Great location. Water pressure is different with every faucet or shower head. Toilet is really small. But overall worth the stay for 4-5 ppl.

Check in was easy, the host was friendly and very quick to reply. Check out was just as simple. Space is much smaller in person than the pictures illustrate, but worked for us. Despite the listing allowing for children to stay, we found other occupants in the building to be less than happy with kids in the pool or the courtyard. The building cleaners in particular were very vocal about wet footsteps left on the ground by the pool
hard to avoid if you need to use the washroom during swim time. This isn’t anything to do with the unit specifically, but impacted our experience with our kids. Location is amazing, lots of great restaurants (that offer take out) and a lovely bakery/coffee shop right next door. I would definitely book again for adults.

This is a beautiful property in a great location we enjoyed very much and will return again. Only negatives were no air conditioner in bedrooms. There were fans and it cooled off at night enough to sleep. Host was very helpful and response was great. The Italian Restaurant downstairs was awesome!

This place is disgusting! For the amount we paid I am extremely disappointed. Your pictures and description are very misleading!! Not exactly a “penthouse.” There is no AC upstairs. The TV upstairs doesn’t work. The microwave doesn’t work. The furniture is dilapidated and worn! The carpet is stained and buckled. Bathroom is stained and very dated. I’m attaching photos.

The hot tub was broken and lots of construction happening on the property. I was Told there would be a control to help the air conditioning circulate but there was only one portable unit in the living room and the upstairs was unbearable. Only one window upstairs opened bc it looked like there was previously another ac unit in the other window but it wasn’t there. We had to sleep in the living room 3 of the nights. The upstairs tv was not working but not a big deal bc we didn’t spend much time up there. Location was great and having laundry in the unit was very helpful. I would definitely stay again just not in the summer

Property was fine but could use some freshening up. Dishwasher drain needs cleaning; atrocious smell coming from it. 2nd floor shower head leaks; needs Teflon tape on threads to seal. This place also gets hot and the single ac in living room doesn't give much relief. That being said, had all amenities in working order. Convenient parking, gym and pool access great

Great stay for a weekend

Property in excellent location. 10min walking to Space Needle and 10 min walking to Market. Enjoyed the convenience. Felt safe in the unit and was greeted promptly to access unit. Unit was a little dated and didn’t have AC (it was pretty warm the weekend we were there) but plenty of fans to circulate the air. Minimal appliances

Not kid friendly

Property had quite a few hazards for our toddler. No screen/proper locks on floor to ceiling window so he could easily open by himself. Carpet was not installed professionally nor stretched so there were multiple tripping hazards. Entertainment center in living room was broken and the front face of the door came off.

The honest truth.

The honest truth is that the condo was at an absolutely great location. The decor was beautiful, but it needs some upgrading. The bedrooms were hot & stuffy. Most of the electrical plugs did not work and we had to keep switching out to the ones that didn’t work, & the shower head in the downstairs restroom leaked. If you can put up with those things, then I would recommend you to stay. Again the location was fabulous.

Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events

Frist, it seems when an appliance breaks they do not replace it; they just bring over an other one. So it took us awhile to figure out which microwave and tv worked. Another thing, the majority of the silkscreening on the stove was gone. So, the first night we were making dinner, I thought I had the back burner on when in actuality I had the front one on. I set my hand down on the stove and burnt the entire palm of my hand. Then when loading the dishwasher, the bottom rack was not rolling. It only had one wheel. I saw there was another wheel at the bottom so I reached down to grab it and cut my hand on some broken glass that had not been cleaned up by the previous renters. Thankfully, it was the same hand I seared the day before, so both of my hands were not out of commission. However, while walking to Pikes market the following days, the homeless (or unhoused), were very sweet and concerned about how my hand was healing. When I left, I gave them the extra bandages and burn cream. One lady seem extra thrilled, so I guess that was the silver lining of it all.
