Quiet and very relaxing locaton. Beautiful home. Great location.4 adult girlfriends had the best weekend ever.We have already agreed we will return next year for a week stay. Three nights just wasn't enough.Highly recommend. The reviews we went by when booking were spot on.

The house was large, clean and well equipped, just as in the photos. It was handy to have a washer and dryer available, and an outdoor shower. The landlords were easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to questions. No hesitation in recommending to others.

We were a group of 5 women who gather annually. This property met all our needs and is as described. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware and bakeware you could need, as well as a good supply of basic condiments and spices. Location was great, just on the outskirts of town, so easily accessible, and a nice location for lake access and walking along Lakeshore Drive. On our first evening we struggled with getting sound on the TV. Mark was prompt to call us and troubleshoot the problem. We appreciated his timely attention to this.Overall, we were very happy with the property and will definitely consider it for future visits.

Girls night out!

Your place is beautiful!! We certainly enjoyed ourselves. Your kitchen has everything someone could want. Two of us found the showers very slippery. I'm the oldest at 73 and the youngest at 65 . Both showers. .alsofound the upstairs shower

Amazing Stay!

We loved this property and the location. The house was very clean and well appointed. The location was also great. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. Mark was amazingly helpful and very responsive to the small issue we had with the BBQ! We will certainly be considering this property for next summer.

Beautiful Sylvan Lake Home

Mark and Tanya provide an excellent home with all the necessities. Comfortable beds, lots of kitchen supplies - we were celebrating a wedding close by and it was fantastic to have such a well equipped and comfortable home to stay in. The house is modern, very tasteful and bright and open. The close proximity to the lake is appealing as well - I would definitely stay there in the summer!

Perfect family getaway

We had 7 adults and two toddlers in our group. The home is set up perfectly for families. So much space in the kitchen and living room area! Lots of seating, both indoors and out. Every kitchen item you could need is on hand. Short walk down to a beach area which was wonderfully shallow at this time of year and perfect for the little ones to paddle in. The owners responded quickly to my questions and were great to deal with. We are looking to rebook again for next year.

Sylvan Lake Family Getaway

This property is very nice. All the pictures in the listing are accurate. The sleeping areas are excellent. We have never been in a unit that is so well appointed. We were 6 adults and four toddlers and there was plenty of room and the layout allowed the kids lots of room to play. The hosts responded quickly and were able to accommodate special requests. Beautiful

Great Place

We felt right at home the minute we opened the door. From our first communication with Mark and Tanya it has been a great experience. The kitchen is well equipped, there is tin foil, saran wrap, spices, coffee and filters. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and the fancy showers where a nice treat (once we figured them out) LOL! The walk to the lake is very nice and the neighbourhood was very quiet. We would have only one little suggestion would be to have a nice large tray on the big ottoman as we really didn't have anywhere to place our snacks or drinks. We will be back for sure! Queen and king beds were comfortable with great linens. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. The living space was well laid out. Furniture was comfortable. We loved the fire pit and the proximity to the beach. The floor could have been cleaner - we found our socks got dirty right off the bat.
