San Carlos! Hav, sol och sand är bara ögonblick från din dörr. Kom och koppla av i vår vackra nya lägenhet med en spektakulär 3 miles sandstrand. Bahia Delfin är ett nytt modernt säkert lugnt gated community av lägenheter, alla med utsikt över havet och stranden och alla inom 30 fot från sandstranden. Gemensam poolen är stor. * Vänligen se nedan för säkerhetsanmälan.

Vår lägenhet är smakfullt inrett med eleganta nya möbler och målningar. Det är en 2-nivå duplex med en master svit på det övre planet med en kung säng. Den nya rymliga fullt utrustat kök har filtrerat vatten. Sovrummen på huvudnivån har: första en 2 enkelsängar och den andra 2 queen sängar. Kungen sängen är på den övre nivån. Det finns 2 balkonger med utomhus bord och stolar

San Carlos är en enkel 4 timmars bilfärd från Arizonian gränsen med utmärkta och säkra vägar. Korsar gränsen är enkla formaliteter.

Engelska talas nästan överallt hela tiden.

* Observera, vi har blivit informerade per Bahia Delfin HOA att det i San Carlos har förekommit några nyligen inträffade våldshändelser (till synes relaterade till narkotikakarteller). För närvarande finns det mycket polisaktivitet mellan Guaymas och San Carlos, men Bahia Delfin har blivit underrättad om allt som varit lugnt så långt som i början av augusti. Det är deras (och polisens tjänstemän) rekommendation att du undviker att gå ut ur komplexet sent på kvällen, bara för att förhindra att du befinner dig i ett potentiellt problem.

Great place to stay! Condo is very nice, the whole complex is top notch. The beach which is a short walk away from the front steps is amazing! The pool was great! Definitely recommended!

Thanksgiving Diving Trip

Had a great stay at Bahía Delfín. Location is quiet and secluded. The private beach access was wonderful and the sunsets were amazing. This condo was perfect for our group. Lots of room and all the amenities we could have asked for.

A simply great place! The condo is clean,well equipped and is steps from the ocean. The owner is extremely easy to work with and you will not be disappointed. We will go back whenever we can.

Nice place

Check in is a little weird and they were militant about only 1 car because they were going to be packed, made my brother park his car outside the gate, yet it was dead and dozens of open. Also, I can’t make any sense if not being able to use the washer and dryer unless you stay 5 or more days, but place was nice, AC worked great, super quiet, very clean, beds were decent and clean plenty of room.

Nice and quiet

Nice property, with good security. condo was decent, well equipped, but a little far from the water compared to others. Only issue was not having access to the laundry room, which was listed when staying for 5 nights (we stayed 7). For a property with so many HOA rules, and staff walking the grounds to check for compliance, unlocking a door upon arrival should have been easy. Unfortunately we never got access to the washer and dryer.

Id stay here again for sue

Overall nice place and id stay there again. My only problem is that the communication was a little lacking prior to check in. I asked about the check in and received a short response that wasn't helpful. There is no door code here. All you need to do is show the confirmation email to the gate attendants and they will give you the keys. I was unable to get this info ahead of time which made me nervous driving all the way down there not knowing exactly what to expect and how i was going to get in. Side note there is no games not even a deck of cards.

Lacking overall up keep

Some of the things that need to be repaired: Screen doors don't open to balconies, cabinets hinges in the kitchen are falling off and the doors need to be painted. Bed sheets are old and have holes in them in the master bedroom. The unit is located near the Bahia Delfin sewer plant and often smells outside.

Great place and location, property manager was a bit rude

The property and location are fantastic. The place says it accomodates 6 people but with 5 beds it easily accomodates 8. However, the property manager charges an additional fee for every additional occupant after 5 people. It doesn't make sense that the place would accomodate 6 but charge extra for the 5th and 6th person. Additionally, the property manager expressed irritation when I requested (over two weeks before my reservation) to change the number of occupants from 4 to 5 stating "You all do the same , every renter is adding guests at the last minute". Not sure why the need to respond that way or why it even makes a difference but it definitely set a negative tone.

A Spacious Unit away from the pool and beach noise.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. We had a problem with the mini split upstairs main bedroom but it was resolved within 2 hours of reporting it to the owner. It was nice and cold upstairs and downstairs too with the central air. The kitchen is very well stocked for general cooking. I always bring my own knives, cutting board and lime squeezer when I stay at any rental property. The unit is quite spacious and it has peek a boo views of the ocean from main balcony and upstairs balcony. In the summer you can watch thunderstorms developing with clouds and lightening at night to the northeast from the balcony, these storms are hundreds of miles away. There is room for improvements and I have shared that with the owner. All in all, we enjoyed having a spacious unit away from noise of the beach and pool areas, a laundry room was handy too. The furnishings and decor are comfortable considering it is a beach condo. I think anyone would enjoy staying here.

Good/Fair Experience

We have stayed many times at this site. The condo was similar to the others we have stayed at. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. I did request to have the washroom opened and Catherine arranged that-very much appreciated. However, we did not have hot water until the following day-mid morning. Also, we had the water and gas turned off on us the second day we were there. We called in both instances to the property office and they got it fixed. I mentioned this to Catherine and my concern regarding the dryer possibly catching fire with the amount of lint build up and she didn’t seem phased. We took extra care to assure her condo was well taken care of (also repairing the sliding screen in the patio) and she didn’t seem to be phased by the issues or appreciative of us letting her know about the dryer concern-just met with a “thanks”. To each their own, but the fact of no hot water (unable to shower) or the inconvenience of no water or gas is something I would at least apologize to the tenant for.

Overall property ok

Overall the property is ok. A basic condo. The balcony is great!! I enjoyed the location of this unit. Nice and quiet. The beds very comfortable. This unit needs some updating. If you just want a basic unit, this is the place for to stay and play on the BEACH
