Good for a short stay

This home is about 4 miles from Scottsdale Road, so not in the thick of the nightlife. The home has everything you would need, although we couldn't get the fire pit to work (called the property mgr but they never came). It is a little dark inside the home and not quite enough lighting, but overall not a bad place.

Wonderful stay, true gem!

The owners of this home have spent a lot of time thinking about what vacationers may enjoy and it shows. The backyard amenities, the kitchen is fully stocked, there are nice little surprises throughout the home that make it feel really special, and the pool was the cleanest of any place we’ve ever stayed. There were a few minor issues like missing floor trim, broken screen door, and missing garage door opener, but this didn’t negatively impact our trip at all. We also would’ve liked to be able to adjust the ac lower than 74 because the master gets warmer than the other bedrooms, but I think we only noticed because the condo we came from was freezing at night, which we liked! Overall we loved staying and would stay again without hesitation!

Great house in a great location! Pool was clean and warm although we had to wrestle the bubble cover off when we got there. Unfortunately, the gas grill and gas fire pit did not seem to be in working order. We tried every possible thing we could think of to get both of them lit, I tried to call the Vacasa customer service line for help and was on hold for 26 minutes, never hearing a human voice. Very frustrating as we were all looking forward to grilling out and hanging together in the backyard.

Mixed Feelings

Nice property, but it needs TLC. The carpets and rugs had a musty smell and feeling, the kitchen needs a total redo, from the cabinets and floors to the items in the drawers and shelfs. The bathrooms were newer and modern, so 5 stars for the bathrooms, The bed sheets were very nice and they supplied ample amounts of pillows as I require at least 4 pillows for myself, thumbs up on the pillows, but the bed spread and pillow shams on the primary bedroom are in need of replacement with cleaner ones. It was great being able to park inside the garage , The washer and Dryer were a plus, unfortunately it rained during our visit over the New Year's Holiday so the pool and outside grill went unused. Overall it is a nice property in an older but quite neighborhood . Great Location in Scottsdale , close to shopping and restaurants..

Good Stay, But…

This house was in a great location. I always felt safe and comfortable. The house was laid out very well. Loved the pool!!! I would have given this house an overall 5 star if these things would have been addressed… The light/fan in ceiling in the master bedroom was broken. We needed an extension cord to use the lights outside. This was not provided. The grill turned on but didn’t get hot enough to cook. Before staying, I read previous reviews about the grill not working. I messaged Vacasa to make sure it would be fixed by our stay. They assured me it would. Lies! The hammock had broken ropes. When I did call Vacasa (for the grill), I was on hold for a half hour. There was no personal attention or acknowledgment. The water pressure in the master sink was horrible. Just know these things before you go!!! I am not sorry we stayed here, but I probably wouldn’t stay again. The company’s lack of availability is alarming to me.

Will Never Rent a House Managed by Vacasa Again

If we could give our experience zero stars, we would. Although the house and location are great, the experience we had with the management company, Vacasa of Arizona was the worst we have ever experienced. We booked the house for my birthday trip because of the wonderful grill and fire pit set up. Within an hour of check-in we realized neither the grill or fire pit were working. We immediately called the contact number for Vacasa, and after waiting on hold for a half hour, we finally talked to someone who said that the local manager would contact us that night or early the next morning to fix the issue. No one ever called us back or came by to fix it. We called four more times over the course of our stay and each time had to wait on hold to talk to someone, and each time no one ever called us back or fixed the issue. We spent several hours of the final day of our vacation having to haggle with multiple people to get what we viewed to be insufficient compensation. The icing on the cake was, after not getting anyone from Vacasa to respond to us, someone let themselves into the house a half hour before checkout on our final day to inspect the property. We will never be renting another property from Vacasa again.

Not as advertised

The pool was not heated after paying $25 extra, the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to the main tv. We spent $200 in food to enjoy the gas grill and both of the tanks were empty. The fire pit was our last hope and obviously didn’t work due to the absence of gas in both tanks. I reached out to Vacasa and haven’t heard anything back to find a way to resolve or refund us for the points we used and have heard nothing. I am so disappointed that we used 45,000 Wyndham Reward points for one night here as it was our last night in AZ.

Just a Few Issues

Loved that everything was new. Had a lot of privacy. Quiet neighborhood. Stepped on a screw in the master bedroom. Third bedroom had a doll under the bed. Had to wipe out cleaning residue from the over. Check out on 10/03/22 was 10:00 am, but the roofers showed up at 7:30 am! Not a nice way to part.

Amazing house

Extremely clean house, sparkling pool, really comfortable beds and cold ac. We would absolutely stay here again. Kids loved the pool the most. They had a brand new beautiful grill in back yard as well. Awesome, awesome, awesome.

Perfect Scottsdale retreat

Great house, tastefully decorated, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. I would have appreciated having a way to contact the owner/manager to ask a couple of questions once we arrived but it didn't detract from the experience. I'd definitely stay here again.

Golf getaway

Nice house great bedrooms. One of the bedrooms had a crack in the ceiling. Very warm in the house during the day called the property manager to try to cool it down and it never happened. Property manager said they would call back in 30 minutes which never happened. Pool was nice but the furniture was poor . Hammock had broken ropes. They only had one lounge that laid flat and that was broken.

Perfect for our needs

Our stay was only for two nights. We were in town for a specific purpose and didn't really spend any time at the house except for sleeping. However it was clean, well equipped and perfect for our needs.

Great location, great setup, would recommend!

Stayed here for a weekend to compete in the Spartan race. It was a good location, with lots of nearby restaurants, stores, and activities. Theres a bathroom for every bedroom, which made it very convenient. It was furnished well and had everything we need to have a fun weekend. The pool was a nice bonus and we were blessed with perfect weather. Would visit again.
