Villa Mimis läge är oslagbar. Det ligger precis vid Beau Vallon Bay-stranden, Mahe's längsta och vackraste. Utrymmet är extremt lugnt och avkopplande, det är vackert utformat och lätt att vara ett hem i. Det huvudsakliga underhållande utrymmet är mycket stort och leder ut till en stor terrass för uteservering med plats för minst 12 platser. Det finns en härlig dopppool att svalka i och ett däck för att suga upp strålarna. Den svängande soffan på verandan är det perfekta stället att se solen gå ner. Vardagsrummet är öppen plan för det fantastiska fullt utrustade köket. Den har ett integrerat musiksystem och hemmabio gör det till ett fantastiskt rum att koppla av i. Det finns 4 sovrum alla luftkonditionerade med mycket bekväma sängar. Det stora sovrummet har eget badrum, ett te / kaffe minikök och integrerade högtalare där du kan ansluta en surfplatta. Rummet har en dubbelsäng och fantastisk havsutsikt. Sovrum två har också en king size-säng, integrerade högtalare och fantastisk havsutsikt. Sovrum tre har samma underbara utsikt och en dubbelsäng. Alla dessa rum leder till en stor terrass. Sovrum 4 har en dubbelsäng och en neddragbar våningssäng, balkong och vacker utsikt över bergen.
Vi vill att våra gäster ska känna sig riktigt hemma och ha kul. Vi kan erbjuda en kock vid behov. Villahyran inkluderar daglig städning (utom söndagar).
Grannhuven är idyllisk, det finns en by-atmosfär och du kan få allt du behöver här. Villa Mimi är utmärkt behöver bara promenera ner på stranden för att komma till några härliga restauranger, butiker, vattensporter och dykfaciliteter.

perfect getaway

The perfect getaway. Beautiful house. Incredible location. Comfortable beds. Smooth, hassle free transfers and an excellent housekeeper. Thoroughly recommended, particularly if you have adult children who need more than their parents to keep them amused. The beach is just lively enough and it's walking distance to great bars and restaurants.

Everything you could wish for a relaxing beach holiday!

Villa Mimi is just what we ordered! The villa is amazing and probably the best villa on Beau Vallon Beach. The location is superb and we thoroughly enjoyed our morning walk or run along the beach. Everything in the villa is as described when we booked. We received a warm welcome by Verllen and she was very helpful during our stay. We also highly recommend a snorkelling boat trip with Gams Charters - we saw stingrays, starfish, squid and 2 turtles....oh and lots of fish too! Thank you to Sarah and family for sharing your beautiful home and for making us feel very welcome.

A relaxing stay at Villa Mimi

Overall we had a very nice stay. Villa Mimi has an enviable location as the beautiful Beau Vallon beach is literally at the bottom of the garden. The sunsets from the beach are just spectacular, the sand is clean and soft and the ocean temperature is like a warm bath. Numerous restaurants, supermarkets and other stores are within easy walking distance. All of the staff including Verlaine and the 24/7 Security guards were very friendly and helped us with our every needs. The swimming pool is very clean and perfect to take the edge off those hot sunny days. There is a very comfortable large deck next to the private pool with an ocean view. Having early morning tea outside to the calming sound of the ocean and the birds singing was simply magical. Our only criticism is that the house wasn’t as clean as we would have liked when we arrived. The microwave had not been cleaned, and there were other areas that could use a good dusting. Finally, there were items not provided that we are used to, having stayed at numerous VRBO properties in the past. For example, there was no shampoo in the showers and the kitchen had no paper towels or other basics that we have come to expect. The villa is a little worn and could do with a bit of a facelift, nothing major, just some painting, upgraded appliances and minor repairs. Despite these minor improvements we really enjoyed our stay. Mahé is a beautiful piece of paradise and we will always have fond memories of our stay in Villa Mimi.

Matched and exceeded our expectations

We were a group of 7 friends. The property is right on the beach (separated by a fence), it is quiet at night. The whole first floor of the villa is occupied by a huge living room with an open kitchen. It opens to a wide terrace with a big table and seating area. Small but usable pool in front of the terrace. One toilet on the ground floor. Four bedrooms are on the first floor (two double, one single, one twin), with two toilets (one en suite to the master bedrooms). Three bedrooms share a terrace that that has views of the beach and sea (partially obscured by trees, but very nice). Parking for two (small) cars in front of the door. Check-in, check-out was no problem. Supermarkets and lots of (rather expensive) restaurants are walking distance. Very nice reef for snorkeling some 500m along the beach (north from the property, look for small boats on permanent moorings some 100m from the beach, they are moored where the reef starts). We have seen turtles, sharks, rays, etc on this reef, along with many live corals. Recommended. Would stay again.

Atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergänge mit einem Aber!

Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Security rund um die Uhr. Der Strand, die atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergänge sind unvergesslich und der Grund, warum wir auf den Seychellen sind. Trotzdem muss man sagen, dass das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist. Für den Preis sollte es möglich sein, die Mängel zu beseitigen, vor allem, da die Aufwände dafür überschaubar sind. Die tägliche Reinigung der Villa war nicht gegeben. Ich bin das dritte Mal auf den Seychellen und weiß, dass man Abstriche machen muss, aber bei 6 Personen ist es gut, wenn mindestens an jedem zweiten Tag eine Reinigung erfolgt. Vor allem, wenn man dafür bezahlt hat! In der Beschreibung ist die Rede von 3 Bädern, aber das dritte ist im Erdgeschoss und gehört zum Essbereich. Im oberen Stockwerk sind 3 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Bädern. Würde man sich mehr Mühe geben im Unterhalt/Reinigung, dann könnte eine perfekte Unterkunft entstehen: Der Garten benötigt einen Gärtner mit Herz; wer einen Garten besitzt, sieht, dass hier nicht wirklich was gemacht wird. Kaputte und alte Gegenstände wie ein Tisch, Liegen, Grills, etc. gehören entsorgt. Die Veranda ist in die Jahre gekommen; die Sonnenjalousien sind defekt und heruntergekommen. Der Pool gehört regelmäßig gereinigt; vor allem, wenn dieser von 6 Personen am Tag genutzt wird. Es waren nur Liegen für zwei Personen vorhanden und die Auflagen waren verschlissen. Es gäbe noch viel zu schreiben, aber FeWo lässt nicht mehr zu. Eine Formatierung des Textes ist nicht möglich.

Seychellen immer eine Reise wert

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Strandlage. Die Privatsphäre im Garten war durch den "öffentlichen" Weg nicht gegeben.

Beste Lage am Beau Vallon mit schönsten Sonnenuntergängen

Für uns als fünfköpfige Familie die perfekte Unterkunft auch wenn einige Möbel und Einrichtungen in die Jahre gekommen sind. Verlenne die Hausdame zusammen mit dem technischen Personal und der Security standen stets für unsere Fragen und Wünsche freundlich zur Verfügung. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Very nice stay!

A very nice, bright house for an almost perfect holiday! Just a few meters from the beach you can hear the sound of the sea. It is recommended to rent a car in order to move well on the island. Along the beach you can reach hotels and restaurants within a few minutes on foot. On weekends it can get a little noisy at night when the local people park their cars next door close to the beach and play their music at full volume. But this is part of life on the island. Séjour parfait dans une maison parfaite.

L’emplacement au bord de l’eau est idéal, la maison est claire, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. La proximité de quelques magasins rend la vie simple. Et la plage est un vrai bijou. Le personnel de service est très gentil. Une voiture est indispensable pour aller et venir commodément. Nous sommes très heureux de ce séjour et recommandons la maison sans réserve.

PARADISE AWAITS!!!

Could not have been happier. The villa is located perfectly between restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The local setting itself if absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. There is onsite security and we felt at home from the moment we walked in where we were greeted by Verlaine, Pamela, and Simon. Simon actually ran down the beach and brought back freshly caught tuna and cleaned them and cut them up for us to grill. Nothing better than the island breezes and the sound of the crashing waves that came right in through big open doorways. Stunning beachfront gem doesn't even begin to describe this place. I have stayed in VRBO homes all over the world and this one is certainly at the top of the list of places to return to.

Wonderful stay!

Our party of 9 were very happy and comfortable at Villa Mimi. Verlaine was a wonderful host and very hard worker in keeping the place spotless. The sound system (which was great) was not able to be integrated with the home theatre system due to a missing wire which was a little disappointing but it didn't hamper our stay. I would suggest a blender of some sort for the kitchen but other than that it is very well equipped. The location is ideal and the house is very comfortably laid out.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand von Beau Vallon. Die Hausmaid Verlane ist eine Perle .....

Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Es können 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder untergebracht werden. Nur ein Schlafzimmer hat Bad ensuite. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ok. Die Hausfee namens Verlane ist eine Perle und sie hat immer gute Tips. Verlane und Ihre Schwester Cecil kochen gerne für die Gäste. Sehr empfehlenswert! Die Möbel sind schon ein bisschen abgenutzt und manche könnten auch ausgetauscht werden. Es gibt kein Fernsehgerät und WLAN muss man bei Cable und Wireless kaufen. Es gibt einen Beamer - nehmt also Videofilme mit! Den Grill muss man bei Jim dem Hausmeister anfragen. Die oberen Schlafräume sind alle klimatisiert und auch die Betten sind sehr gut. Ein Bad ist ensuite, das andere auf dem Flur und das dritte ist im unteren Stock. Auf Mahe muss man sich mit Sandfliegen anfreunden können. Ein Haus am Strand hat immer welche. Da hilft auch nichts...... Wir hatten in 3 Wochen Aufenthalt 3 Tage und Nächte tropischen Regen. Das hatte zur Folge, dass die Einfahrt zum Haus auf 75 Meter überschwemmt war. Und zwar bis zur Kühlerhaube des Autos. Da muss man abwarten bis es besser wird.

Presently my husband myself and our four children share our time between London and Mahe. We are fun loving and interested in many things including art and personal development and the nature of what it is to be alive in this extraordinary place at this amazing time.

It is quite simply idyllic in every way. The villa is serene an really relaxing. Our location is second to none, roll off the swinging 15 steps through our tropical through the gate and you have arrived on the stunning beach.

Villa Mimi has a gorgeous working miniature piano, it is set up as a very luxurious space that you can really enjoy relaxing and having fun in. A short walk will take you to the local amenities. From Beauvallon you are only a short drive to town and it is very easy by car to explore the rest of this wonderful island.
