This wonderful and spacious apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of an 4 star residence, offers an amazing view on the Lake Annecy and the mountains. Private access via the residence to the lake.



The apartment is composed of a first part with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a second part situated on the same floor offering a studio for 2 persons with a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen.



The 3 bedroom apartment offers :

The Studio apartment situated on the same floor offers :

30 square meters with a kitchen, living room with Queen size bed and direct access to the balcony of 10 square meters including an incredible lake view. As well as a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub.



The apartments are situated in a high standing building offering an exceptional view on Lake Annecy and the Mountains. Parking slots for bicycles inside the residence.

2 private parking spaces in the residence's secure car park on the opposite side of the road.

A deposit of 900€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.



The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.

We can provide you with a free baby cot and high chair upon request.

About the village Duingt :



Duingt is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and has definitely earned it’s nickname "Pearl of the Lake".



Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional view on mountain and lake. Due to the cycle path which goes from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) all the villages along the lake are connected and easily accessible by bike.



The "best bakery around the lake" is located in Duingt, as well as a bookstore, and high-quality restaurants (Clos Marcel or Spinaker for example).



Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in summer or winter.



Summer activities :

- Cycling (bike path which goes around the lake is situated in front of the house)

- Hiking (many hike paths directly from the house: Entrevernes, Saint-Jorioz)

- Sailing, pedal boat, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, Wake Board just in front of the house but also water skiing (we will be happy to put you in touch with our local partner from Baie des Voiles, Rico!)

- Paragliding

- Distance to the nearest mountains : the Sambuy (30mins) or Semnoz (20mins)

- Summer sledging from the station Semnoz

- Adventure park in Talloires (20mins) or Tamie (35mins)



Winter activities:

- Cross country skiing, sledding track or snowshoeing on the Semnoz (20mins), possibility to rent required equipment with our partner in Sevrier (5mins)

-The cross country or track is also practicable in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns); Seizures (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (about 1 hour)
