Clean, modern and spacious, this one bedroom apartment is right on the beach, with an outstanding ocean view visible from the entire unit! You do not need to go to the balcony to see the beach and the ocean, you will be amazed at the view while cooking, watching TV or relaxing in the bedroom.
A magnificent and very large beachfront condo. Up to 4 people.
The unit has 929 square feet, 1 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathrooms, a nice and big balcony with chairs and a table to enjoy your dinner while watching the sunset and the ocean views. It has new furniture and it is equipped with linens and all the kitchen supplies you may need in order to enjoy an incredible vacation.
The property has security and numerous amenities, including valet parking, a heated swimming pool, game room, ping pong table, a media room, and both a gym and a steam room.
The property is located a few minutes from downtown Hollywood, the boardwalk is 1 mile away, and 2 miles away from the recent opening of the popular Margaritaville resort and restaurants. The condo is walking distance from Hallandale Beach Blvd, with terrific restaurants, grocery stores, a 24 hour Walmart Supercentre, and more. Close to the Aventura Mall, the Gulfstream and only 45 minutes away from South Beach.
