Garden Cottage 15 Freinds & Family Fun in the Sun! Beläget trädgårdssida i The Cottages på Jekyll Island Community, Jekyll Island: s främsta bostadsområde vid havet på norra ön. Detta 3 sovrum, 3. 5 badrum stadsbostad stil stuga erbjuder en rymlig öppen koncept planlösning med master svit (kung) på bottenvåningen. Rymligt master bad har klädkammare, dubbla fåfänga och stor duschkabin.
Köket är fullt utrustat med Bosch-apparater och Mr. Kaffebryggare. Matplats och extra sittplatser i en upphöjd bar gör det lätt att fånga en publik. Bekvämt vardagsrum med utdragbar soffa öppnar mot en skärm veranda och stor inhägnad uteplats med uteservering och eldstol. Efter första våningen ligger en tvätt- och pulverrum. Landning på andra våningen har en lounge, 2 sovrum med eget badrum (Queen & Queen w / trundle) Varje sovrum öppnar till en stor övre balkong med sittplatser. Efter avslutningen på andra våningen finns ett våningssäng med trille, sover 3 barn.
Enbilsgarage med eluttag, 3 vuxna cyklar, 1 barns cykel, strandcaddy, 2 strandstolar och strandleksaker.

PÅ HAVSHANTERING

Tillträde till stranden: Fortsättningen med staten Georgia's Jekyll Island Revetment Rehabilitation Project har resulterat i en tillfällig förlust av tillgång till stranden till vattnet längs vår strandlinje. Det finns fortfarande tillgång till högvattenstrand, vid landsbygden av klippet. Vi rekommenderar Driftwood Beach, som ligger norr om The Cottages eller bara några minuter söderut med bil till området Great Dunes Park.

Excellent stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a few days for our daughter’s gymnastics trip. Beautiful condo with great community. Golf cart was a bonus and so much fun as we traveled around the island.

Great place with slightly nosy neighbors

Place was great. Kids loved both porches and the golf cart was a huge hit! Tons of space and plenty of room for everyone so it never felt cramped.There was an issue with one of the neighbors reporting “cars parked in the grass” even though that wasn’t the case. With it being mostly retired folks, seems some of them would prefer to stir up drama instead of being polite or considerate.Despite that, we’d absolutely book again and the Parker group was great to work with!

Beautiful

A wonderful property in a great location. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Some of the kitchen items need replacing (cookie sheets), and it would have been helpful to have had a sponge or scouring pad, as well as a laundry basket. A box of tissues in the bathroom would be a nice touch in the future. Otherwise everything was perfect. We had a great time, enjoyed the beaches and all that Jekyll Island has to offer.

Great place to stay, Fun little Island

Very modern and clean, roomy with most everything you would expect. Getting around the Island is fun & the included golf cart was the highlight for many.

Fun and memorable stay!

We had a great stay here; our first time on the island! The cottage was very clean inside and out and spacious for the family. Easy walk to the beach and the pool. The pool was very clean as well. We enjoyed access to the electric cart and bikes. A couple of small maintenance issues we had were handled and fixed very promptly. The Cottage property is a beautiful place in general. We enjoyed it!

Absolutely amazing! They are clean and comfy! The air did not work when we first arrived but was fixed within 24 hours of us reporting it! Will come back!

Not enough room for full disclosure, but suffice to say when I asked for how to access the house, I received a bit of a snarky response that was not concise from Realtor. Not wanting trouble upon arrival, I emailed again for clarification. After not hearing anything for 24 hrs, I called and then received the info.

Great location, super nice house.

First off the house was so nice. Everything was very new and modern. Tons of space for everyone. Not only are there plenty of bedrooms there are just as many bathrooms which is a bonus. Quick 2 minute walk to the beach or to the club house. You can walk or ride bikes to driftwood beach. There’s a golf cart in garage for use. You do need to fill out paperwork and send copies of your insurance and id. They should update the notes in the book about that. Apparently it is in the initial info about the house online but I didn’t see it. So convenient to have this option. There’s a nice fire pit and grill out back so you can hangout at night. I would definitely return!!!

Wonderful stay, great location

We’ve been to Jekyll Island several times, and this location was our favorite! Easy access to beach and bike path. We cooked all of our meals here — great kitchen. The only thing we needed was a cookie sheet.
