Vacker 4-Season House & Beach, fantastisk utsikt, Great Offseason priser!

VÄra stora, nyrenoverade, B & B-liknande hus ligger pÄ en kulle med utsikt över Keuka Lake med en fantastisk utsikt, sÀrskilt vid solnedgÄngen. Vi har 120 meter sjön framför med en stor privat strand med en brygga, bord, stolar och ett utmÀrkt badomrÄde.

VÄrt hus Àr bokat under sommaren. Vi har fem nÀtter tillgÀngliga frÄn Labor Day 7 september för $ 1000 plus stÀdavgift och 4% skatt. Vi har fortfarande ledig tid pÄ hösten.

Huset Àr nÀstan 2.000 kvadratmeter. Vi lade tvÄ badrum samt en tvÀttstuga. Den mycket vÀlutrustat kök Àr modernt med en ny diskmaskin samt ett UV vattenfilter och sophantering.

Vi erbjuder stora offseason priser för vÄra fyra-sÀsong hem. PÄ hösten Àr helgerna $ 700 (plus stÀdning / linneavgift och skatt). Midnatt nÀtter Àr $ 225. I slutet av hösten (efter 28 oktober) Àr helgerna 500 kronor. Midnatt nÀtter Àr $ 150. FrÄn december till mars Àr helgerna bara 350 kronor. Midnatt nÀtter Àr bara $ 125.

Vi Àr nÀra mÄnga vingÄrdar, varav de flesta hÄller öppet pÄ helgerna under vintern. PÄ vÄren kan man ofta höra ljudet av bÀcken som rinner vid kanten av vÄr egendom. PÄ hösten, Àr fÀrgen runt sjön spektakulÀra. PÄ vintern har vÄrt hus central vÀrme och en gas-brinnande spis i idet. Utsikten över vÄra nya bildfönster Àr fantastiskt. Vi Àr mindre Àn en timme frÄn Bristol Mountain.

FrÄn vÄrt veranda kan du njuta av den stÀndigt förÀnderliga ljus utanför sjön. Du kan gÄ eller cykla tillfartsvÀg framför vÄrt hus, kanske vandring upp en av raviner i bergen ovanför sjön, till en del extraordinÀra vattenfall. Du kan gÄ eller cykla leden som ansluter Keuka och Seneca sjöarna. Eller fisk - omrÄdet nÀra vÄrt hus Àr kÀnd som en av de bÀsta bass fiskeomrÄdena i Finger Lakes.

Det finns tre bra storlek sovrum och tvÄ badrum pÄ övervÄningen, inklusive en 225 kvadratmeter sovrummet. Alla tre sovrummen har sjöutsikt samt luftkonditioneringar. Det finns en hel sÀng i ett, en drottning i den andra och tvÄ enkelsÀngar plus en hel futon i den tredje. Vi har tvÄ hopfÀllbara sÀngar plus mÄnga baby objekt sÄsom en ResesÀng / bassinet.

Idet nere kan stÀngas och har ett nytt konvertibelt fullstÀndig soffa. Det finns en ny toalett pÄ första vÄningen.

Framsidan av huset Àr en tÀckt veranda med Adirondack stolar och en teak matbord. Det finns ocksÄ en tÀckt STENPLATTA uteplats utanför uppfarten.

We loved your home on the lake! It was well equipped with what we needed. Upstairs was a bit cold but easier to sleep cool. The dogs had a great time running in the yard. Loved the porch facing the lake. Nice sunsets!

The house was pleasant though dated. Updates to towels and pillows would be helpful and since it is up for sale I suspect the next owners might do the enhancements. We enjoyed the porch especially at this time of the year.

The front porch overlooking the lake was so relaxing. Thank you for having dog gates we could put up so we could all enjoy the porch!The dogs loved swimming every day at the lake. The kitchen was super well stocked with spices, however it could use a couple new pans that don’t stick.

We came up for the weekend for my husband's graduation from Cornell. The house had a great location, beautiful views of the lake, and had all we needed for a nice time away. It was also well located for winery hopping which we did on Sunday.

Perfect place to stay!

This house was everything we needed and more! We loved the location and the ability to tie our boat to the dock. We utilized all the “extras” provided with this property too, from the pack n play crib to the dog gates! Definitely recommend this property for a group looking to relax at the lake!

Best beach ever

This house is great. The beach area and fire pit are like having a private campsite right on the lake. Fishing was superb and we brought in 6 different species (catch and release) mostly right off the dock or general beach area. Thanks for a great place

Amazing Views, Great Amenities, Awesome Stay!

We had an amazing long weekend at this property. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything that we needed. The view from the front porch was stunning and the water front beach was amazing as well. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the greatest but everything else about our stay was wonderful. Very close to wineries, breweries and distilleries. We had a fantastic stay.

Wonderful Property

This is a lovely property perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The views of the lake from the large porch are stunning. The house is nestled between numerous vineyards and distilleries, great for exploring. Tim was quick to answer any questions and provided clear instructions and notes for the home.

One thing we've learned from decades of renting and now owning vacation rental houses is that perhaps the most important factor is whether the owner uses the house regularly. We do. We love the house and the area. We spend a lot of time at the house during the offseason, working on it and enjoying it. It's also a great place to write, which is part of my job.
When owners use a house for more than a week in the summer, they make sure the kitchen is well equipped. They make sure everything works and is comfortable. You don't want your sister-in-law complaining about the beds!
They also add to the house over time, as we have done even after the initial renovation. We love the land and we've spent tons of time getting it as beautiful as it is. There's more to do but it's been gratifying to see it come back to life over time.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We were introduced to Keuka Lake 20 years ago by friends in Rochester. We kept coming back. We bought this house with our friends because it had spectacular potential. Restoring this house -- built as early as the 1840s -- has been a ton of work, but worth it.
