No need to pack everything, you can buy the rest there!

Great Location

Our family enjoy our stay! Ocean front, perfect location to Surfside pier, restaurants and quick 5 min drive to Garden City pier. Condo had plenty of room for our family 7 to relax and enjoy our time together! Our host was very quick to reply and answer any questions! Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful trip and this condo is in the perfect location with restaurants and pier just blocks away! The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kiddos. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location and View

Place was very clean and is exactly as pictured! The view was perfect and loved spending the mornings and evenings on the lanai. Would definitely book this property again!

The host was too kind. I forgot to order sheets and towels but she sent her maid by to give me some at 8 p.m. will never forget this kindness. The rooms where A+ clean. Restaurants where close to property. Beach view was perfect. Would definitely stay here again

Best place we have ever stayed at!

This was an awesome vacation. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen. The view every morning was so beautiful. Our family loved it. My son left his phone at the condo and she made sure we got it back. Shipped it to us the same day we left. Will come back to this condo year after year.

Families first trip to the ocean!

We recently stayed at this beautiful, beachy, clean and comfortable condo for our children's first trip to the ocean. We had a fantastic time ! We all were very comfortable, we had great communication with Davina and couldn’t have been more pleased with the location, beach access or views. The deck was a perfect place for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Games, available dvds and amenities made were great for our kids rest time from endless hours in the beach. We will definitely be back!

Honest opinion pros and cons of this condo

The place has great views. Close to beach and shopping and restaurants. The condo was spacious. Sunrises beautiful pool was nice and close. Bathrooms and floors clean but the kitchen cabinets inside and out filthy.refrigerator was needed cleaned Mattress covers and couch covers were dirty. The door to deck was very hard to open and shut

Loved location

Great location, very roomy, and loved being close to the beach. The condo was very clean the only down fall was the drain in the front shower was very slow to drain so we avoided using the shower in that bathroom. I should have notified the owner the first day to have the issue addressed but we were fine using one shower. But the last day we were there the handle on the shower in the master bathroom was loose and when trying to pull the handle out to turn on the water on the entire handle disconnected. So we were.not able to use the shower in the master bathroom. I would highly recommend this rental property. The location was fabulous and the sunrise and sunset were amazing!

Nice but issues

The property was nice and the location was really good, but there were some things that should have been handled better. First, when we got there, we noticed there were no towels. I asked the owner and she said towels are not included. I hadn’t realized that so off to Wal-Mart for towels. Later, when getting ready for bed, we found there were no sheets or pillow cases. I looked at the listing again, and sure enough, it said it - literally the very last line of a long listing. I would expect that to be bolded, highlighted and reminded. Also, when I asked about towels, she should have said that sheets were also not included - since I obviously missed that - so I didn’t have to make a late run to Wal-Mart twice. During our stay they were painting the sidewalks - all the sidewalks that led to our unit. We had no way to get to our unit without walking in wet paint. The painters seemed shocked that we’d want to get to our unit. We had to maneuver through some bushes and walk in wet paint. And the painters said, be sure you don’t have dirt on your feet. Really? Very poorly planned. It was nice enough, but I don’t think I’d stay again due to these inconveniences. There are too many other good places from which to choose.

The property was accurately described in the listing. The view from the porch out onto the beach was excellent and a great place to wind down at the end of the day. There was ample parking available, and communication with the property manager was great. Check in was easy, and there were plenty of amenities either a short walk or drive away.

Our stay here in August 2025 was the perfect family vacation to end the summer! The condo was right on the beach with a great patio to sit and enjoy the view. The condo itself was very spacious and the 7 of us fit very comfortably. Along with being spacious, it was very clean with all kitchen items you would need and a washer / dryer. The property also had a great size pool that the kids loved, and the path to the beach was right off the pool. Being right on the beach allowed us to just go down each morning and set up our chairs before it got too crowded, however, the location is pretty quiet and didn't ever get that crowded anyway. The condo was about an 8 minute walk from the Surfside pier which is where the restaurants are so you don't have the drive anywhere if you don't want to. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again, we loved it! Perfect spot if you're looking for a quiet location for a family vacay with kids.

Great beach location. View was great but balcony was small with little shade. Pool looked bigger in pictures and had no shade (not until after 6pm) and only two tables to sit at with no umbrellas. Not a very clean place. Many roaches in kitchen at night. TVs outdated and run spectrum. Living room TV would go out most of time because HDMI ports busted. Balcony light didn’t work until we replaced the bulb. No ice maker. Sliding door to balcony in bad shape. Needs replaced. We paid for linens. Master in bed is an old spring mattress and very uncomfortable. Overall, I can go on and on but this place is nice location but it needs a lot improvements for the weekly asking price.

Unbeatable for a family!

We could not have been happier with this location for our family’s week at the beach! It is on the beach — so no schlepping from blocks away. We spent our mornings on the beach and explored in the afternoons, then some returned for sunset at the water’s edge. The home is exactly as described and it it lovely for a family like ours, with a teen who needed a bedroom and two younger children who LOVED the loft. Cannot say enough nice things. Pictures from the balcony, so the view is stunning!

Fantastic Property!

We had an amazing time here. The condo was situated quite literally on the beach with beach access right next to the building. The property itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could have needed. The host was responsive and incredibly kind. The location was quiet and felt super safe. 10/10!
