We are sure that you will find this immaculately clean house, in a quiet area with a wooded view of 12-mile creek, suitable for your vacation needs. The house does comfortably sleep four, but five can be accommodated, with an additional fee. It is recommended for up to two adults and two children for maximum comfort. The second bedroom has a full bed. The double futon is in a common space and does not afford privacy. There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The house has heat, central air, basic cable, Internet, Smart TV.

It is directly on the Niagara USA wine trail it is a short 15â20-minute drive to Niagara Falls and about 10 minutes west to old Fort Niagara, or 10 minutes east to Olcott, NY. It is approximately 45-minutes to Buffalo, NY.
A car is necessary as there is no local public transportation. Uber/lyft is unreliable and expensive.
