Detta nya hem byggdes 2018 och är snyggt inredda och möblerade med nya sängar (Casper), nya sängkläder och fullt utrustat kök. Hemmet är inrättat som ett 2 sovrum + 2 badrum. Det tredje sovrummet är inrättat som ett kontor men kan ställas in med en drottning luftmadrass, om det behövs.

Great property. Clean and well maintained. Good location; between Durango, Purgatory Ski Resort, and the Durango hot springs on the corner, we couldn’t have been more pleased.

Delightful Durango

This was the BEST stay on whole 9 day adventure. Home was clean and guest information provided was excellent. My only regret was not staying here longer. Definitely want to come back and have a long stay here.

So very, very, clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The outside yard was gorgeous. Just wish we could have had more time to spend at the house. We loved all the amenities. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Beautiful Home

We have had the most wonderful stay! This home is just perfect! The moment we walked in we felt at home. The furnishings and decor are pristine and SO BEAUTIFUL! I We hardly wanted to leave during our stay and we were more than a little sad to have to go home. Love love love! If we could give this rental more than 5 stars we would. We can’t wait to come back!"

The property was so clean and it was so well stocked with everything we needed. The gas fire pit and the gas grill worked well for our needs. And above all the views off of the back deck are just amazing. Location, what can one say, the hot springs just down the street and the downtown area just minutes away along with wild to mild rafting so close.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay. Home is outside of Durango, but not a bad drive at all. Across the highway from a nice grocery store. Enjoyed the a/c units in two of the bedrooms. Would highly recommend this home!!

Wonderful home!

Wonderful home. We stayed 3 nights and attended our nieces' wedding. We were just minutes from the wedding venue. The house was very clean and well supplied. Lovely outdoor patio with a great fire pit. Peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. We had 5 adults and one 19 month old (with host permission) and the house was very roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Mike is a great host. Thank you!

Very enjoyable experience

The property was very clean and pleasant. Having dinnerware and kitchen utensils was wonderful as we cooked several meals there. It took us a bit to get the hang of using the stove and adjusting temperatures. Mike was very quick to respond when we had trouble getting on the internet.

This was a beautiful home with very spacious family room/kitchen/dining and very large bathrooms. Very clean and we had a fabulous time there as a family right after Christmas!

Perfect!

This house is probably one of the nicest, cleanest, well supplied, and comfortable VRBO accommodation we have ever rented. Our group felt very much at home and appreciated being able to relax and gather outside on the deck after a busy day of touring. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Durango area.

Great location and well appointed

Communications and directions were great. Michael responded promptly to any of our inquiries. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access from the main highway. Property was spotless, well appointed and had most of the items one would need if cooking. Both bathrooms had double sinks and large counters. The stove was nice but read directions before using to reduce confusion of how to turn a burner on. Overall this is a great property for either a friends or family group.

Everything mike’s house has to offer is awesome. Great location just a short 15 minute drive to downtown Durango. House has everything you need and was very very clean. Mike was great at communicating. Will stay again!

Hermosa Creek ride

This was our second stay at this property. It’s close to Dalton Ranch, quiet, clean, and accommodates a decent size group. We prefer staying away from downtown and this is a perfect location.

Clean and Homey!

Michael's property is brand new, incredibly clean, and perfect for three couples staying in Durango for an August wedding. One of the rooms does not have AC (which the listing specifies) but we didn't find that room to be too warm at all, even in middle-of-August! The Kitchen is stocked with a Mr. Coffee pot and has all the dishes and cooking supplies we needed to make breakfast. The laundry room was also stocked with Tide Pods so we were able to do Laundry. All of the instructions are included by the property owner in an easy-to-read manual and the host was responsive and accommodating! I searched pretty hard for the right property for our needs and we couldn't be happier with Michael's home! Plus all of the furnishings in the place are so fun and personal. I would not recommend staying here without a rental car or other vehicle.

Durango Trip

We loved the location of this rental. Out of the hustle and bustle of Durango but close enough to quickly get to the restaurants, shopping, and train ride in town. Loved the drive north towards Silverton as well. This house was near a hot springs spa, a great market grocery /wine/spirits store, and very close to a great restaurant called James Ranch Grill. Great place to stay.

Since I like to ski, hike and mtn bike, I picked this area because it has endless trails!

I purchased this house because I love Durango and the San Juan mountains! This house is about 10 miles north of downtown and centrally located for access to Purgatory, Silverton, the Colorado Trail and the high passes. The home is well furnished, nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable, quiet, and private. I really enjoy sitting on the covered porch at the end of day.
