Great place

Our golf trip to Florida was great. All of wish that we were here longer to enjoy the property and the Gulf of Mexico, I mean Gulf of America. We will be back with families for sure.

Great place to spend a few days with family

We loved the place overall. Just a few cons: the place is a little bit outdated, we saw a few roaches and the outside needed some cleaning.

Our second stay at Osprey Landing

This was the second time we have stayed at this property. Overall it’s nice but could use a little updating. The tub and shower in the bathroom on the main floor is a little worn. The patio furniture upstairs is so worn and uncomfortable and you could use a small table or two up there. Other than that, it was great. The management company was super responsive with two small issues. We love the neighborhood. Everyone is so friendly and happy to be on vacation. We’re already planning next year’s visit and will likely stay there again.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful! The house was perfect for our family. Very cozy and central to everything. Easy walk to the beach and the pool is amazing! Felt super safe walking our dog at night and very friendly staff at the pool.

Very loud neighbor

The house was clean, and the location was ok. There was a group of people live next to us who were talking and cursing very loud outside till 3 am every night. For the first night we contacted the property management, we didn’t get a reply until 6 am. The second night they told us to call them instead of texting. The third night they told us, they cannot do anything about it, we need to contact the sheriffs department directly to report the noise. The housekeeping staff is doing their job well but the property management got poor communication and customer service skill, it took them 3 nights to figure out what should we do with the loud neighbor.

Great vacation week!

The house was perfect for us two and our pup! It’s always hard to find places that allow pets and this house was perfect! The quiet, little gated community it is in was great and not that far from the beach at all. We walked to and from the beach multiple times. The home was prepped with bed sheets, towels and basic toiletries in every bathroom and also in the kitchen. We ate out every night but one and that particular night, we cooked steaks on the grill that was outside which was GREAT to have! We are very much so planning to return!

Great vacation home

This home fit our family needs very well in Jan 2022. It was close to shopping, restaurants and family we were visiting. It is in a gated community. The home was well equipped in the kitchen and had plenty of clean towels in the bathrooms. Had some initial issues upon our arrival but Vacasa, the property mgmt. company was extremely responsive and corrected those items to ensure we had a good and comfortable stay. We would rate them and this home 5 stars.

Nice House Lousy Parking and Inaccurate Grounds Information

The house we rented was very clean, had plenty of bedrooms and baths, and had a large number of towels and wash clothes. However the property outside was disappointing. It was advertised as 3 places to park. We had two trucks and a mid size SUV. There was no way that we could park 3 cars in front of our house. We were directed to the overflow lot. This lot was packed and, we did get a spot, but our truck was really wedged into the lot. We had brought jet skis and were told they could be put in the overflow lot. Thee was no space whatsoever. My husband put the jet skis in front of the house and the security guard told us that we had to move them. We had just sat down to dinner and he could see us eating through the windows. He sat in front of our house in his car waiting for us to finish and move the jet skis. The overflow lot was full so he said that he shouldn’t tell us this but we could park them at the Vacasa Property Management lot. We did but we were nervous having to park our jet skis not on premises. So, parking was not good. The security guard also told us there we were not supposed to have jet skis on premises or boats. The pool was supposed to open at 8:00 AM. Our grandsons and our daughter went to the pool at 9:00 and it was not open. Again, this was disappointing. There was litter around the outside of our house as well. Paying quite a high amount of money for cleaning fees and service fees with the parking situation made us unhappy with this rental. Please do better with advertising and the outside property.

Try nice place

This was a very enjoyable stay. The only thing that we have to complain about is that when we got there the tv and internet were not working and it took them 3 whole days (half our trip) to get it fixed. Thank god for our hotspots and tablets or else staying with 5 small children would have been much worse. We also didn’t like how you couldn’t have a golf cart on the property. We were excited to rent one when we got there only to be disappointed by this. But other than that the stay was very nice and the pool was excellent.
