SOUNDFRONT Rodanthe - Cross of Honor Way. Vind- och vattensporterentusiaster noterar! Detta vackra hem har en privat strandpromenad som leder dig till din egen privata sandiga ljudstrand och lansering. Välj mellan fyra bekväma och varmt inredda sovrum. Ett drottning sovrum erbjuder tillgång till soundfront däck med ljudutsikt och privat badrum med dubbla fåfänga. Ett andra drottningssovrum och ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och uppsättning enkla våningssängar har vyer över ljudet, och delar ett gemensamt bad som också är där du hittar tvätten. Den översta kung sovrummet har egen ingång till det semi-privata badet och tillgång till havet däck med havsutsikt. Alla rum har egen TV. Två nivåer av däck har fantastisk utsikt över ljudet, och det österläge däck erbjuder också utsikt över havet! Njut av en lugnande blötläggning i badtunnan på medelstora däck medan du tittar på solen som går ner på ljudet. Det översta våningsdäcket erbjuder en skärmad veranda med härlig matsats som är perfekt för morgonkaffe. Det stora rummet är elegant inredda i ljusa och dämpade färger i havet, och koordinerar perfekt med utsikt över det blå vattnet som kommer in i rummet genom varje fönster. Koppla av framför TV: n med DVD-spelare och ett urval av filmer eller prata med slump när middagen tillagas i det närliggande köket. Alla bekvämligheter finns i det rymliga köket och matplatsen och frukostbaren erbjuder plats för gruppen. Everything was great except their building a bridge over the sound right in front of the house. Some noise comes with it!!

Beautiful Sound Views

The house had a nice layout and accommodated our family nicely. We do wish it provided more bath towels for guests. Additionally, we recommend the owners provide beach towels and chairs. The dryer didn’t work great either and it could be that the vent below wasn’t cleaned out.

The property is at a perfect location. The sound on one side and the ocean within walking distance. The house itself was not very clean and is need of some repairs. The front of the bathroom vanity was falling off. The bathroom vanity countertops looked like a bad diy gone wrong. The screen porch was in bad disrepair with sections of screen flapping and make shift door fasteners. When we arrived late their were no sheets on the beds (website said they were provided). The company was very nice though and gave us free towels to compensate. We had a great time and loved the location the house just needs a little TLC.

Misleading Description

The house itself is adorable and well taken care of but unfortunately there is a huge bridge that cuts off the view of the horizon being built.....and not only is the bridge a tremendous eye sore the noise from it being built goes on ALL DAY! The description writes of wonderful sound side views but it’s not true the bridge blocks your view of the horizon. You literally can’t see the sun going into the water at sunset because the bridge sets right at the level. The noise is literally so loud the house shakes from the construction. The construction goes on from Monday through Friday from 8am - 4:30pm.....I was so disappointed as the description did not mention anything except a “connecting jug handle” as if it was some small thing off in the distance. We spent a lot of money and literally had to figure out ways to avoid being at the house all day! Otherwise the noise literally gave me a headache....again there was no description even remotely close in the write up when we rented the house....nor did we receive an update to give us any expectation of this. We came to the beach to get away from the craziness of 2020 .....instead we rented a house with more craziness. I’m very disappointed in the rental company for not at least informing us to expect some (A LOT) of disruption. I will not rent this house again because of this experience nor would I encourage any one I know to do so.

bogus advertising

The house was advertised FALSELY! There is a major bridge construction in front of the house, been going on for 2.5 years, according to neighbors who lived next door. There was a nicely written description of a beautiful horseshoe bridge being built in the bay, but they did not accurately describe the enormous cranes, very loud machines that operated M-F morning to evening, there were NO PHOTOS of this large engineering project , only beautiful photos of the bay that were false! We will never go back there. When we arrived and called local realty company to express our displeasure, one person hung up on us!!!!! They offered us one free night in exchange for the "inconvenience!" They never should have listed this property nor rented it without photos, and claimed innocence of the problem because they printed the disclaimer of the "beautiful horseshoe bridge" being built. It was overpriced and tacky. Never again!!!!!!!!!!

This house is a perfect combination of access to the calm Sound waters and the active beach of the Atlantic. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Ample space for comfort and great views. We thoroughly enjoyed being together and relaxing after a stressful spring.
