Amazing views

Great location and amazing views of the mountains right on the River. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The two refrigerators were helpful. Would stay here again!

Most beautiful view I've had from a place in my 60 years! Sound of river is very peaceful. Home was cleaned wellCouple issues with the rental - bad beds (squeaky)- Hot Tub Dirty/Trash Full on arrival- No Propane for Grill - BAD water! Overwhelming rust smell/taste and stained all of our clothing...All corrected (not bad water as this was only last 2 days and was not reported) in a timely manner by Vacasa, but still had to deal...Would rent again if above problems are addressed.

Amazing Stay! 4.5

100% what my wife and I were looking forward too. The house location was perfect. We climbed down the rocks and cooled off in the river after hiking all day. Just east of Gold Bar which has everything you need. Super Quiet and peaceful. Box fans in the rooms which helped cool the house down. We were here when it was 87°. Houses up here, such as this one doesn’t have A/C. Dishwasher was hard to figure out to start the load before we left. Beds were comfortable, views were epic. WiFi was a little rough to watch Netflix at night. But was still fine. 100% recommend to stay at!

House on the river

House was great. Nice and spacious for our family of 6. The 4 adults had their own room (2 singles/1 couple) and the kids stayed in the loft. Location on the river was nice. The only downside was that there was no direct access to the river unless you want to climb down the rocks. Highly recommend if you like being close to the water. Leavenworth is close by for easy day trips.

Beautiful getaway

Beautiful property. Right on the river. Geese and wild life. Kitchen is reasonably stocked. Hot tub is amazing, had some sort of energy mode that we had to figure out and it is not covered so the tub get debris in it when in use from trees. Seating is comfortable and the house was warm and cozy. The beds were too hard for my liking and i did wake up sore. The pillows are soft.

Absolutely beautiful location

This cabin is located in a perfect spot surrounded by mountains and a flowing creek. We stayed here for a week while day hiking in different spots and you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful spot to come home to especially with the hot tub after long days.

Beautiful Views

Our family of 6 enjoyed 2 nights at this very cute river cabin. If staying in the summer ask for more boxed fans for better circulation and an attached screen door to be able to leave the back door open, as there is no A/C. The sound of the river is so peaceful. There is a bit of road noise (right on the HWY) and the train here and there throughout the day, but nothing that kept us from enjoying the sound of the river for too long. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked/equipped. The hot tub setting was locked at 103 degrees and we couldn’t get it fixed during our stay, but we think the renters before us did that. We enjoyed it sporadically in the evenings, but the kids weren’t able to. There’s no direct water access from the house, but there are trails nearby that lead to the water. The phone service was touch and go, but the WiFi worked okay. The outdoor furniture was nice and the views are incredible!

Little slice of heaven

The house and surrounding are exactly as pictured. It did not disappoint!! The view is spectacular! The property was very private and peaceful. The house was clean and very well equipped. The beds were so comfy and the furniture was also comfortable and in great condition. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much! I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Views !

This cabin has amazing views and river was flowing nice. Hot tub was nice touch. Wi-Fi does not work and per previous reviews looks like it’s been down for a while. We have Verizon cell service and had 1 bar. I would definitely stay again !!

View is AMAZING, night time guest… not so much!

The view cannot be beat! It’s gorgeous and the sound of the water rushing over the rocks was so calming! The first issue; we did have a night time bandit who ate all of our bread. We assume a raccoon figured out a way to get in through a hole under the cabinets. It pushed down the base board and came right in. We know it’s bound to happen in remote locations like that but we weren’t offered any help or assistance with getting the animal out after notifying Vacasa about the issue. We attempted to secure the area for the second night but the animal got in anyway and dragged its nest into the kitchen. A second issue was the refrigerator temperature. It did not keep anything cold. The third was the washer, it locked and would not open or do anything with our clothes still inside. We had to unplug the washer to get it unlocked. After a few days road-tripping, we were definitely relying on it to be in working condition. We did get it to work but only the last day right before we needed to leave. We were able to get a couple loads done.

Nice little slice of paradise

I was a little worried booking this house based off some of the reviews but it was quite beautiful in general. The views were amazing and the house was well stocked with everything you need. The hot tub was awesome and sits right on the river. The only negative feedback I have is the internet never worked all weekend (i had no cell coverage to try and call to get it fixed), a shower head was spitting water everywhere and the cleaning company left coffee grounds in the coffee maker. Other than that, I would not hesitate to stay there again. We had a very relaxing weekend on the river!!!! You can't go wrong with this house.

Fantastic location, house needs updates

The location, the house itself, the hot tub, overall experience would be a 10/10. The beds were comfortable, lots of pillows. There were no extra blankets for lounging, but we came prepared. The service for most of our group's cell receptions were extremely poor, it made communicating with property management difficult. Big pluses: 1. The location is PRIME. Roaring river, close to trails, large backyard, amazing jaw-dropping view. 2. The hot tub is massive. 3. Two fridges made storing food and drinks very easy. 4. Large size laundry was convenient for washing the towels inbetween the hot tub. 5. Lots of DVDs, which was nice for downtime and the internet never worked. Notes for improvement to the property management: 1. The internet did not work. We're all in the tech industry and still couldn't resolve the internet issues. Despite the resetting and unplugging, there was no internet. Cell service was also limited (1 bar or less) so hotspots were also out of the question, couldn't send pictures etc. If the internet is known to be spotty at that location, would be a helpful warning on the listing. (Its nice to get away from internet but some guests needed to work away from home) 2. Bathroom updates: The first bathroom has a cracked shower head and sprays everywhere. Also the trimmming and baseboards were crumbling away and appeared moldy. The toilet seats are made out of wood and when wiped down ourselves were extremely dirty. The tub with the jets is extremely stained and the filter looked very dirty. 3. General hardware: The upstairs loft railing is loose and moves significantly when descending the stairs. The oven needs a deep clean, there is a really bad smell when being used and the grates are very dirty. The hot tub was extremely chlorinated, green foam bubbles overflowing that had specks of black. We aired it out and tried to scoop out the foam as much as possible, was not pleasant for those with sensitive skin. Overall, the cabin has MASSIVE potential. Some minor updates to the kitchen and bathrooms would've made for a better experience. Honestly, despite the minor setbacks, would stay here again.
