Spectacular Views

The views of the intercostal waterway are spectacular from this unit! We saw dolphins and manatees from the room this time! Fabulous pool and workout room. There are many great restaurants within walking distance- great location and of course the beach is awesome. The condo is very spacious and beautiful. Thank you Scott!

Perfect 2 weeks!

This condo exceeded all of our expectations! The views are amazing, the condo was spotless and Scott was great to work with. The condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation. It's in a great location close to a lot of restaurants and shops, with the beach right across the street. This place is a slice of paradise!

Couldn't have been better!!!

We had a marvelous stay in Scott's condo. It's a lovely place with simply awesome views--as you can see from the pictures. Scott was so nice to work with. The condo was really clean and comfortable, with so much space!! My sister and I sat out on the large balcony almost every morning of the month watching the sun rise over the Intercoastal waters. It was always different, yet always beautiful. We--along with my husband and son--easily walked over to the beach to see equally beautiful sunsets over the Gulf. This condo is so close to many good eating places, yet still quiet. The pool was always clean and warm. I just have nothing bad to say about it!!! Thanks, Scott!

Beautiful condo in a great location!

Scott's condo has an amazing view of the harbor and easy beach access across the street. to a beautiful area of Clearwater Beach. There are many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. There is a ferry stop within walking distance and also a trolly. It was also nice to be able to park in the parking garage.

Perfect

Everything about this place was perfect. The size, the location, the owners. We walked everywhere, the pool was never crowded, everyone was very friendly. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. When we did need something, which was not often, the owners replied immediately. They even checked in often to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here. We have visited Clearwater every year for the past 10 years and this was by far my best experience.

Scott’s piece of paradise

Scott’s property in Belle Harbor is beautiful inside and located overlooking the water so that morning coffee or evening glass of wine is in the perfect spot Scott was always there promptly to answer any queries and he also checked in with us regularly to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We just did not want to leave

Our stay at Scott's condo was nothing short of fabulous! The condo itself was spacious, clean and super comfortable for a family of 4. We truly didn't need anything during our month-log stay since the condo is equipped with everything you could need (it was like our "home away from home"). The views from the wrap around balcony were breathtaking and were the highlight of our time there. The location of Belle Harbor is ideal. The condo is quiet, but once you step out, you are in the middle of so many restaurants, shops and nightlife. The beach is just across the street so between that and the pool at Belle Harbor, we couldn't ask for more! We didn't have a car our first week there and it was not an issue, as everything you could need is within walking distance (including a 24 hour Walgreens). Best of all, Scott was communicative throughout our stay and quick to respond to any questions that came up. He was the most gracious host and we certainly hope to rent this condo again in the near future. We recommend it, hands down!

We didn’t want to leave!

Wow! Not only was this property beautiful, but it had absolutely everything you would need. All the beach toys, chairs, towels and umbrella were in the unit. A fully stocked and updated kitchen made meal times a breeze. Numerous small appliances included, even a crockpot! The neighbors were all very friendly and the pool area was awesome. We used the fitness center, sauna and steam rooms as well. The last day of our stay, we saw numerous dolphins from the comfort of the balcony. The location of Belle Harbor can’t be beat. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants made it hard to choose where to eat! We would walk out the front gate of the complex and were right in the action, but as soon as we walked back in Belle Harbor it was quiet and peaceful. Scott was very friendly and his communication was top notch. I can’t recommend his place enough, I hope we can rent it again someday!

Perfect Vacation Get Away!

This is a great property with fantastic water views! The Unit is fully equipped so that we had everything we needed to "feel right at home." Scott was very responsive to any requests or questions that we had and even checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. We look forward to staying here again!

Bucket List Summer at the Beach

This property offered exactly the experience we were looking for as a family. We stayed for 6 weeks and it truly felt like home. Scott was attentive and checked in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed. The unit is beautiful and the panoramic view of the intracoastal are stunning, day and night. With the beach directly across the street, we were able to take long morning walks and enjoy the sunset every night. It was great to walk to dinner and CVS/Walgreens when needed. Our older teen was able to have freedom to roam the island with his friends. If the beach was too crowded during the day, we could retreat to the unit and enjoy more privacy and intracoastal views that are just as lovely and relaxing. Our teens loved using the social center, pool, and workout room, as well as fishing off the dock. This condo comes with all of the amenities you could want -- and great neighbors too. Thanks for a great stay, Scott! Our family will remember it forever! Brooke and Tom Evans

Great trip

The condo is absolutely beautiful with great views. It is very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. There is a huge pool and health club as good as a small gym. Mr. Mangold is a very gracious and attentive host. One caveat he is an Ohio State fan. Lol
