Välkommen till Herons Watch Condo Unit 1304! Detta vackra 2 sovrum, 2 badrum ligger i Seagrove Beach utanför Floridas ikoniska 30A motorväg. Enheten är helt uppdaterad och är helt ny för hyror för 2019.

Denna fridfulla, tredje våningsändenhet är extremt tyst med vacker utsikt över Point Washington State Park. Njut av ditt morgonkaffe eller ett glas vin på kvällen och beundra det fantastiska vilda livet.

Stranden ligger mindre än en mil bort som går eller cyklar avstånd. Parkeringsplatsen ligger nära strandingången.

Vardagsrummet har gott om sittplatser och en helt ny stor smart-TV med kabel- och strömmningsfunktioner för din underhållning. Queen terapeutisk bäddsoffa finns också för gästerna.

Köket är fullt utrustat med en kaffebar med både en Keurig-maskin och en vanlig kaffebryggare. Kök med matplats och bar med plats för 6.

Sovrummet har en mycket bekväm queen size-säng, smart TV med kabel för att strömma favoritprogram och filmer. Det finns också ett skrivbord framför fönstret med en vacker utsikt. Sovrummet har eget badrum.

Best condo experience!

My wife and I had such a good time. The place was in such good condition and was decorated so nicely. This place was stocked and had everything you would possibly need. We will definitely be coming again!

Great Affordable Clean GET AWAY!

Everything from beginning to end was amazing. The location was right in the center things where Seaside and Rosemary were just minutes away of a short drive. It’s located right by one of the best restaurants with a coffee shop and other things nearby within walking distance The home was very clean And The check-in went smoothly and any questions we had were responded to quickly, very cute. Perfect for our family of four

Perfect Beach Condo!

Great stay at lovely condo

Our family of four had a fun week in Seagrove Beach. The condo is well-located for getting to other areas of 30a/groceries/bike riding the pathway. The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed for fun days at the beach and cooking at home. And, we really enjoyed the use of the bikes, including a fun ride to Rosemary Beach. The location was also great for getting out for treats and drinks and dinner at Old Florida Fish House.

Fantastic stay

This was a perfect property to stay at for my family. There was activities and stuff to do with in walking distance of the condo. The condo was well stocked and easy to live in for the week. The owner was pleasant to work with and enjoyed every minute.

Great location

Lots of things to do nearby and having the bikes makes it easy and fun to get around. You can pedal around to different shops or restaurants or explore different beach accesses. Overall a great spot for the price.

Spring Break Mother/Daughter Getaway

Came here with a friend and our two teen daughters for a short Spring Break getaway. The condo was perfectly sized and furnished for our group. We loved having the bikes easily available. Old Florida Fish House and the surrounding restaurants/retail are all you could want, with more just a short bike ride away. Love this place and really appreciate Christy's hospitality.

Great Location between Seaside and Rosemary Beach

Great Location, near great food. Would recommend Florida Fish House for dinner and piano bar entertainment that is walking distance, Steamboat Grill another hidden gem. Seaside court by food trucks are great. Condo is clean, very comfy bed, nice size kitchen, and owner is very quick to respond and is very helpful. Would stay again for sure. Only downside is no elevator. Great trip!

Wonderful Stay!

This is a great, affordable condo. Very clean, tons of beach gear and everything you need for your stay. Loved being right next door to the Old Florida Fish House! Beach is walkable, we usually went down early to set up chairs, etc. using a golf cart then walked down later. A little far from Seaside, but that's why you're getting an affordable price! Property owner was super nice and helpful.

Great Experience

The property was perfect and fit our needs. The owner was awesome! Great communication with the owner during our stay. We thought it was the perfect location on 30A. It was close enough, but far enough from all the highly congested areas on 30A. We would definitely stay at this property again if we go back.

Wish it was longer!

We had an amazing time at Christy’s condo and it was perfect. Well appointed, had everything we needed. Comfy beds, kitchen well equipped. Loved all the beach gear and saved us a lot of money from having to rent umbrellas and chairs. Went to Walton Dunes beach twice and up to Seaside once. Loved both beaches. Was so convenient to have the Old Florida fish house, Buddy’s seafood market and the Beachy Bean next door. Christy was very communicative and didn’t seem to mind answering my many questions. Would love to come back and stay longer next time!

Very comfortable and quiet third floor condo in gated community. Perfect location if you don’t mind walking to the beach or riding bikes which we loved! Clean and beautiful beach decor. Christy the host is very responsive to any questions.

Great little condo retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. Right next to the Old Fish House restaurant which was great! Close enough to Seaside to ride your bikes but far enough away to avoid all the crowds. Close to the beach. Would rent again!

As advertised!

The property was very nice, clean and as advertised. One minor observation was that while yes “3rd floor” was mentioned, it would have been nice to know that there was no elevator. Watching two (older) women lug two large suitcases up 3 flights (or 6 depending on how you count them) might have been amusing. In all seriousness it did make it challenging. Fortunately we don’t have any medical issues that would have caused problems.

Can’t say enough about this great property or it’s lovely owners. it is a quiet little haven on busy 30A. We had zero issues but a few questions about a nearby beach and such and the owners responded right away. So well appointed and super clean property. Thanks for a lovely, quiet spring break!

5-Star Condo, Owner, and Location!

This condo is beautiful! We absolutely loved our stay. You can see the owner's high standards for cleanliness in the way that this unit is cared for and decorated. It's in a super nice complex, walking distance from the best seafood restaurant on 30A, The Florida Fish House. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. She is very responsive and courteous. Can't say enough good things! Dead center between Destin and PCB, surrounded with countless fun activities!

loved every minute

This condo is awesome; everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach was provided. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and wagon! It was great to not have to pack things like that. Beach, great restaurants and shopping, groceries, etc are in close proximity. We cannot say enough good things to truly describe the home and location, much less the comfort and relaxation we enjoyed this week! Thank y’all so much for sharing your home with us!
