Detta rustika strandhus har en lägenhet på nedervåningen med fullt utrustat kök, vardagsrum / matplats och tvättmaskin och torktumlare samt två sovrum och ett badrum. De övre två våningarna utgör ytterligare en komplett enhet med fyra sovrum, två badrum och vardagsrum, matsal och kök, tvättmaskin och torktumlare - perfekt för två familjer som delar en semester.

Under månaderna oktober till mars finns bara den övre delen av huset tillgängligt. Denna del av huset är 4 sovrum och 2 badrum.

Stora verandor, en privat inhägnad pool, enkel tillgång till stranden och underbar utsikt över bukten gör detta hus till en perfekt familjesemesterplats.

För att undvika folkmassorna erbjuder vi en bekväm och tystare checka in / utcheckning från söndag till söndag. Detta gör att du kan undvika trafiken på lördag när andra semesterfirare reser.

Huset ligger också 2 miles från Grayton Beach och 4 miles från Seaside and Water Color. Det finns trottoarer hela avståndet till dessa platser, så en familj cykeltur är en perfekt komma bort från stranden.

Amazing Stay at Blue Mountain Beach

The stay here was GREAT! The beach was close and not crowded at all. The sand was amazing, as was the ocean. The house exceeded all expectations and was exactly as described. Host was great and easily reachable. We will be back!

Overall, the location of the house is exquisite. Everything was just like the pictures. Having 2 refrigerators and 2 washer/dryers was a plus!

Great family vacation!

We had a great vacation. We loved the house. We had a total of 12 people. It was a great location, less than 1 minute walk from the beach. It was within walking ice cream, donuts, coffe, pizza, tacos to name a few. We had a great time.

Great family home convenient to beach

This was a wonderful home for our large family. It was convenient to beach boardwalk, ice cream shop, and restaurants, all within easy walking distance (even for out of shape elderly folks). It was clean, and the beds slept wonderfully. Be prepared to do without clear phone service though, and intermittent wifi. We had to purchase a mop, as there was not one provided, and be prepared to bring all toilet paper, hand soap, and dish liquids. The grass desperately needed cutting, which prevented us from having the kids play in the grass, and the outdoor furniture needs refurbishing. My daughter, holding her baby, collapsed backward onto the ground when a chair broke because the frame was rusty. There were ample chairs to pull into use, however, and the pool was PRISTINE. The grill was huge and perfect. The outdoor hot shower was great! We loved the porches, and would love to stay there again. 8 or 9 out of 10!!!

Family vacation

Great property! Beach was gorgeous and only a few steps away. Plenty of room for the entire family. The pool was greatly appreciated by the little ones! Would absolutely stay here again.

Family Beach Time

We had an amazing stay at the Emerald Coast Get Away. The location to the beach is great. Super relaxing quiet neighborhood, extremely clean sand and water. Great restaurants nearby. Thanks for renting your beautiful home

Great Family Vacation

Family Fun at Keepsake

This was our 3rd visit to Blue Mountain Beach 2022, 2023, 2024. This property is so convenient to everything! We were concerned this year, about the “Beach Police” but had no encounters with them. No sharks or rip currents, thank God! Wonderful memories made this year as years past! Linda T

Best location. Minutes from the beach. Comfortable beds. Our crowd of 14 family members cooked most of our meals there and had no problems from kitchenware provided. Kids loved the pool

Keepsake

We have been vacationing for close to 50 years in the Florida pan-handle and this experience was great. Great location, easy beach access. The home was perfect for our family. The view of the beach from the third floor was a bonus. We have a large family with ages that range from 1 to 73. We were thinking that it was going to be a little small but since it had a pool as we do at home we gave keepsake a try. I’m glad we did. The two staircases, front and back, provided easy access to the upper floors. The grounds keeping could use a little work but other than that we would stay again. Thank you for great time.

Great location in Blue Mountain Beach

Stayed here for our annual guys' trip. Great location. Only one house between this property and the public beach access. Easy walk to Blue Mountain beach eateries and shops, including Red Fish Taco, Blue Mabel and Blue Mountain Beach Bakery.

Good location

Very close to beach. Few issues but owner responded quickly. Close to beach, places eat. Good location. Home was nice and clean. Pool in the back yard is great when your taking a break from the beach.

Perfect vaycay

We really enjoyed this property and the approximately to the beautiful beach. The house was perfectly stocked in the kitchen. The beds were surprisingly good. Communication was good. The only small glitch was house wasn’t ready on time and house cleaner complained about us ?????

Keepsake Memories

We rented both the upstairs and downstairs apartment for Spring Break- 3 families and my mother, 11 people in total. The location is wonderful! It is part of a neighborhood with a reserved beach area; it was 177 steps from the drive to the beach. :-) The house had a lovely fenced backyard with a pool. It was private and quiet. We heard birds all the time and even saw a deer on our first day! Having the lower level kitchen was awesome to access the food when using the pool then we used the upstairs kitchen for most meals. The house is a bit worn but looks like updates are in progress. Cheryl was amazingly responsive to all my questions and requests prior to and during our stay. We made many wonderful memories!

Good stay for the money

Overall the home was clean, very close to the beach and accommodated the entire family of 11. It was also nice that the home had separate levels for added privacy. Having two kitchens made it great for our family night of grilling. The only minor issues we had were the lack of trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap and dish cloths. Also there were no beach towels available and no lighting for back patio or front porch. We did have a good stay and I would recommend this home for a family vacation by the beach!
