Vacker 4-Season House & Beach, fantastisk utsikt, Great Offseason priser!

Våra stora, nyrenoverade, B & B-liknande hus ligger på en kulle med utsikt över Keuka Lake med en fantastisk utsikt, särskilt vid solnedgången. Vi har 120 meter sjön framför med en stor privat strand med en brygga, bord, stolar och ett utmärkt badområde.

Vårt hus är bokat under sommaren. Vi har fem nätter tillgängliga från Labor Day 7 september för $ 1000 plus städavgift och 4% skatt. Vi har fortfarande ledig tid på hösten.

Huset är nästan 2.000 kvadratmeter. Vi lade två badrum samt en tvättstuga. Den mycket välutrustat kök är modernt med en ny diskmaskin samt ett UV vattenfilter och sophantering.

Vi erbjuder stora offseason priser för våra fyra-säsong hem. På hösten är helgerna $ 700 (plus städning / linneavgift och skatt). Midnatt nätter är $ 225. I slutet av hösten (efter 28 oktober) är helgerna 500 kronor. Midnatt nätter är $ 150. Från december till mars är helgerna bara 350 kronor. Midnatt nätter är bara $ 125.

Vi är nära många vingårdar, varav de flesta håller öppet på helgerna under vintern. På våren kan man ofta höra ljudet av bäcken som rinner vid kanten av vår egendom. På hösten, är färgen runt sjön spektakulära. På vintern har vårt hus central värme och en gas-brinnande spis i idet. Utsikten över våra nya bildfönster är fantastiskt. Vi är mindre än en timme från Bristol Mountain.

Från vårt veranda kan du njuta av den ständigt föränderliga ljus utanför sjön. Du kan gå eller cykla tillfartsväg framför vårt hus, kanske vandring upp en av raviner i bergen ovanför sjön, till en del extraordinära vattenfall. Du kan gå eller cykla leden som ansluter Keuka och Seneca sjöarna. Eller fisk - området nära vårt hus är känd som en av de bästa bass fiskeområdena i Finger Lakes.

Det finns tre bra storlek sovrum och två badrum på övervåningen, inklusive en 225 kvadratmeter sovrummet. Alla tre sovrummen har sjöutsikt samt luftkonditioneringar. Det finns en hel säng i ett, en drottning i den andra och två enkelsängar plus en hel futon i den tredje. Vi har två hopfällbara sängar plus många baby objekt såsom en Resesäng / bassinet.

Idet nere kan stängas och har ett nytt konvertibelt fullständig soffa. Det finns en ny toalett på första våningen.

Framsidan av huset är en täckt veranda med Adirondack stolar och en teak matbord. Det finns också en täckt STENPLATTA uteplats utanför uppfarten.

I had never been to the Finger Lakes Region of New York. The home had a wonderful view of Keuka Lake from the wide, comfortable porch. Plenty of space inside the house with 2 1/2 baths! The dock was great for swimming and there was plenty of wood nearby for an evening fire, with seating and a fire ring right next to the crystal clear water. And the night sky! Wow! Just beautiful!

We loved your home on the lake! It was well equipped with what we needed. Upstairs was a bit cold but easier to sleep cool. The dogs had a great time running in the yard. Loved the porch facing the lake. Nice sunsets!

Great location & lake view

We came up for the weekend for my husband's graduation from Cornell. The house had a great location, beautiful views of the lake, and had all we needed for a nice time away. It was also well located for winery hopping which we did on Sunday.

The house was pleasant though dated. Updates to towels and pillows would be helpful and since it is up for sale I suspect the next owners might do the enhancements. We enjoyed the porch especially at this time of the year.

The front porch overlooking the lake was so relaxing. Thank you for having dog gates we could put up so we could all enjoy the porch!The dogs loved swimming every day at the lake. The kitchen was super well stocked with spices, however it could use a couple new pans that don’t stick.

Our house is indeed older: it was one of the first houses built on the East Side of Keuka, perhaps as early as the 1840s. We've tried to update it while maintaining its great history. We've added two bathrooms and a laundry room, remodeled the kitchen, rebuilt the porch, installed new windows, replaced the ancient plaster and done major infrastructure work to keep it in good shape for another century. We haven't changed the location, which is indeed good!

Perfect place to stay!

This house was everything we needed and more! We loved the location and the ability to tie our boat to the dock. We utilized all the “extras” provided with this property too, from the pack n play crib to the dog gates! Definitely recommend this property for a group looking to relax at the lake!

One thing we've learned from decades of renting and now owning vacation rental houses is that perhaps the most important factor is whether the owner uses the house regularly. We do. We love the house and the area. We spend a lot of time at the house during the offseason, working on it and enjoying it. It's also a great place to write, which is part of my job.
When owners use a house for more than a week in the summer, they make sure the kitchen is well equipped. They make sure everything works and is comfortable. You don't want your sister-in-law complaining about the beds!
They also add to the house over time, as we have done even after the initial renovation. We love the land and we've spent tons of time getting it as beautiful as it is. There's more to do but it's been gratifying to see it come back to life over time.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We were introduced to Keuka Lake 20 years ago by friends in Rochester. We kept coming back. We bought this house with our friends because it had spectacular potential. Restoring this house -- built as early as the 1840s -- has been a ton of work, but worth it.
