Palms Rocks!

We had a wonderful family stay at the Palms. The property was very convenient, clean and had all we needed to enjoy a great long weekend together. The owners were very easy to communicate with and we were very happy to visit and stay here during our stay.

Communication was simple and easy. Everything was great! We enjoyed the pool just about every day/evening, especially my grandchildren. Easy walk to the beach. We very much enjoyed our time at the Palms! Our family had a wonderful visit. Would definitely return🌴.

The house is amazing. We had a wonderful stay!! Would definitely book this place again.

This house is so accommodating. An easy walk to the beach. The hosts were amazing and always answered any questions quickly. Would highly recommend this place to families with kids. The pool was awesome.

Annual Family Vacation

Very nice property. Lovely house. Great heated pool with nice lighting for evening swimming. Well stocked kitchen. Nice bath and beach towels. Not far from historic downtown St. Augustine which is a super neat place to visit. Adam and Tamara are wonderful!

Great place for a family vacation!

We really enjoyed staying at the Palms. Being right across the street from the beach was great and it was very easy to get to downtown St. Augustine. There is a Publix within walking distance. The downstairs separate section was great for my brother and his boys and everyone loved the pool. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Palms!

Fantastic break!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Vilano101. Lots of room for several families, fully equipped kitchen, lovely pool. There was a problem with the air conditioning, but when I notified the property manager, it was repaired within a couple of hours, so no problem. They even brought an umbrella for the pool area. We will definitely be back!

Perfect space and location!

My husband and I went with our 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren, ages 1-3. The house had the perfect amount of space for all of us. The high hair was very helpful. The safety gates for the stairs and iron fence surrounding the pool were pluses with the little ones, as well as the fenced, large yard. The driveway is open so not 100% enclosed but lots of grassy space with a tree swing and small, toddler slide. The pool storage box has some floatation noodles and vests as well as toys for the kids. Kitchen well stocked for our meals. Things to note: the master bedroom upstairs has en-suite bath and one queen bedroom upstairs has an en-suite bath but the third queen room has no bath unless they go through another bedroom to access it. There is a half bath right at the bottom of the stairs though, if needed. The 4th bedroom/in-law suite is only accessible from outdoors. No access within the main house. These things would not deter us from renting again. Just things that we didn’t expect. The park is about 4 houses down the street and has a wonderful play area and the public beach parking/access is across the street and down a block. No sidewalks on the busy street but can easily cut down side streets in the neighborhood and come out directly across from the access area. Beautiful beach and not crowded. We look forward to staying here again!

Great spot one block from the beach

Great house with a pool one block from the beach. Very well stocked house with a small pool. Excellent location near the grocery store (Publix). The beach had a public access point one block from the house which made early morning and late afternoon visits perfect. We hung out at the pool during the heat of the day. The house has great decks, big rooms and has been recently renovated. We will stay here again. Thanks Adam!

We are a family of six that loves the beach. We have traveled and explored many beaches and Vilano Beach is our favorite. The Palms Beach House truly is located in what we call a slice of paradise. We love the large lot, private pool, ocean views, and the flow and brightness the property offers. Such an amazing beach house in an ideal location. The beach is calm waves, warmer water and easy access. We all enjoy every second we spend in The Palms. The property has indoor outdoor dining, two family rooms, large TV's, tree swing, large kitchen, and the comfiest beds. Over 50 Palm Trees on the property and plenty of parking with large driveway. There is also a community park, basketball court, tennis court, playground, picnic tables 2 blocks away. The house is also in walking distance to the grocery store and gas station. The location is ideal.

The proximity to the beach, large spacious kitchen, newly remodeled, new linens, all new furniture, new kitchen supplies, double ovens, high speed internet, spacious master suite, large soaker tub, private pool...the list could go on and on. This property is fantastic!
