This spacious townhouse is on The Salt Pond Golf Course. Level one offers a primary bedroom, bathroom, living/dining/kitchen area, and screened porch. Level two offers two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The Salt Pond community also includes an outdoor pool (with a kiddie pool), three tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, and a clubhouse with a heated indoor pool and spa (open September-June only) and fitness equipment.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the Vacasa local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed.
Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Little family get away

This home was in a great location, close to everything. We loved the pool, gym and playing ping pong at the clubhouse. The house was clean and cozy and in a quiet location. We woke up to seeing deer on the golf course. We would definitely stay again.

Beach Stay

This rental was basically what we needed for our beach vacation. We had 6 people (4 adults 2 kids) and there was a good amount of room unless we were all sitting in the living room, then it got a little cramped. The golf course is literally in your backyard but it was well maintained. Good location to Bethany beach, pool is a good size.

Convenient location

This unit is in a very convenient location to both Bethany Beach and Dewey Beach. It was the perfect size and layout for our family of four (two adults and two young adult children). The beds are so uncomfortable. We woke up with backaches every morning. Looking at reviews going as far back as 2020, this is a consistent complaint. Bring your own pillow because the pillows are flat as pancakes.

Floors were very sandy, not enough garbage bags provided. Kitchen was ill equipped. Lock on back door was not easy to use - someone came to fix door hinge in middle of our stay

As expected

We have stayed at this property twice so there were no surprises. However it’s not as clean as one would like. The washing machine smelled like mildew and the upholstered furniture needs a good shampooing and there were ants coming in the front door. I blame this as much on the mgmt team as anyone. But overall, a good value.

The house was as expected since we were familiar with the neighborhood. The mattresses need to be replaced. They are very uncomfortable. The upholstered furniture needs to be cleaned as well. Pool passes should have been included considering the price point of the place. Other than that Salt Pond and it’s proximity to Bethany is very desirable.

Sweet place! Just an fyi
. They hose nozzle does not work, the front right stove burner does not work, and tbe drainage in the right sink in master bath is very slow. Not sure if the owners were aware. Thank you for a really wonderful stay!!!

Nice House

The home was very clean when we arrived. The area was quiet and we enjoyed watching the wildlife outside. It was a close walk to the salt pond as well. We would rent this home again.
