Ski vacation

It was close to the bus shuttle to the top of the mountain and town. We did rent a car but you really could use the shuttle to get anywhere. The accommodation was good too. Smaller than I thought but was fine for the 4 of us.

Location, location, location!

This property is located just one stop away from peak 7 and two stops from peak 8 when using the free ride bus / shuttle (Gold Route line). What you see in the pictures is what you get!

Nice overall condo experience in beautiful Breckenridge. Recommend replacing bed in master bedroom. Great kitchen and family room for our family to enjoy. Thanks for having us!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gold Rush A57 treated us well for our weeklong stay in Breckenridge. The kitchen is great, fireplace lovely and beds comfortable. However, the windows are in great need of an upgrade. Being right next to Ski Hill Rd, there is a lot of traffic and even with the windows closed the noise comes through as if you’re in a tent. The shuttle bus is particularly loud and runs from 6 am to 10 pm.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It served its purpose. We stayed for a week in July 2023. The living room area was very open and that was nice. Lots of light and it was very livable. Overall the unit feels like it needs some attention though. The windows are weathered, the back bedroom window won't close and is drafty. The cranks for the windows are replacement and don't quite fit right. Lots of road noise too, it's located right where the buses servicing Peak 8 downshift to slow down. I understand there's nothing that can be done about that, but we would have booked a little more off the beaten path if we were aware.

Overinflated price for old condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would not stay there again; price not worthy of the unit, definitely not what I would consider “luxury”, location was fair, not great. Bathroom showers were really small and I am not a big person. Neighbors making noise after 11pm was an issue (loud music and yelling). Right next to ski hill road with consistent road noise; temp of unit was really hot at night. Overall disappointed with unit and price paid because of busy weekend.

Loud but convenient location

Condo looked great in pics but was not clean and had a bad odor, which we tried to alleviate by opening windows but the bus noise was so loud as this condo is located right on the road. Found an empty wine bottle under master bed..and floors were dirty in Living. Kitchen was well-stocked.

Gold Camp Refresh

The condo complex itself is older, but this unit seems recently refreshed. We stayed a week. The large living room and kitchen space were great to hang out in after a day of skiing and were nicely finished. The kitchen had one of everything you would need for food prep. The bedrooms and baths are small but fine for us since most of our time was spent on the ski hill. Two things to note are the hot tubes are in different buildings so be ready for the walk outside and up the parking lot to units G/H. The only other downside was the proximity to the road. Great to catch the local shuttle to the hill but it also means road noise early in the day as workers arrived for the day.

Good Location, Property Could Use An Upgrade

House was in a convenient location, near both the town and ski slopes. Property was as described, but a few things to note: - Shared hot tubs are indoor and about 5 buildings away. Can be very crowded given 4 hot tubs for 10+ buildings - Property is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so lugging items up and down the stairs is not ideal (coolers, boots, food, etc.) - Beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable outside of the top bunk and one of our guests had such bad back pain from sleeping there we had to take a day off skiing - Bathrooms are not "private" as indicated in the listing, they are placed directly next to each other in the hallway Overall, this was a bit pricey for the accommodations, but it was a holiday weekend. I would stay again, but property managers should consider making some minor upgrades.
