Detta nyrenoverade 4 sovrum / 4. 5 badrum hem är bara en 2. 5 kvarts promenad till Upper King Street och på gångavstånd till alla stadens finaste restauranger och barer.

Ingen uppmärksamhet på detaljer skonades, detta hem har trägolv, vacker gjutning och ett fullt utrustat kök. Det rymliga vardagsrummet har en stor platt-TV.

Sovrummen har platt-TV. De fyra kompletta badrummen har dusch med dusch, regnduschhuvud, marmorbänkskåp, frodiga handdukar och hotelltoalettartiklar. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för gästens användning. Det finns två parkeringsplatser utanför gatan. Vi erbjuder extra sängkläder och gratis kabel & WIFI.

Giltigt bild-ID krävs med bokning. 60 dagars avbokningsregler. Inga återbetalningar inom 60 dagar efter incheckningsdatum. Ingen rökning. Två natt minimum. Fredag och lördag natt vistelse krävs när helger är inblandade. Incheckning är 15:00 {eller senare}, Utcheckning är 11:00. Ägare / fastighetsansvarig ansvarar inte för biljetter. Beautiful house, great neighborhood

This is a great property. Nice to have 4 beds and 4 baths for 2 families or groups of friends. Very convenient to restaurants and 1 block from a great coffee shop. Depending on if/who is staying upstairs, you do need to make use of the white noise machines they provide.

Perfect for a wedding next door to Cannon Green!

Our daughter was marrried next door at Cannon Green and this property was perfect for our group of 7. There were a few items missing: cutting board, serving bowl, laundry pods and the property manager responded immediately.Very clean!(Sofa has some kind of hardware sticking out of its top left back corner that is damaging the wall.)The location is great! Not too far off the beaten path, but just far enough!

Wonderful and close to all

We had a wonderful stay. The communication with the property owners was wonderful. When we had some difficulty with parking our concerns were addressed promptly. Loved the house! Would stay again.

Ladies get together to celebrate 60th birthdays

The place was beautiful- very clean- nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location for walking to the main eating and shopping areas. Great communication in advance about places to go, things to do and see, where to eat and shop etc. Our "Two Sisters" walking tour of the town got our weekend off to a great start. This is an especially great place for anyone who wants privacy- each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. There was also a main powder room. All in all- my friends and I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Great location for exploring Charleston!

We had a great time staying at Guesthouse Charleston (105A)! The location was perfect for exploring downtown Charleston for the weekend and the living room and kitchen area actually felt bigger in real life than it looked in the photos. The bathrooms were all really nice and it was great to have a bathroom with every bedroom. The space was very clean and well decorated, but it was very beat up which while didn't impact our experience was something I didn't expect based on the images. Communication with the management company was very easy as well! Only two negatives were:- Noise from the unit on the 2nd floor was VERY loud. It wasn't a major issue as were staying up late, but if you have young kids or plan to go to bed early it would be a nuisance - 3 of the 4 bedrooms look directly at a concrete wall only about 1ft from the window so there is no natural light at all. I could tell this for 2 of the 4 from the photos but didn't realize it would be 3 of the bedrooms.

Great value - Great location

It is a beautiful remodel located on the first floor of an historic home located so close to many sites, restaurants, etc. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is so ideal for all staying. Management was wonderful to work with on our minor mishaps and hopefully have been taken care of and a few touchups needed. It was a wonderful place to share time with my family. I would definitely book there again!!!

Wonderful location and lots of space! Good amenities, but house is old with poor water pressure and much noise from above and outside. Bring earplugs!

Perfect girls getaway location

We rented this space for a group of 4 women on a girls vacation. What an exceptional experience. The home was super clean, updated, and in a great location. Walking distance to King St and East Bay. The property owners were able to accommodate our early request check in which was amazing considering we had people flying in at different times. Everyone in Charleston was so nice. You will not disappoint if you book this house! Thank you!!!!

Wedding Week

We had such a great experience in Charleston for my son's wedding! The place was a great location to prepare for our rehearsal dinner next door at the Cannon Green and the wedding nearby at Lowndes Grove. I'd highly recommend this place and the Guesthouse people were great to work with!

Excellent vacation accommodations

We were 4 mature HS friends having a girl's weekend. This house was perfect - 4 separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen was at our disposal, but we didn't cook except for coffee & tea for breakfast. It is close to King St and all the historic sights. Highly recommend!

Great Location and Excellent Service

The property was beautiful and in a great location just a couple of blocks off King Street. The interior was clean and spacious. Perfect for a family if 6 adults to hand out together and not be too crowded. Kerri was amazing! She provided us with some awesome recommendations for food, drinks and fun. She was also very willing to work with us on a flexible check in and check out process. I highly recommend this property when you visit Charlestown. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Great location but. .....

Overpriced for condition of home...would have liked better quality and quantity of towels . Washing machine was filled with mold and wi fi was a bit shabby.

Girls trip

We were 4 retired women going away from home to play (a lot of) bridge without the regular urgencies of our personal houses and husbands.. This unit was in a very good location within a short distance from King Street. Perfect situation for us--4 beds, 4 ensuite, one living area and a big enough kitchen for our needs! We had one silly issue, and management came right over and worked out the solution in minutes. This property is well-equipped, and probably recently so, because everything in the kitchen was in its logical place and we needed nothing except the food and storage containers that we brought for our own use. One of our party looked at the wine glasses (there were 12, not 11, not 3, not 7 as in many rental units) and were of good size, and she quipped, "they must have know we were coming here." A delightful trip in the off season. The commercial, SMALL wedding venue next door caused no issue whatsoever, even though there was one on the day we arrived. There are 2 very small convenience stores (one in each direction on Spring Street) that provided what we forgot. We loved it, and it was perfect for out purposes.

Friends yearly get together

We had a great time in Charleston for our get together. In the it’s bedroom on the left, the closet door comes off the track & the toilet in that room continues to run. Pictures on VRBO were different from in person. No coffee table in the living room There was also a homeless person sleeping on the outdoor couch 2 nights. Check your camera. A little disturbing.

105A spring st condo

We were pretty disappointed in the condo. Photos were very misleading and condo needed a lot of work. Some updating had been done but living room was cramped and poorly furnished Location of condo was iffy, with a boarded home across the street.

Excellent stay

This guesthouse was absolutely perfect for us. It is the perfect place to stay for any event at Cannon Green which is right next door. Loved how easy it was to walk to King St and shop. The guesthouse was well stocked and clean. All of the full length mirrors were a huge bonus as we got ready for my daughter's wedding right next door at Cannon Green. Just perfect.
