Misinformed
The bad- The add states a hot tub included but there was no hot tub on the property. When we arrived the yard was slightly overgrown. A portion of the fence was not secure and I had to use zip ties I had in my truck to secure the fence so our dogs would not escape. There was also broken glass and pieces of a aluminum can shredded in the yard I had to clean up before I allowed my pets to enter the yard. The inside of the house was tidy, but not deep cleaned. The baseboards were marked and we found hair from previous dogs around the house in various locations. The first hour or so we were on the property we used the cleaning supplies provided and cleaned the floors ourselves. There was also a open bottle of triple sec liquour left above the sink. This was not an issue but rather concerning being that the minimum age to rent was advertised as 18 years old. The screened in porch located in the rear of the side yard had several tears and was not secured to keep insects out. The master bathroom was also outdated. We used the downstairs bathroom for the entirety of our trip since it had been remodeled recently. Both vent fans in each bathroom sounded terrible and were not used. The utensils in the kitchen were somewhat organized but consisted of various different sets. It seemed as though we were the first guests this house had seen in a few months. The good- beach access, friendly neighbors, pets Ok, cleaning and feminine products supplied by owners.
