Specialbyggd timmerstuga på 5 hektar med massor av solljus och stor däck med spektakulär utsikt över Belleayre Ski Centre och de omgivande bergen. Sitter på mycket privat, men ändå öppen egendom med gott om utrymme för att njuta av gården och omgivningen. Fullt lager gourmet kök med rostfria vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit. Handgjorda stugmöbler. Gas spis i Great Room. Master badrum med jacuzzi. Full walkout källare med fotboll och shuffleboard som har tillgång till utomhus 5 personer badtunna. Bekväma sängar: 2 sovrum med drottningar, 1 sovrum med 2 tvillingar och ett sovloft med full storlek futon. Komma bort från allt men förbli fortfarande kopplad till stor cell täckning och plattskärms-satellit-TV. Bara 5 minuter till Belleayre Mountain och Pine Hill Lake för att njuta av både vinter och sommaraktiviteter, inklusive Belleayre Summer Music Festival, och simning och båtliv på Belleayre Beach. Massor av vandring, cykling och promenader på 1. 5 mil tyst grannskapsling. Ett bekvämt läge med enkel tillgång till Rte 28 och bara 45 minuter från Kingston, Exit 19 på NYS Thruway.

Great for a quiet getaway

My family and I enjoyed this great home over July 4 weekend. The property was wonderful to view from the large deck, whether it was coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The kitchen was well-equipped and we all enjoyed the board games, cards, and game room in the basement, where we held multiple shuffleboard tournaments on a rainy day.The location was great too; we explored surrounding towns, hiked Kaaterskill Falls, and mountain-biked the nearby Belleayre Mountain trail network.We plan to come back in the winter for skiing.

Great Cabin in the Catskills

We stayed at Matt’s cabin over a long Memorial Day weekend. Though it was a cool wet weekend the cabin was ready with games and a fireplace to keep us warm. The hot tub and basement game room was a great addition! The kitchen is fully stocked with higher end appliances. The cabin is very spacious and clean! We will definitely look to come back again in the winter too.

Great Ski House

We loved the log cabin! It is beautiful and very comfortable to stay in. Very clean , great for a group. Great living room with comfortable seating, cozy fireplace, great view. Matt was very quick to respond to texts and gave helpful tips about the area before the trip. We will definitely book again.

Perfect family holiday

Perfect place to get away from busy life. This beautiful property is located on the top of the hill in a very quiet & private area. The house itself is pretty spacious. We were a family of seven and we couldn’t complain for better accommodation. The kitchen was supplied in all necessary tools and appliances. Dining room fitted as all. We could enjoy the morning coffee and breakfast / or dinner time together. The living room with TV and gas fireplace was perfect for evenings.Also, the game room in the basement was a true hit in the evenings.The property is located in a very close proximity to the Belleayre Mountain Ski Resort which was a huge plus for us.Plenty of space to walk with dogs and beautiful views to admire. The Owner was easy to communicate with and super helpful with local recommendations.Overall, our family really enjoyed our stay in Fleishmanns! We had a wonderful time together! Beautiful area, cozy cabin! We would stay there again!! Thank you Matt!

Catskills getaway

Very warm and comfortable home with many different accessories. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. Ping pong was fun too. Not far away from hiking and scenic views.

Great Fall weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. House was in a great location for checking out the many hikes and scenery in the area and is a quick 5 min ride to Belleayre Mtn where we attended a fall festival. Back at the house we had a firepit/hot tub and games in the basement to keep us occupied. House is also pet friendly which was great so I could bring my dogs with us on the stay.

Great Stay in the Catskills!

Really nice place to stay for a get away in the Catskills. Perfect for us, two couples with our two dogs. Has a 2nd floor deck which we all spent a lot of time on. Worked as a quiet, peaceful home base for exploring around, including some nice hikes and visiting the small towns in the area. Highly recommended!

Peaceful Long Weekend Getaway

We were so happy with this property! The cabin is beautiful with everything you need for a nice family getaway and plenty of space to spread out both in the cabin and on the property. Although there are houses nearby, the setting on 5 partially wooded acres really gave a sense of privacy. The quiet surroundings were really peaceful and rejuvenating at the same time. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved having the deck right off the kitchen. It was also convenient to have a washer and dryer right off the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were situated on different sides of the cabin, which gave sense of privacy as well. We would stay again and I highly recommend this cabin for a Catskills getaway.

Cozy Cabin Minutes from Belleayre

Great 3 bedroom and a sleeping loft just a few minutes from Belleayre. The game room in the unfinished basement provided hours of entertainment for kids and adults alike. Great spot for a weekend getaway!
