Din SWEET RETREAT är ett 4 sovrum 2. 5 Bad i ett lugnt fridfullt område med alla bekvämligheter och komfort du kan tänka på. Hemmet ligger några minuter från stranden Sombrero och ändå tillräckligt långt för att njuta av minimal trafik. Du har två täckta Carports framför hemmet för skugga och täckning för de regniga dagarna. När du kommer in i hemmet har du dina två första sovrummen och tvättstugan. Det första sovrummet till höger har en dubbelsängssäng och tillgång till poolen, bredvid sovrummet har du det halva badet. Om du går rakt nerför trappan har du sovrummet med en king size-säng i Kalifornien, hans och hår sjunker och garderoben en bubbelbadkar, dusch och egen ingång till poolen. När du tar dig upp på övervåningen hittar du vardagsrummet med utsikt över poolområdet, matsalen som sitter på åtta personer och ett fullt utrustat kök med alla rostfria apparater. Du har en balkong som har ett bord som sitter sex med ett paraply med utsikt över trädgården. Att gå runt trappan på övervåningen Den övervåningen två gästrum och det ena har en queen size-säng och den andra har en king size-säng mellan rummen är det andra badrummet med en dubbel bred dusch. Det är bara insidan !! Trädgården har planerats så att du känner att du befinner dig i en tropisk oas. Vi har en Tiki med en utomhus soffa, tänd fläkt och inbyggt myggdimsystem. Poolen är Grande med ett spa och en stänkskydd. Docken är 37 ft lång, vi har en båtlift som INTE är för gästbruk. Längs sidan av huset har du Gas BBQ, en iskylare med betfrys och ett andra kylskåp.

Poolen är uppvärmd året runt och det kostar 300,00 i veckan.

Great Place for a family vacation

Wonderful property to stay. Clean, nice area of marathon, fun amenities. The pool and outside lounge area was beautiful and a hit with the kids! Would stay here again.

Beautiful home Great location!!

Family with 3 kids a golden retriever and mother in law with her dog. We absolutely loved this place and location. My wife is already wanting to go back. We will definitely go back again if this house is available. Our kids loved the keys and loved this house.

Family vacation to Marathon

Overall this house was everything in the review. We saw manatee everyday in the canal behind house and a seahorse! The pool was really nice , clean and big. The manager we spoke to about an issue promptly took care of our request. We would stay here again.

Great Location

Close to Sombrero Reef by boat. House was well laid out and clean. Pool area was nice with plenty of outdoor seating and a fish cleaning table. The accuracy of the listing was inaccurate, showed 2 twin beds in one of the rooms but there was one queen bed which we weren't expecting. My family and I enjoy boating,snorkeling,and fishing and this house was great for that. Would recommend

About this property

The property was in a great location close to everything the beaches were amazing. The house when we came in overall was super clean but the floors were ever dirty. You can’t see it but your feet see it. The pool and the jacuzzi were freezing. When I contacted the manager they didn’t respond and didn’t even care to respond which was kinda frustrating because we really wanted to use the jacuzzi but it was so cold. Other than those 3 things. It was great.

Great place to stay!

We had a group of 3 couples and there was plenty of room for everyone, we never felt crowded. The house is exactly as listed, or even better than the pictures show! The pool and tiki bar were a great place to hang out. We rented a boat for the week and there was plenty of room to dock it. The canals were easy to navigate and a great location! The team was quick to answer any questions we had, easy check in and check out procedures! They did have landscaping come in midway through the trip, which wasn’t ideal but they worked quickly. If it hasn’t been raining we would have been out on the water and would have never known! We will be staying here again! Highly recommend!

Peaceful vacation!

Love the pool which was heated and needed in February. Nicely set up home with everything you need.(Towels, pool towels, kitchen utensil, outdoor fridge and freezer, TV’s in all RM’s with cable, etc). They set you up with a starter package (Toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and few garbage bags, few other things also) nice when first arrive!! This place was amazing for my family of 5 plenty of space for us all. Neighbor was very quiet and peaceful like no one was even around. Beach is really close just a short drive. I will definitely be booking this place again!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and in a neighborhood with easy access to grocery and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: At the time of booking we were unaware of the extra fee for the pool to be heated, so we had to pay an extra $250. Moreover, the hot tub is UNUSABLE unless you pay the heat fee for the pool, which should also be stated somewhere. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are very comfortable.

Great escape from Ohio winter

Very nice house on a canal in Marathon

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Sweet Retreat. Plenty of room for three couples. Pool was great — very happy we asked for it to be heated in mid-February. Water was perfect. Our son brought his boat (22 footer) and had no difficulty with egress even at low tide. It does take a bit of time to navigate the canals to get to open water, but the scenery is great on the way. Overall very happy!

Great house to meet needs of family

Great property. Worked well for 4 adults and one teenager. Location was central for grocery shopping and fishing with our boat. Great parking and fun toys like the paddle boards and kayaks. The pool was great and there were options for seating inside and out. All in all it was perfect for us and made a great stay for an amazing trip.

Spring break 22

Everything was great; pool, patio, location and interior. My only issue is that the canal IS NOT accessible by boat at low tide. We had to move our 22' center console to a marina to use it.

Exactly what we needed

Beautiful property, clean and relaxing. Nice location in the middle keys. The kitchen is very nice. The only concern we had was that the pool and particularly the spa weren't real warm. We weren't told ahead of time that paying for a heated spa meant the temp would be a maxumum of 92 degrees (it really did t get to that temp or stay there very long). The weather in Jan can be a little chilly in the evenings and we wanted to relax in the spa but couldn't.

Very SWEET Week

What a wonderful house -- there was five of us -- me, my husband and 3 sons -- it fit us so well -- we loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it in the morning and then in the evening -- I would definitely recommend swimming with the dolphins at the Dolphin Institute -- we had such an awesome week and weather couldn't of been better -- thank you so much !!!!!

Great House

Loved the house and location. Rental office was extremely nice and prompt with any questions we had. Lovely pool area - only drawback for us was the hot tub not being hot enough.

Amazing!!!

What a great house. So clean and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy the Keys. The pool was awesome and the access to the Atlantic or Gulf was so short and easy. Our boat looked awesome on the dock!! The property manager was always available for us when we had a question. She was great. We will definitely book again!!
