Hi Paul, thank you for staying with us and for the kind note. We’re glad you enjoyed the view. Happy New Year, and we hope to welcome you back to Miami Vacation Rentals soon!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the clean apartment, the views, and the location. I’m very sorry the pool schedule changed and there wasn’t additional outdoor seating during your stay, the reduced hours were due to building maintenance, and we regret the inconvenience. We’ve shared your comments with building management and will update our listing information to help set clearer expectations for future guests. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back.

Thank you for your feedback about your stay at Icon 4702. We’re very sorry your check-in was delayed and that the access code didn’t work — that fell short of our standards. We will review our keycode and check-in procedures to prevent this from happening again. We also apologize for the construction noise and vibration. The listing notes on-site construction, but it should have been clearer about the proximity and potential impact. We’ll update the listing and coordinate with our operations team to improve how we disclose and manage nearby work. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and regret that your stay was disrupted.

Thank you very much for your kind review, Austin! We are very happy you enjoyed the great views and awesome amenities. Unfortunately, the traffic can get busy in Brickell due to the central location. Regarding the construction, unfortunately, since these are private apartments, private units are allowed to have contractors from 9-5 pm. Nevertheless, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. It was a pleasure hosting you and we hope you'll give us another chance In the future. It was a pleasure hosting you.

Dear Suzanne, We are so happy that you enjoyed the pool and the wonderful views and amenities within your unit! We do apologize that you found the common areas more congested than you would like. Thank you for understanding that things like nearby construction and neighboring guests are outside of our control. I hope that you will be back to see us again, perhaps during a quieter time!
