Ett parhus 220m2 vackert hus i ett högt rankat gated komplex nära Puerto Banus, Marbella. Huset är charmigt, modernt och familjevänligt, med många möjligheter för en underbar semester. Gångavstånd till stranden och strandklubbarna, med bil 5 minuter till den prestigefyllda hamnen Puerto Banus och 10 minuter till centrum av Marbella, med dess berömda apelsinträdgård och vackra små gator och restauranger. Malaga flygplats ligger 45 minuters bilresa.

Inom en liten radie av denna utveckling finns några av Europas mest prestigefyllda golfbanor! En lugn oas men ändå nära till alla bekvämligheter, vilket gör den till ett idealiskt läge.

Utvecklingen är vacker och har designats av Melvin Villarroel (en av Spaniens främsta arkitekter). Det är mycket väl underhållet, grönt och säkert. Det finns två stora pooler för solbad eller bara stänk runt. Det är bokstavligen 25 steg från huset till en av poolerna! Båda har gott om solstolar.

Huset har 220m2 byggd yta, med fyra sovrum, tre badrum, en stor privat 65m2 trädgård med dekorerade sittplatser, en solig takterrass för upp till 8 personer, en privat parkeringsplats och massor av parkeringsplatser utanför. Privat ingång leder till ett stort vardagsrum med designmöbler och en matplats. Från vardagsrummet såväl som från det moderna köket går du ut till en härlig trädgård med en mysig solig lounge och matplats. Utsikten är obegränsad och tyst, bara boskap och rullande jordbruksmark.
Sovrum: nedervåningen hittar du det första stora sovrummet med två enkelsängar och en toalett. Det nybyggda eleganta badrummet erbjuder privatliv för gästerna nere. På övervåningen hittar du sovrummet med balkong och badrum (badkar, dusch, bidé, toalett), ett annat stort designerrum med dubbelsäng och det fjärde sovrummet med två enkelsängar och ett badrum med badkar, dusch och toalett.

Den soliga takterrassen är en glädje. Havsutsikt till ena sidan och utsikt över det berömda berget La Concha på andra sidan. Takterrassen har ett solarium med solstolar och solstolar, samt en uppfriskande dusch under varma dagar. 360 graders utsikt. Beautiful house with everything you need for a perfect holiday!

The owners of the house have created a magnificent holiday home with everything you need to feel at home and have a lovely vacation. The house is very well kept, is beautifully decorated, has a lovely garden and is fully equipped for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We rented the house for 17 nights and part of the time we were 8 adults in the house. The four bedrooms are comfortable and equipped with wardrobes with lots of hangers. The bathrooms have hairdryers and good light and are of high standard. The living room is very large with room for everyone, although we spent most of the time in the garden which has a nice lounge sofa and a large dining table. You can enter the garden from both the living room and the kitchen which is very practical. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared many meals at home. The roof terrace has a lovely view of the sea and mountains and was nice to spend time on in the evenings. The urbanization was very calm and clean, one of the nice swimming pools only 25 meters away (open 10-23). The location of the house within the urbanization was very good in a corner with only one neighbor and next to a field. It is (adult) walking distance to the beach (2 km) and only another km to Puerto Banus. The beaches are nice and clean and there are several options of beach clubs for those who are interested. If you walk up the hill there are several very good restaurants. The caretaker of the house, Carina, took very well care of us and helped instantly if there were any problems. The owner Mireille van der Vis was very kind and eager to make sure our expectations of the stay were fulfilled and was very easy and pleasant to get in contact with. In summary we are very pleased with our stay in this lovely house which exceeded our high expectations and we give the property our best recommendations!

Wonderful, spacious and superb maintained house in Marbella

We (two adults, three teenagers) spent wonderful days in Marbella. Rob‘s and Mireille‘s house is part of larger (but very peaceful and quiet) enclosure. Two swimming pools (one directly around the corner) are used together. The house was spotless clean, featured a very well equipped kitchen, individual aircon in every room, very comfortable beds and new furniture - everything as described and presented in the advertisement. The roof-top terrace is the perfect place for a relaxed sun-downer. Or you use several seating possibilities or the sunbeds in the own garden. Mireille did a great job with on-time advices and made it very simple for us to make our stay super relaxed. Clear recommendation, thanks for having us.

Just like the pictures!

The host is amazing, and the property is clean, large, luxurious. We were so happy to have stayed there. For Marbella, the location was perfect , close to everything yet comfortable and not crowded like other places. The neighborhood is cute, pools are great. The host made sure everything was perfect and was available throughout our trip for recommendations and tips!

Beautiful villa with lovely surroundings.

The villa was spacious and well decorated. The pools were well kept and never too busy, so sunbeds were always available. Our only feedback would be that there are a number of plates and dishes in the kitchen which are chipped, perhaps these could be replaced. In terms of cleaning we noticed on arrival that the TV screen was covered in hand marks which needed to be cleaned off. Also on the bedding and towels the cleaning labels hadn't been removed and are held in place by a staple. It would be better for these to be removed prior to use. In terms of comfort the villa was perfect. I would just note that although the TV offers a large number of channels, there are limited English channels, so we were unable to watch BBC or ITV. I appreciate that when your on holiday you don't watch too much TV, however on the nights you just want to stay in, it would be good to be able to watch TV.

Lovely Villa with all you need, and in a quiet but central location

The house is very tastefully presented inside and a large patio to the rear was perfect for soaking up the sunshine. The house was very homely and well equipped. Felt more like a home than a rental property. Loads of space. The location was quiet with no traffic noise so felt very peaceful and relaxed. Owner and the 24/7 maintenance person took quickly care of solving any needs or problems to ensure we could relax and enjoy the vacation. Both speaks excellent English and communication was very easy with them both when arranging booking and during our stay. Puerto Banús was only a short distance away with yachts, top class cars and designer shops and good restaurants! Several nice beaches and beach clubs are close to the house as-well. Another great visit is Ronda, a wonderful/ elegant and historic city with El Tajo a deep cliff dividing the city in two. Also to be found here is the Plaza de Toros Ronda the first bullfighting ring in Spain but now a museum, but the town also offered a lot’s of other historical buildings and streets. Malaga is 35 minutes by car and in Malaga you may find all one could wish for. We had a day with rain, but drove to La Canada, a huge shopping Mall. The day were easily spend there. This villa is close enough that you can get to everything easily but far enough away that it is very peaceful staying at the villa. We had a rental car to get around, which we will recommend for other renters. I would highly recommend this villa as we had a very enjoyable stay!

Lovely stay

we have had a lovely stay with 2 families ( 7 persons ). The house was like expected and Rob and Mireille take care at any time. The area is very quite. The bigger pool is 200m far away from the house within the area, for us not a problem with the kids. All is new painted, devices and furniture are in good condition. Most of the time we stay outside the house, where we have had enough space for all of us.

Wonderful House with everything you need.

We had a lovely stay in the house and enjoyed every minute of it. The garden is stunning and the field next door lets you forget you're in an Urbanisation. The interior is as stunning as in an ELLE Decor magazine and the area nice and quiet. We will definitely be back.

Very nice house with a good location in Nueva Andalucia. Service was excellent and we really felt welcomed from the start! Great to have the private garden, the rooftop terrace and super close access to the pool where we were practically alone :)

SUPERB

First of all comunication whit Rob and Meirelle could not be better and always friendly. Very nice house with a small but very pleasant garden where we have the meals and long conversations after Dinner! Good amenities, nice furniture and everything functional in this Villa. We are a family with four teenagers and one child and everything gone smooth and well during our stay.

Heel erg netjes en mooi huis, van alles voorzien!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in de mooie woning, die stijlvol en warm is ingericht. Het interieur is van alles voorzien en het terras en ook het dakterras is heerlijk om te relaxen en te eten en genieten! De omgeving is gezellig, boven in het dorp lekkere restaurants waar vooral locals komen, dit is ook prima te lopen. echt een aanrader! David's bar heeft echt lekker eten voor zeer goede prijs, ook daar tegenover is het heerlijk eten, het ziet er niet zo gezellig uit maar het is echt lekker!

Stunning villa, excellent location

From start to finish the holiday experience was excellent. Service was impeccable really helpful and gave good advice. The property manager welcomed us all and showed us around the villa and it was stunning! Excellent location close enough to the action but far enough away to relax. Made some memories to last forever. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you

Surpassed expectations!

As a group of 8 between the ages of 23-30 we had struggled with villas in the past in the area of Marbella due to being a large group rather than a family. However, from the minute we booked the communication and service has been second to none. The pictures provided show a true reflection of what the villa has to offer and there is even more facilities within the villa and complex than shown. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress free holiday and the location is perfect, hoping to return next year!

Since 2014 we are the proud owners of Casa Condes de Iza. We are a family of 4 and parents of the cutest twin girls ever. We spent quite some holidays in the house and we all have fallen in love with our house and cannot wait for the next holiday. The kids feel safe in the urbanisation and they love the swimming pool, the climate, the beach and the chill Spanish way of living.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Andalucia is rich in culture, and has lots to offer in terms of culture, golf, and ultimate holiday feeling. On top of that (thanks to the mountain La Concha) this particular part of the Costa del Sol has a micro-climate; lots of sun, and steady lovely weather. That is why we have always been attracted to this part of Spain. We were never really satisfied with the houses we rented. That is why we decided to buy a house of our own and decorate it to our style, with the luxury we desire. The pictures of our house are honest, and realistic. All rooms have a colour theme.
We love to share our house with you, and hope you will experience the privacy, luxury and holiday feeling as we do. We cannot wait to go there again!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We viewed 12 houses before we choose this one. It was clear this was the right house from the moment we stood on the rooftop, looking at La Concha on the left and the ocean on the right. The park is lovely and green and secure. The swimming pool appeared to be just 25 steps from the house. That was a very big plus, being parents of 2 nine year old girls. You can actually hear their voices when they are playing in the pool, and that is a re-assurance. There are many (working) residents living in this urbanisation, that is why the pools are rarely busy. On a busy day there are max 10-15 people in the pool close to our house. Usually other tourist families.
We changed and modernised quite a bit in this house to improve the comfort of living. We put an extra glass door in the wall to the garden to optimise the inside-outside experience. The complete privacy in the garden and on the top roof is extraordinary.
The soft yellow Moorish building style of the house together with the beautiful marbel floors inside give the house a lovely Spanish atmosphere.
A huge benefit of this house is the strategic position. It is really close to everything. We sometimes rent bicycles and you easily bike to Puerto Banus, Marbella, the beach and shops. Ideal!
