Njut av detta vackra 1300 kvadratmeter stora gästhem som är undanstoppat på en lyxig Sunnyvale-egendom Med direkt tillgång till motorvägen är vårt gästhem det perfekta läget för alla som behöver en kort 15 till 20 minuters bilresa till centrala Dallas eller omgivande attraktioner. Vårt gästhem har plats för fyra personer. Det finns en king size-säng i Master Suite samt en ny utdragbar soffa i queen-size i vardagsrummet. Det finns också en stor 7-soffa i Master Suite och soffan i standardstorlek i vardagsrummet. Allt i vårt gästhem är helt nytt och i orörd skick.

PLATS - Vårt gästhem ligger 20 minuter öster om Dallas Downtown på Hwy. 80 i Sunnyvale, TX. För kartläggningsändamål kan du gå in i Jot Em Down Store; vi är lite mer än 1/4 mil därifrån.

Förutom ett kök fullt utrustat med tallrikar och köksredskap finns en dubbelugn i full storlek, mikrovågsugn och 25 cu. ft kyl / frys. Det finns också ett tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Vi tillhandahåller toalettpapper, pappershanddukar, tvättbehov, badhanddukar och sängkläder.

Husdjur - På grund av en allvarlig husdjurallergi i vår familj är husdjur inte tillåtna.

INGEN PARTER - Vårt gästhem är för den specifika användningen som familj, vänner eller företagssamling. Detta är INTE ett ställe att vara värd för en fest för någon bortom de som bor i huset med dig. Alla människor ska vara över 25 år om de inte är en del av familjen.

PARKERING - Det finns parkering på plats för upp till fyra bilar vid vårt gästhem (parkering på väg är inte tillåten).

ELEKTRONIK - 50 "HD-TV med Fire TV Stick i vardagsrummet. 42" HD TV med Fire TV Stick i Master Suite. Båda TV-apparaterna har tillgång till AT&T TV Now, Netflix och många andra streamingapplikationer. Anniversary Escape

Yearly Vacation

I’ve been staying at VRBO’s since 2019 and I found this home the absolute best I’ve ever stayed at. The owners were amazing and made sure our stay was amazing. This was a great location. The home was well maintained and the bed was so comfortable. I would stay here every time I travel to Dallas.

Incredible stay. I do recommend this location for other travelers needing somewhere to rest!

Property owners were communicating both informatively and quickly, making sure that everything was okay during my stay. The property itself was easily accessible even in a private neighborhood setting. Place was clean, well stocked with various supplies, and being very close to some major roads was also a big plus.

Great Weekend Stay

We absolutely enjoyed staying here over Memorial Weekend. We were also in town for a high school graduation. The house had all the things we needed and more! The hosts have labeled and provided so much that it felt like staying at our own home. The king bed was SUPER comfy and I have never slept that good in a hotel! Will definitely look into staying here when we come back to visit family.

Little hidden gem

I loved the privacy the guest house had to offer. The door ways were wide and we had a washing machine. All the drawers were labeled, we could find everything very easily. The host was very responsive. Would stay again if needed.

Perfect home

We have been planning our trip for nine months and since then the host has been great at responding to all of our questions. We had no idea just how beautiful Sunnyvale is and how easy it is to get everywhere on our agenda. Coming from Vegas, being on this much land in the country has been a real treat. Beautiful home in the country, minutes from the city

The house was spacious and clean, with great views of grass and trees. The location was convenient to the highway, but felt like the countryside. Scott was quick to respond to the few qustions we had. Five stars all the way! A great value.

Excellent stay

Location was half way between my son's work and home, couldn't have been more perfect. The house was awesome, hot water was hot and water pressure was perfect. Incredible library and large, large living space. We will be staying more often as we look for our retirement home in the metroplex area. The pictures were perfect. What you see is what you get, absolutely wonderful.

Wonderful place!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property has all the luxury of our home. The owners allowed us our privacy but we knew they were available if needed. The location of this rental was convenient for our visits to Rowlett, Texas. This property offers easy access to major highways, yet you feel you are in the country. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. This property gets a 10+ out of 5.
