Mycket på Luxury Home med Underbar Havsutsikt!

Bella Vista del Mar ligger på "Guldkusten" av Costa Rica som anses vara den främsta område i Costa Rica semester. Vårt hem är i staden Potrero i ett exklusivt, gated community som heter Villas Catalina. Villas Catalina är på Camino Las Catalina, tvärs över gatan från två underbara stränder, Playa Penca och Playa Prieta, båda röstade i topp fem vackraste stränderna i Costa Rica. Vårt hem ligger på en tvåfilig landsväg. Nu när det är en asfalterad väg, det kan ibland ha en viss trafik. Julhelgen och topp vintermånaderna är den mest hektiska säsongen.

Vår eleganta stad hem blandar rymligt vardagsrum, komfort och lyx med magnifik utsikt över Flamingo och Potrero Bay, Playa Penca, Playa Prieta, och otroligt Stilla solnedgångar. Sitter på vår omlott terrass tittar på en vacker solnedgång med vågorna kraschar i bakgrunden gör att tiden stå stilla. Den delade infinity pool har också en fantastisk panoramautsikt över kusten.

Våra två våningar stan hem har smakfullt inredda för att återspegla Costa Ricas kultur. Alla våra möbler har handgjorda av Costa Ricas hantverkare. Det har granit och marmor bänkskivor hela och har alla bekvämligheter för att göra din vistelse mycket bekväma. Vår gourmet kök har nästan allt du skulle behöva laga en underbar måltid.

Vårt hem har tre sovrum och tre badrum. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng med eget badrum, har andra sovrummet en drottning säng med privat badrum och det tredje sovrummet fyra med två uppsättningar av vuxna sido skräddarsydda våningssängar sover. Det finns också ett badrum för detta sovrum. Varje sovrum har en partiell havsutsikt i Flamingo Bay.

Bella Vista del Mar ligger mycket nära till stranden ... En snabb tre minuters promenad till två vackra avskilda stränder.

Lite mer om vårt hem: Vårt hem är en två våningar fristående hem, inte en lägenhet. Bredvid vårt hem är tropiska trädgårdar som möjliggör mer avskildhet.

The Beaches: Stranden är mycket nära vårt hus. Vårt hem ligger på en kulle med utsikt över Flamingo Bay. Bara ned från that hill är havet. Bokstavligen är det en 3-5 minuters lugn promenad till två vackra stränder. Playa Penca är en vacker vit sandstrand i Flamingo Bay som är ganska grunt för långt ut bra för barn, sola, skumma ombordstigning och simning. Playa Prieta är samma avstånd och har massor av bra skugga och stora rullande vågor för kropp surfing. Båda stränderna har röstat i topp fem mest underbara stränderna i Costa Rica.

A Wonderful Stay

The Villa was spacious and well laid out. We enjoyed the huge deck and the views were amazing. We took advantage of the pool area and the beaches were a short walk and both were lovely. The property owner responded quickly to questions and arranged to have a playpen and high chair for our grand daughter, which we really appreciated.

Very nice home and well managed property. 9 out of 10 vacation staying at this home. Only downside is road and neighborhood noise occasionally.

Amazing Views

We spent 8 nights in this very spacious condo. The view is amazing and we loved morning coffee on the balcony each morning. The town was close enough that we could walk to a restaurant but a golf cart or car is needed for other activities. The pool is a beautiful sunset spot. It was a little loud as the unit is just above the street but with the AC and fan on at night it isn’t too bad. The staff is friendly and we had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. Would stay again!

Excellent accommodations. Great views, close to two beaches. This place provided everything that we needed to make our stay pleasant. We had one issue with a shower that was promptly fixed. Great time.

The perfect end to an intense Costa Rica experienc3.

We are a three generation family, ages 11-74. After actively touring and experiencing active Costa Rica, it was wonderful to relax in this beautiful home. Everything we needed was there - cooking, beach toys, and the washer and dryer. The views were beautiful and the beach near by. We were glad to have our family to help with the luggage up and down the stairs, both indoors and out.

Great Stay

This property was everything we hoped for. Quick easy access to the beach, beautiful view, great pool area. Check in and check out was super easy. For the price it was well worth it and would book again next time.

huge home - fantastic stay

Large, modern well-kept townhome. Huge, kitchen with all the pots/pans/dishware that you might need for a self-catering stay. The complex pool is spectacular. A short drive to several nice restaurants. The complex is quiet and safe with friendly 24-hour security. We highly recommend this listing.

Great Home Away from Home

Jill's home had everything we needed. It is very comfortable, clean, and in walking distance to the beach! We really appreciated the big kitchen which was very well-stocked! The pool at the top of the property was a great place for a sunset swim, with a great view of the ocean.

Great stay in a beautiful area!

We loved this property and the area. Super close to several gorgeous beaches and lots of cute shops/restaurants. The owner and management were easy to communicate with. There were a couple small things that came up and they addressed them very quickly. We loved Potrero and this great home!

Get ready for an amazing, life changing vacation!

This is our second time staying in this home and I would recommend this home to pretty much anyone (maybe except those with mobility issues?). Its beautiful, comfortable and the owners and management staff are accommodating and responsive. Love this place!!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time in Costa Rica, the house was perfect for our family. We loved how roomy the house was, never feeling crowded and the deck was our favorite hangout spot. We all enjoyed the quick walks to the beach and the pool. We will definitely want to come again. Thank you Jill and Tony for being so kind and helpful. The security guards (Pedro) were so so sweet too .

Truly "heaven on earth."

Great Vacation

Great property, location, amenities, and view. Wonderful community with lovely beaches. Fully stocked townhome with everything you need. Beaches are just across the street, down a path thru the woods. wonderful restaurants and beach bars near by. Only downside is property manager is terrible, something breaks you better fix it your self because they are non-existent. Would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful week!

Enjoyed the clean and spacious home for 10 days with a family of four adults. Enjoyed exploring the many beaches and local restaurants. Did some zip lining and a boat tour of the national park and enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. There are A-LOT of steps..fortunately our son was there to help we seniors with the luggage. We would have had trouble on our own.

Excellent Villa

This was our first time in Costa Rica and we are so happy we chose to stay at this property during our vacation. It was a home away from home, everything we needed was there from the kitchen essentials to the chairs for the beach. The property and views were amazing, just a short walk to the infinity pool which we had to ourselves the majority of the time. We would walk every morning to the close beaches that were also very quiet. We will defiantly be back to Costa Rica and would love to rent this property again. Thank you again for an amazing stop on our travels through Costa Rica.

Amazing Home!!

This home is in the perfect location between two wonderful beaches. The path to get to the beaches is through beautiful trees that are full of Howler Monkeys and Iguanas! Our alarm clock every morning was the sound of the Howler Monkeys in the trees outside the home. The home itself was beautiful and very clean, thank you for sharing your home with us :) Would absolutely recommend this home for your Costa Rica vacation.

Potrero stay Feb 2023

Our stay in Jill’s rental was wonderful. The property is exactly as described. Her beautiful home was completely equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Views from the infinity pool were beyond spectacular. Had a couple of minor incidents during our stay but Tony from Krain management took care of things in less than 24hrs. Beaches are close by but so is the road and the traffic is very loud.

Lovely home close to amazing beaches

We stayed for a month and felt right at home in this well appointed town home. The rooms were large, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had just about everything you could need. We loved walking to the beaches and spent a lot of time at the pool enjoying the amazing views. The town of Potrero is lovely and within walking distance. We went several times a week to the bakery (El Patio Panaderia) and fruit stand (across from the square). Both were amazing! The only draw back is the busy road in front of the unit with lots of construction vehicles going by. We knew about this when we booked so it wasn't a surprise.

Great space and outstanding view

We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy the sunsets. The place suited just perfectly! We spent mornings and evening on the deck. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen to exceptionally well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. All three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Air conditioners worked well. We loved walking down to the beaches, through the area of local homes. We even ran into one of our tour guides who lived there.

Great Vacation Spot for Beach Lovers and Sunsets

We spent 2 weeks at Bella Vista Del Mar in Potrero. The view from the patio is unbelievable and we planned every evening to have a sunset cocktail and a front row seat to the spectacular sunset. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed during our stay. Beautiful pool area at the top of the hill with the best views of the coast, but it is a steep climb to get to the pool. There are plenty of restaurants in the Potrero, Surfside, Flamingo beach area within 10 minutes of the house. We loved all of the restaurant choices. when we return to Costa Rica we will definitely stay at Bella Vista Del Mar again.

Amazing property, great views, sounds of monkeys!!

What a wonderful property. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, but the views and wrap around deck with cover were amazing! Great local area, not touristy, but central enough for day trips and easy overnight trip inland to Arenal with cool mountain breezes. Perfect infinity pool and the most beautiful and I crowded white sand beach in the whole area just across the street, a 5 minute walk!! This place is perfect for lounging, cooking and enjoying the views after an active day or if it's rainy. Very private, no loud neighbors. The owners have made this a wonderful and comfortable space for guests. Highly recommend!

A lovely home with a magnificent view of the Pacific

This beautiful home offers many comforts and amenities. The kitchen was well-equipped. Dramatic views of the ocean could be seen from all parts of the house. The terrace was a great place to sit with a cold drink and watch the sunset. The photos depicting the facilities gave an honest picture of what was in store. The management company was helpful when needed, and the cleaning service was conscientious. Jill, one of the owners, was very helpful. A loose-leaf notebook with instructions and tips was much appreciated. I would recommend this home to friends.

Loved the Villa!

We had a wonderful stay in the Potrero villa! Location was a perfect base-camp for our trip to Costa Rica. The 2 beautiful beaches across the street though a quick forest trail were great. Mostly locals which we liked and Playa Penca was our favorite because it has a really calm surf coming in so it was perfect for our 4 year old son to enjoy. Potrero itself has good dining options and less busy than Tamarindo about 30 minutes away, which we also enjoyed. The Villa itself was spotless with 3 spacious bedrooms and beautiful ocean and mountain views. Kitchen had everything you’d need to cook at home and was well appointed. The biggest bonus was the infinity pool just above our villa with even better panoramic views. Security on site were also very friendly and helpful. Thanks a ton for a great vacation Jill, we will be back!!

We fell in love with this area of Costa Rica. We wanted a home on the ocean that had all the luxuries we are accustomed to in the United States but was located in a Costa Rica community so that we could continue to have authentic Costa Rican experiences. Wonderful place to get away from it all!
