Tre sovrum stan hem med 2 1/2 bad ligger i Portofino samhället, strax utanför Delaware Route 54. En Sun rum på baksidan av huset ger ytterligare sekretess och en drottning bäddsoffa för att sova. Alla sängar är queen-size. En tvättmaskin / torktumlare är placerade på den andra nivån; rengöringsmateriel tillhandahålls för din bekvämlighet. Huset är utrustat med fyra TV-apparater, 3 dvd-spelare och även en video för ditt nöje - det finns en Bose stereo i LR, alltför. Spel i enheten finns att ockupera alla. Bara en kort biltur eller cykeltur till stranden, och sedan tillbaka för ett dopp i samhället poolen. Ta en stol till poolen och du kan sun bad på plats utan sanden !. Inom gångavstånd från fina middagar på Catch 54 och den välkända Harpoon Hannas restauranger. Eller, koppla av i Zen Spa eller njuta av kaffe eller ett litet mellanmål på Route 54 Internet Cafe. Och, är huset utrustat med trådlöst internet för din datoranvändning. Bethany Beach Boardwalk är 12 minuter bort och North Ocean City är bara en mil bort. Fenwick Island är bara en mil bort och det finns gott om tax free shopping och äta - Fenwick har en mini-Boardwalk med golf, äventyrsbad och andra matställen. Nattlivet i Ocean City är så nära, men du kan komma på natten till ro och avkoppling på Portofino. Du kommer aldrig vet att du är även på stranden, men det är alla där för dig, om du vill det. Det finns en gemenskap brygga för fiske, crabbing eller bara titta på vilda djur eller båtar rida upp och ner Fenwick Ditch.

Great unit, plenty of room, great location for us, good deal.

Our family of 6 was looking for a good place to stay, with three separate bedrooms, and at least 2.5 baths, that wasn’t astronomically priced. This unit was perfect. The bedrooms were the perfect size for my wife and I in the master bedroom, my daughter and her boyfriend in the second bedroom, and our other daughter and her friend in the 3rd bedroom. The two bathrooms with showers were good sized and well equipped, and the 3rd bathroom downstairs was confident as well. Downstairs area has a ton of room. The kitchen area is large and well equipped for cooking meals and groceries when you don’t want to go out. The dining room seats 6 comfortably with a large table and chairs. The living room area is big with plenty of room for sitting and watching tv. And there’s also a sunroom on the back, with more seating room, making the unit feel even larger. The unit was good cleanliness wise, and is kept in good condition. We only had two minor issues while we were there. One was the hot water heater was turned off at the breaker when we arrived, but we figured out how to turn it on after chatting with the host. The other issue was there was a water main issue in the sub one night, and they shut off water to the entire sub for about 8 hours overnight one evening without notice (not the hosts fault, as everyone was affected). It was a just a random fluke. Location was great for us and communication with Eric was easy/helpful when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach house and neighborhood!

This property was one of the best places we have stayed over the years of vacationing in the Bethany, Ocean City area. We enjoyed the location, the house, the pool, the neighborhood! Hoping to come back again next year!

Amazing house near the Bay

The house was identical to the pictures on the website and it was very beachy looking. The rooms were large and having a tv in every room was a plus. The bathrooms were nice having one on each floor with 5 women (lol). The kitchen was very nice with a large pantry and stocked with all the dishes, silverware, blender, toaster oven, etc. The living room and sunroom were roomy and very comfortable along with the dining room right next to it. Very open areas and bright and clean. Loved ❤️This House! Hope to rent it again this year and possibly next. Love, Lynne Beck and family.

Golf Getaway

Our stay here was excellent! I know North OC well and it was a perfect location for our Golf trip. Very convenient to everything. The home was great and exceeded our expectations. Everything was in its place, lacked for nothing. Very clean and organized! Nicely decorated! Beds were comfortable. Loved the layout of the home! Eric was a great Host! Was on top of everything. Easy to communicate with and quick to respond if there was an issue or questions! Well done!! :)

Vacation week to unwind

This was a beautiful space to unplug from the frenzy of work and give everyone the space to do what they need to be nourished. My teenaged daughters could stay in their rooms or come out to play- no pressure or crowing each other.

2nd time staying - perfect location

Eric makes sure that the house is clean and all the needed details are known in advance so when you get there.... so alls you need to do is enjoy your vacation! This is my second year and the entire process has been very enjoyable and consistent. Also, the location and setting.... cannot be beat.

Overall great place!! Very clean very affordable. Pull out sofa bed was a little rough I'd bring an air mattress for future stays.

Disappointing

We have been renting with VRBO for vacations for several years and this was by far our worst experience. The house is in a quiet community on the bay. While the address is Ocean City it is steps from Fenwick Island. House was as pictured and clean. Needs updating for the price charged. Air conditioning could only be set to 72 degrees or above and bedrooms were warm at night. For families with kids it is very far from the attractions and not walking distance to the beach. There is no parking at the beach so it makes it very difficult to get to the beach with the toys, chairs, etc. The pool is very small and on the street. Kids did not enjoy the pool... We had several issues with the house and the owner. Two of the three toilets were backed up, with one actually flooding within a day of arrival. After trying to fix the issue ourselves we contacted the owner. He would not pick up the phone to talk. When he responded via text he was rude, told he us never had any other problems with the toliets, and told us to call a plumber. I did not feel that I should be contacting repairmen to fix other people's houses. The owner finally set up an appointment for the following morning at 9am. We had to wait 2+ hours for the plumber to arrive. The toilet upstairs still didnt flush properly after he left. The owner never contacted us to see if the problem was fixed. In addition to the toilets issue the master bath sink didnt drain properly, the tub and shower curtain were moldy and the shower broke- leaving us with one working shower for 5 people for the week. Although we were advised that the house had paper products and garbage bags there was almost none in the house. We didn't bother to call the owner after our first interactions because he didnt seem to want to hear about any problems. Finally, the night before we left I got a text reminding us to check out on time because a cleaning crew was coming, which I found harassing based on our previous interactions. We were well aware of the check out time. As we were packing the car the next morning at @9am we noticed a man staring at us from a parked car across the street. It was unnerving, especially with small children, as we didnt know who or why this person was there. We left the house and drove around the block to see if this man went into the house and he did as the car was in the driveway. I texted the owner after I left with my concerns and he ignored me. I dont recommend renting from this owner.

I enjoy the beach and the Eastern Shore. I appreciate the slower way of life and the beauty of the wildlife. I particularly look forward to crabbing and fishing from the pier. And, of course, I take advantage of the great tax-free shopping in Rehoboth and the many restaurants and fun things to do. It's a nice place to vacation and a great place to hang out after a tough week.

I purchased this property because my family and I always felt so relaxed and energized after we rented various units. It feels like home. Living in Portofino has provided me and my family with memories of a lifetime. We have had such fun. The residents have always been friendly and helpful and it never feels crowded, except for a few days of the year.

Portofino is located in North Ocean City/Fenwick Island. The area is less congested and accessibility to activities is wonderful. The community is quiet and relaxing, yet it is just minutes from the exciting night-life and cool stuff that you can enjoy on the water. It's so hard to believe that you can be in downtown OC or Bethany Beach in 12-30 minutes. You can stay in the Portofino neighborhood and crab, fish, swim, walk to fine dining establishments or recreational centers, without experiencing the crowds. It's not just a house...it's a community.
