A casita on the outskirts of Andratx
Unfortunately no mention is made in the particulars of the significant early morning noise levels in close proximity to the bedroom window of the casita (the municipal bins are emptied at 7 am, and the workmen from the workshop, accompanied by their dogs yapping and barking, load their vans at 8 am). Nor do the particulars mention that the only access to the garden is via the road.
The casitia has been renovated to an exceptional standard, with original features being retained so far as possible, and enhancements made to turn it into an extremely comfortable and modern home in sympathy with its historical origins.
The property is incredibly well equipped for a rental property, probably the best I have ever come across; the furniture, the soft furnishings, the linens and the kitchen equipment provided are all top quality, with thoughtful basic provisions provided in addition.
The outside space is stunning and in an enviable position, the garden is beautifully maintained, as is the pool area, and the dining area with high quality furniture is delightful.
