Detta hus i hjärtat av Copake Lake har tillgång till vattnet. House är ett modernt nyrenoverat hem med smakfull dekor och komfort. Det finns ett sovrum på övre plan med en queen size-säng, en Master Suite med ett komplett badrum och queen size-säng i huvudnivån och en lägre nivå med två enkelsängar och en bäddsoffa. Det kan sova totalt 6 vuxna. Det finns en Weber kolgrill också tillgänglig för användning. 1G Fiber Internet fungerar bra med Apple TV i en Smart TV i vardagsrummet.

House har ett fullt utrustat kök med tallrikar, glas, redskap, mikrovågsugn, kastruller och krukor, kaffebryggare och glas.
Denna fastighet ligger 20 minuters bilresa från den pittoreska staden Great Barrington MA och Hudson NY. Det finns flera säsongsmässiga bondemarknader och gårdar till bordsrestauranger, välj din egen frukt och konst och kultur allt inom kort köravstånd. Copake Lake Golf and Country Club ligger en minuts bilresa från huset.
Huset har en brygga vid sjön en minuts promenad om du kan göra kajakpaddling, fiske eller båtliv. Sjön har ett företag som hyr Pontoons, kanoter och är ett populärt ställe för vattenskidåkning och vattenskidåkning.
På vintern ligger huset bara 10 minuters bilresa till Catamount Mountain Ski and Aerial Park och 30 minuter till Ski Butternut.
Ät utomhus på däck medan du njuter av bergen och solnedgången med vänner och familj eller njut av solnedgången på däck efter en dag med kul.

Naturligtvis är restaurangerna öppna, Triplex Cinema i Great Barrington visar första körning och klassiska filmer, konstgallerier och antikaffärer väntar på dig. Så mycket att göra och se.

Golf Holiday

Friends and I were in the area to play golf at local courses. House was as advertised, neat and clean and very close to the course. Would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving

Alex has a beautiful home. The property is lovely. The fireplace was terrific and the supply of wood ample and easily accessible. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to cook a beautiful Thanksgiving meal. We had a great time!

Relaxing stay

Perfect Lake House Getaway

My husband and I stayed for the weekend. We got to bring our dog too. It was perfect! Plenty of room, clean, very cute. Very close to the town of Hudson for food and drinks. The house overlooks the lake and it was quiet. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning. I’d come back in the winter to use the fireplace! Highly recommend!

Great place

The house was clean and well taken care of. Finding the driveway was difficult at night but the owner answered the phone and was very helpful with giving directions. Would stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

Super comfortable beds , kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and even bake a homemade pie from local apple orchards. Enjoyed the proximity to fun fall activities. Great for kids, families and friends.

Peaceful retreat!

The property is even better than the photos. Cozy, clean and spacious! The lake is a short walk away. Perfect location for daily walks with the dog. Owners are very responsive and friendly. It is a gorgeous area!

Lovely lake house!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Copake lake house for five nights. The location was perfect (it is basically as close to the lake as you can be, without being directly lakefront), and convenient to everything. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated and modern. Beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. Having access to a private dock was also a huge plus. The house was quite buggy when we first arrived, but it was right after a storm, and the host immediately sent someone to help address it. We also did not realize that the bedroom upstairs does not have a door, but it is still pretty private. Overall, this house exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend!

Lovely dog-friendly stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was a great size for the two of us and our two small dogs, spotless, and beautifully furnished. It was a bit chilly so we made use of the fireplace each night. During the day, we made day trips to Hudson, Catskill, Bash Bish falls and Great Barrington. The kitchen was really well stocked with every conceivable pot, pan and utensil which was great as we cooked every night. There is a nice master suite with full bath, as well as a half bath on the main floor. There are more beds upstairs and on the lower level, but no bathrooms there (just something to keep in mind if you plan on bringing a number of people). Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency, but we really enjoyed this home a lot and wish we could have stayed longer!

Lake house in Berkshires

The stay was very nice. House was well decorated and had everything we needed. Hosts were communicative as well. Only 2 things that were issues for us were the roads approaching the house; they’re not well maintained and are patchy gravel. Second was not knowing the nature of the rooms. The room with 2 twins was in a basement with a very low ceiling and no ac. The fan kept us cool so that was okay, but we were a tall group and it felt frustrating at times to be constantly ducking around. Otherwise, great place!

Pleasant stay

Unfortunately we didn’t arrive until almost 11pm, there were no outside lights on for us and we were unable to find the key. The host however did get right back to me and explained where the keys were. Not sure when the last time this home was rented but there were spiders and cobwebs everywhere, even a few tiny spiders in our beds. The place was very clean, however the linens didn’t smell fresh. Also did not realize that one of the bedrooms was in the basement, luckily we did not need it. When spending as much as we did you would think someone would have come out to the property before checking in to turn on some lights and give the place a quick once over, aka removing the cobwebs. There were plenty of amenities and the place was decorated very cute. It ended up being a warm weekend and the A/C worked great, just a bit noisy.

Fall weekend getaway

We had a lovely weekend at Alex's home. We had everything we needed as the house was well stocked. Alex was very quick to respond to all our inquiries! We loved the central location and the fireplace was perfect for the cool nights! We hiked, shopped and enjoyed the board games at night! Would recommend!

Our family had a lovely time at Alex's house. It was a base camp for hiking in nearby Taconic State Park and farther away Mt. Greylock. House has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Great Barrington and Hudson are nearby towns worth visiting.

Lovely lake

We enjoyed our stay in the house by the lake. Wood was provided for a beautiful fire in the fireplace. This made all the difference for a cozy afternoon. Everything seemed brand new, and the kitche was well equiped.

Me, long time in IT. She is in Hospital Admin. We we enjoy traveling and visiting with friends and relatives all over the US and overseas. We enjoy sharing our little piece of heaven when we can't be there so it maintains a living vibe.

This is a great place to decompress and have fun. Many activities abound and simple just chill reading a book or watching the sky. Nature and seasons are all unique and bring individual scents and light to the house as it is slightly above the lake and looking West

Having lake access is great but is is the location to many fun places like the golf club with restaurant and bar. Near historic sites and accessible to visitors from the Boston Area, NYC, and Western Connecticut.
