Newly remodeled 2 bd 1 ba, 2nd floor condo just a few short steps from the beach! Our well appointed, bright and beachy unit is in a quiet setting, but close to all that Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach have to offer...sunrises, surfing, rocket launches, cruise terminals just to name a few. Come bury your toes in the sand!

Well stocked and perfectly located!

Newly remodeled with a smart beach vibe. Stocked with food, personal hygiene items and beach toys! Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

Great location about 100m from the beach and a really quiet location Property is fab, includes deck chairs, beach towels & bikes. We used the bikes to cycle around the area, up to Port Canaveral for sea food, down to downtown Cocoa Beach and across to Manatee Nature Reserve to watch the sunset

Perfect stay!

We had such a great stay at the Beach Bum! Everything in the condo was perfect! The design, colors, feel - so comfy and fun. My boys LOVED the chair!!! And it had everything we could possibly need - beach gear, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. I would absolutely stay here again. ☀️

We had a great time

The condo appears to have been remodeled in the last couple of years, looked just like the pictures and was pretty much spotless when we checked in. The beach was a short walk away – about 1 ½ blocks and the condo had all of the items you needed for a day at the beach; beach chairs, towels, mats and a beach umbrella. The amenities were above and beyond expectation! James kept us well informed about our reservation and Nana, the on-site property manager, also was very helpful -- she checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had all of the supplies we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Just as advertised

The condo was clean and just as pictured. The condo is a very short walk to the beach. The beach chairs, bikes, and other amenities made our stay comfortable and carefree. The property manager checked on us and was available as needed. We enjoyed our stay.

2 week vacation

The beach bum was awesome, and communication with the owner was great. The place had all the necessary things for or stay, Beach chairs, towels, and tons of supplies. The location was on point, restaurant’s, bars, there was even a block party we attended with live music, food trucks, and crafts. Overall a great stay!!!
