We loved our stay in Fraser and the condo and host were the absolute best. Tammy worked with us on being able to store mom’s scooter while we were there to keep it out of the elements. The condo was clean and the rooms were the perfect size for us. We really enjoyed the views from the condo and how quiet the neighborhood was. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Great condo close to many attractions

The property is in a small town, but close to attractions in Winter Park, and Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest. It is clean and roomy, and the hosts are great. I will definitely look to stay here again.

Checking in was a breeze, and the property itself was spacious and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, incredibly close to the Fraser tubing hill and just a short drive from Winter Park Resort. My only suggestion would be to provide more toiletries, as they were lacking during our stay. Otherwise, we had a great experience!

Great stay!

Our stay was great and the host was very responsive which was appreciated when we had a few last minute questions. Location was good with a short walk to the bus route to take us to Winter Park skiing. Having close proximity to Safeway was a bonus! The kitchen was stocked will all the essentials too!
