Välkommen till vårt vackra sjöhem som ligger i hjärtat av centrum av Havasusjön !!! Detta är inte din vardagliga semesteruthyrning ... vårt hem är underhålls noggrant. Denna envåningsstadsbostad har 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, ett bilgarage med bekväma soffor med utsikt över sjön. Vad kan vara bättre än så! Anläggningen erbjuder en pool, bubbelpool och samhällspicknick / grillplats.

Gångavstånd till Rotary Park, golf, butiker, restauranger, den berömda London Bridge och English Village.

Detta är ett populärt komplex bland snöfåglarna.

Great Condo

The Condo was very clean, well stocked, furnished comfortably and perfectly located to the London Bridge and its amenities. The Condo also had a one car garage and guest parking as well. Perfect for six guests. We highly recommend and would stay there again and again

Clean and friendly environment

The Condo Itself was clean and updated. The Complex was very well-maintained. The Pool and Hot tub are clean and very well maintained. We had a great time on our trip because our accommodations were refreshing.

Amazing rental!

Everything about this property was excellent, very comfortable and homelike. Location is great and close to stores and food, view is gorgeous of the Lake. Very enjoyable rental!!

Perfect for a weekend at the lake

We were lucky enough to snag this property for a quick weekend at the lake. Janell was so sweet and great at getting back to me with my questions & even recommended some kid friendly restaurants for us! House was clean and kitchen was well stock with essential to cook with. We will for sure be back!

Perfect Stay

This is the perfect place for a lake getaway. Comfortable, clean, well appointed throughout. Nice view of the lake from the front patio to enjoy in the morning or evening. Janell was absolutely great answering questions in advance of our stay and a couple questions when we arrived. She was very accommodating to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Definitely recommend!!!!

Lovely home with a lake view

We enjoyed the lake view. The house is super clean, beds are comfortable, and host Janell is really helpful and quickly respond to our inquiries. My family and I had a great time staying in here.

Location! Location! Location!

Love this place! Janelle is awesome...my adult kids came to visit and swam! Huge Space, great Beds! Every Amenity is covered! Just bring food and suits!

Memorial weekend in Havasu

Excellent place to stay. Janell was very easy to communicate with, the house was clean - perfect size and location for what we needed. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a central location, close to the channel and downtown.

Lake Havasu

The property has everything you need, the location is perfect with the most beautiful view of the lake. It was perfect for my husband and my self and our 2 daughters each had their own room. I highly recommend and we would love to stay here again.

We loved staying at this property. Janelle has it decorated so cute, its super close to the lake, and has a wonderful view of the lake. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch with coffee in the morning looking at the lake.

Perfect get-away

Had a great time at this cozy home. Janell is a great host. This home was perfectly set up and she even set the temperature for us prior arriving. The home is located minutes from the water. We look forward to returning for future River time.

Janell was an extremely responsive and gracious host. We had a great extended weekend here and the location is perfect being close to everything. The lake view is fantastic especially while enjoying coffee/breakfast on the patio.
