Kom och koppla av och njut av utsikten på Beach House Condominiums! Beach House II # 402 är ett smakfullt inrett 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, 4: e våningen villa belägen på stranden! Köket erbjuder ett öppet koncept och är utrustat med apparater, krukor och kokkärl som du behöver göra läckra semestermål! Njut av dem runt matbordet eller i baren. Vardagsrummet är utrustat med en stor platt-skärm Smart TV omgiven av en bekväm sektionssoffa och sittgrupp. Steg rätt utanför till oceanfront balkongen och njut av havsbrisen!

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med ett fönster med utsikt över stranden, samt en dörr för att komma åt balkongen. Rummet har även en platt-TV och ett bifogat master badrum. Befälhavaren badrummet med en dusch, liksom en stor fåfänga spegel. Gäst sovrummet har en våningssäng med tvilling topp över hela botten sängen, liksom en platt-TV. Beach house 2

We absolutely loved the unit, it overlooked the ocean, couldn't have asked for a better view, it was breath taking. We only had a few complaints, the dishwasher was full of water, it was out of order, we were worried about mold or stink, and there were only 4 forks in the unit. We realized that was to do with owners tho and not the rental company. Other than that we had a fantastic stay. Met many wonderful people!

Very Comfortable Stay

Has everything you need

The place is pretty much as described and has everything you really need for a stay at the beach. The place was clean and I loved the private beach access plus being able to take a dip in the pool in the late nights. The only con about the place, which SPI Rentals has no fault in, was that the elevator was broken. Personally, not a big deal but just wanted to let it be known for those who would need it.

Loved it

Beachhouse II

Beautiful views, very comfortable condo. Easy amble down to the beach and quick walk to beachside restaurant. The washer-dryer was a nice bonus. I was looking for a place for some R&R and definitely found it. I would absolutely go back again.

Great Short Getaway

Nice beach front condo. Well maintained and nice location to eateries and beach. We didn’t use the pool but it’s small but clean. Condo decor was cute and beachy. We enjoyed ourselves. I didn’t like the offsite check in. Small complaint but everything was good. Plenty of towels which is a must for our group. Can’t beat the view

Our title on the balcony was unsafe. The tile had popped up and was obviously rotting from underneath the tile. We was afraid to view the ocean from the balcony because of the unsafe flooring

Family Vacation

We had our family vacation here mid July, two adults with a 3yr old and 8yr old. We really enjoyed the condo and LOVED the location. It overlooks the beach with a beautiful large patio and easy beach access at two locations downstairs. It was clean and comfy. Each bedroom has a TV and the kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal. The only negative I would give has nothing to do with the condo owner, but more the property management company. We were on the fourth floor and the elevator did not work the entire stay. Again we had two kids and a weeks worth of things to carry up and down the stairs. Not to mention coming and going throughout the day. This seems to be an issue that has been ongoing since the June reviews. Hopefully this is resolved soon for future vacationers.

Oil Blobs & No 2nd Shower

Read the fine print. The listing is misleading. One section says bath & a half, but further down shows 2 full baths. There is no bath/shower in the 2nd bathroom. Door shade missing from Master bedroom so don't plan on sleeping in. No reflection on the property but we stepped in oil blobs on beach multiple times and brought into unit on our shoes. Impossible to remove from our shoes and nothing to remove it from the unit floor. The beach was also littered with litter even with all the trash cans available. Ruined our beach experience.

Great location!

Wonderful location and lovely premises. This condo has everything you need to enjoy yourself at the beach. Great views with two doors that open to good-sized balcony. Kitchen is small but well-equipped. I'd go back anytime!

View and beach access

Loved the view and quick access to the beach. It was super rainy the week we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub. The place was clean and convenient, though.

Absolutely stunning ocean view

I loved this condo. I'll definitely book again. All I wanted to do is have a beautiful view of the ocean while I drink my coffee. We spent most nights watching the moon come up. It was spectacular. Bring a telescope if you have one. This condo was perfect for my husband and I. It wasn't to small or to big. We had a access walkway to the beach plus the pool which had a hot tub. It was pretty quite and the other guest were so nice. I can't wait to come back.
