The house is composed of two bedrooms, a bright living room and a separate kitchen perfectly equipped to prepare meals out of sight for more surprises ! You are ideally located between the Remblais of Notre-Dame and downtown (900 meters) where you will find all its small shops, markets and restaurants where you can taste good local products. Thanks to an ideal location, you can easily explore Vendean coast : less than 15 minutes by car to get to Saint-Jean-de-Monts and 20 minutes to the Island of Noirmoutier where you can practice fishing walk. Go on an adventure on the many cycle paths in the heart of pine forests or family theme trails to admire the natural environment of Notre-Dame-de-Monts which is home to a protected territory. Dynamic city, there are many organized activities, including « La DĂ©ferlante » festival, made up of quality street shows and « A tout Vent » festival : kite enthusiasts will be delighted !
