It was okay

Overall it was fine, the beds were comfortable and the house was in a nice neighborhood. Unfortunately the house was not cleaned very well. Crumbs were left on the couches and we had to run our bed sheets through the wash.

Great stay!

Overall we loved our stay. The location was very close to the beach and everything we wanted to do. Overall it was very clean and comfortable. Only minor issues which were not really all that bad. The kitchen did not have alot of stovetop pans to use to cook and the beds in the rooms (aside from the Master Bedroom) were a bit small for two people. However, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely work with Vacasa again.

I don't think there's an exact correlation between price and what you get

The good thing was: -The beds are very comfortable. - The sheets are very clean and ironed - The TV in the living room is very good - The house is very spacious -Modern construction -Immediate solution to the issue of missing pots -Distance to the beach and the bar.

Nice place, for a good price.

For the most part everything was good. Getting check in information was a bit frustrating until I download the app for Vacasa. Once I downloaded that, all the questions and info I was trying to find was there. I had tried reaching out different ways to get jnfo and had never heard back, so you must download their app to get the info you need. Once you have that, its easy. The house was nice, some things were not working or broken, and again I tried reaching out but never heard anything back. They weren't anything that needed fixed right away, so I also left a note for housekeeping to hopefully pass the message along. The house definitely has a few things that should be replaced or fixed, but again wasn't anything that ruined our time there. Otherwise, it was a nice place, the neighborhood was great, location was great and it did the job it was meant to. Would stay here again if we decided to stay in the area again.

Okay property with some problems

First of the photo is a bit misleading as it looks like there is some space between you and the neighbors which there was not. Now as we were vacationing during a pandemic I was willing to forgive a lot of things however somethings just could not be over looked. I was contacted several times by the property mangers going over the changes in policies and procedures due to COVID-19, they were all very clearly explained and outlined and it was nice to see the extra effort they were putting in, at least on paper. First off they knew there would be 5 people staying as my reservation specifically stated that, and they clearly explained they would not be able to drop off any extra linens or paper products due to the need to minimize exposure with people, however I was only give 4 sets of towels leaving me one set short. There were only 2 (1 in each bathroom) rolls of toilet paper in the entire house. space at the bottom of the door that didn't close. The sliding door did not close completely and there was a quarter inch The "fully stocked" kitchen had many non essential items but was missing things like glassware and dishrags, and much of the stuff in the kitchen was dirty and not properly cleaned by housekeeping, or previous residents. It took my husband 2 hours to get the grill cleaned so we could use it. Finally there were ants everywhere. My daughter was staying in the one room where the pack and play is (not using just in the room) and had brought along a small air mattress for her stuffies to sleep on and toward the end of the trip while I was packing it up i picked up the air mattress and the bottom of the if was crawling with small ants, as was the carpet underneath it, and there was a whole line of them crawling along the baseboard molding. It was disgusting and considering that there were intending for small children to sleep in the room in a crib it was disturbing. There was also a lot of random junk around the house and it was also missing a lot of instructions and some more furniture in the master bedroom.

I rate 3 stars because of the noise the air conditioning makes at night that sounds like some one was hitting against the wall and the porch and wooden railing that made the front of the house look Taki we took pictures outside to show off to friends and family but it was very Un empress. The porch needs to be painted.

Good stay

The stay was good but the property smelled like smoke upon entering and it wasn’t cleaned super well. I also reached out to the property manager and it was difficult to get in contact with them.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

We loved this house, the neighborhood and the beach nearby. Our only small issues were that the remotes that operated some of the fans/lights were a little tricky, one kitchen chair was broken, and the listing indicated beach items (chairs, umbrella etc) and there were none available. We would book again.

Beautiful little neighborhood

We loved our stay at this property and would definitely recommend it to anyone! The kitchen was fully stocked, the house looked recently renovated and was super cozy. It was about 25 minutes to the boardwalk, but still very close to the start of the OC strip. Restaurants and stores were within a couple minutes drive.

Very Nice House!

The photos are misleading. When we arrived, we checked the house out to make sure everything was ok. The house itself was very nice. We were surprised to find that the house only had 1 working TV. The photos show 2. We called management about 3 issues, 1) the TV, 2) the bathroom door wouldn't lock, and 3) The back door wouldn't lock. Artie the Maintenance Man was very helpful. He took care of 2 of them which were minor, and were fixed right away. However, the 2nd TV which we were originally told would be fixed the next morning, never got fixed. Instead the next morning I had a message on my phone that there was only supposed to be 1 cable box in the house. Why would there be a second TV in the house with no converter box or cable box. Again, the house was very nice but false advertisement is unacceptable.
