Shalimar 5C har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten, komplementär WIFI, 55-tums platt skärm smart Roku-TV i vardagsrummet utrustat med DVD-spelare (kabel i vardagsrummet). Ytterligare smarta Roku-TV-apparater i varje sovrum. Great location, direct access to the beach, great beach view from balcony, we saw dolphins every morning. Walking distance to pier, grocery store and restaurants. Our new favorite place! We will definitely be back.

Condo had a good floor plan, great Balcony, with Wonderful Views. However, cleanliness was disappointing as we had to vacuum and mop as soon as we arrived! Afterwards, our overall stay was very enjoyable!!

The property was very dirty, the patio doors do not move easily at all, very dirty floors, feet sticking to the floor, mats are dirty, rug is dirty, mold in the bathrooms, dripping vents, pool dirty, outdoor furniture was nasty.

Wonderful oceanfront balcony

This was our 3rd stay at this property. Perfect location just steps from ocean. Quiet family side of beach. The balcony is amazing with great view of ocean. Kitchen well stocked. Decorated well. Beds are wonderful. Pet friendly. Lots of loungers by pool.great communication with owner

Great for Family & Pets

The property was as described online. It was very clean and furnished with everything that you need for a vacation at the beach down to the beach towels. The balcony is awesome, and we loved the rocking chairs. In a quiet neighborhood with close amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation

This condo was perfect! We absolutely loved the balcony. The view was great! Condo was very clean and smelled nice when we arrived. The only thing that was missing was a frying pan. Everything else was great!!!

Beautiful beach condo

We loved the location of the condo. Close to everything but far enough away to stay out of the crowds. We were there in February so North Myrtle was quiet-just the way we like it. Condo was clean and beautiful. Step outside and you are on the beautiful beach. Can not get any closer than that.

Great place to stay. Stayed at Shalmar about 25 years ago. Older but good shape and was taken care of. Maintenance repaired a toilet hole bracket in timely manner.

Nice place to stay

We loved our week at this condo. It was comfortable and felt like home! The place was nice. You could tell it was a bit older, but had several newer updates. The balcony and views from it was the best. My only complaint was that the outside table was partially broken and propped up by a chair, so only 2 of us could really sit there. It worked out though. The bed was comfortable. It was a great week and we would definitely go back.

Very nice condo

The condo is right on the beach with fantastic views. LInens were included, which was a bonus. Balcony furniture to sit and enjoy the view. It was March when we were here, so the pool wasn't open. We have stayed in other units in this building and have always been happy

Much Needed Sister Time at the Beach

My Sisters and I have been thru a hard few years, so we decided to spend some much needed time together. We were blessed to be able to get together in your beautiful condo which met our needs perfectly.We truly loved the huge balcony where we had our morning coffee as we watched the waves roll in and out only mere feet away. We did our reminiscing of years gone pass. God has blessed us to have this time together. And we are very thankful to have found your lovely condo to spend it.

Best oceanfront Balcony!

We stayed here several years ago and loved it so much we booked again this year. Great pet friendly location. Just steps from the ocean. Nice oceanfront pool. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. Kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking needs. The bed in the master bedroom was amazing. We slept so well. Our family had a great week. All linens were provided even beach towels. Highly recommend. The pool was never crowded and there were always lounge chairs available,

Great view

First time in Cherry Grove area, usually stay a little south. We booked this rental because it’s right on the beach. Our elderly parents could enjoy the beach view and sea breeze from the balcony. Was nice to be able to eat b’fast and lunch out on balcony while taking in the view. We even saw dolphins one day. Location was also good, surrounded by houses so less crowded on beach. (Maybe we just picked a good week?). Condo provided all the essentials. Beds were very comfortable. Not a new complex, few minor tweaks to unit would take it up to 5 stars. But we would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay

We have stayed in this building multiple times as the location is perfect for the Cherry Grove area and the views are great from the balcony. There are plenty of games, puzzles, and books supplied by the owner. The beach is steps away. Overall, I would rate our stay a 3.5 stars but that's not an option. The pictures are accurate and the condo is nice. We had a couple minor issues during our stay. For some reason the towels stock was limited (owner responded to this issue), the cable TV did not work at all, so plan to use your own apps if you have them, and the elevator stopped working for most of one day. The reaction time was good from the property manager when we highlighted these issues. My overall rating is based on the disappointment with the lack of resolution on the TV side (it was a big football weekend:)) and general feeling from the issues we experienced. I would consider this location again despite the issues.

Great family get-a-way!

Everything about this stay was easy! Communication from owners and check-in & check out were effortless. The condo is very-well appointed. When they say they have bath towels & beach towels - they mean it! We brought some of our own, but did not need them. Unit was very clean and comfortable. It really is just steps from the ocean, which is super convenient and makes 'beach-life' for the week very effortless. The ocean front balcony was a dream! Nice variety of furniture to relax in the shade and enjoy the ocean & beach view. One note for the master bedroom occupants is that the mattress is extremely soft. (maybe its a topper..we never checked) This is not a complaint, as it's really a matter of personal taste and the bed is 'comfy'. But if you prefer or need a semi-firm or firm mattress for your back, then this may not be the best room for you. Overall, it's a lovely beach-front condo with very nice amenities. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay.
