Under det varmare vädret finns det flera levande musikevenemang, så det finns risk för brus. Det finns dock en stadsförordning att all musik måste sluta klockan 23.

Denna byggnad är över 100 år gammal och vi har vackert återställt den. Du hittar massor av charm med en modern stil! Vi har bevarat de ursprungliga tegelväggarna på loftet. Vi har mycket höga rengöringsstandarder, men du kan hitta det naturligt förekommande tegeldammet ibland. På loftet hittar du synliga balkar i taket och mycket karaktär i hela loftet.

Amazing place to stay!

The loft is absolutely perfect. My wife and I loved our stay. The host is great and communicated throughout our stay to make sure everything was as it should be. We will definitely be back. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bristol.

Fantastic!!

I felt like home the second I walked in the door. The condo was well-equipped. Everything I needed and more was there! The host was an absolute gem - I felt like I had so many questions and she was always so quick to respond. There was a handwritten welcome note on the counter… extra toiletries for anything forgotten… even umbrellas in case of rain (which we did need!). Everything was just so well thought out. The location was amazing. Just a quick walk around the building and you’re right there on Main Street with so many shops, bars, restaurants and things to do. We walked everywhere and loved every minute of it! We can’t wait to stay again.Thank you!!

Amazing!

We loved this loft! It was convenient to things to do on foot and a quick trip to Abingdon, Kingsport, and Johnson City! The hosts were accommodating and everything you could imagine needing was provided. We plan to make this an annual trip!

Family wedding

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The hosts were great & responded quickly. The loft was comfortable and homey. The location was within walking distance of restaurants & other venues. We would absolutely stay there again!!

Great stay!

Clean and convenient for our trip to visit family. Kitchen had necessary cookware I needed to cook meals and some nice additions such as spice, bottled water and a coffee bar. Very beautiful place, just as pictured.

Love this downtown Bristol property

I have stayed at Live like a local Loft three times now. I stayed in a different unit each time. The units are beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and provide the guest with everything they need in the kitchen and bath. You feel as if you are in your own home. Karen Hester is very responsive to all messages and is ready to make your stay as pleasant as all three of my stays have been. I will stay here every time I visit Bristol in the future.

Home away from home but nicer :)

This rental had everything we wanted & more. The owners gave so much attention to detail that there wasn’t anything that I reached for that wasn’t there. The location couldn’t be better for a stay in downtown Bristol, allowing you to walk to tons of restaurants & small business shopping. An example of attention to detail: sound machine & earplugs for sleeping, a ceiling fan but also a box fan available for comfort. It possibly has the best stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, the furniture is all in great shape & comfortable & the decor is very tastefully done, as well. We would, & already have, recommend this to anyone.

This spacious 2 BR loft is full of character and charm! Our Bordertown Loft is located in the heart of downtown Bristol VA/TN. Come relax, rest & renew, then discover our great downtown. Downtown Bristol is a vibrant place with lots of local restaurants, craft breweries, coffee shops, music venues & shopping. The coolest thing is that your loft is located above our ice cream and candy shop. Where we make the best homemade fudge EVER! Stop in for a free sample. Come let us pamper you!

Our downtown is very walkable. The loft is located in the heart of historic downtown Bristol. If you have your own vehicle we have a dedicated parking space during your stay. There is also Uber/Lyft service. There are rental cars available at the airport. We have limited bus transportation downtown.

Our loft is located on the second floor. Only 26 steps up to the Bordertown Loft.

During warmer weather months, there several live music events, so there is a potential for noise. However, there is a city ordinance that all music must end at 11pm.

This building is over 100 years old and we have beautifully restored it. You will find lots of charm with a modern flair! We have very high cleaning standards, but you may find the naturally occurring brick dust occasionally. In the loft you will find exposed ceiling beams and lots of character throughout.

We have several fitness centers nearby that offer daily rates.
