Detta mycket vÀlutrustade, 4000 kvadratmeter stora fritidshus i Lower Deer Valley Àr bekvÀmt belÀget bara en kvarts mil frÄn Deer Valley Main Lifts (Snow Park) och en och en halv mil frÄn Park City Mountain Ski Resort (Main St stadslift). Det finns en gratis pendeltrafik till Deer Valley och en kort promenad till den gratis stadsbussen som gÄr till Main Street. Hemmet har fem mycket vÀl inredda sovrum (tvÄ sovrum med king size-sÀngar, tvÄ sovrum med queen size-sÀngar, ett sovrum med tvÄ par vÄningssÀngar). Det finns tre fulla och tvÄ halva badrum. Hemmet rymmer lÀtt 12 personer.

Köket Àr fullt utrustat. Det Àr enkelt och inbjudande att förbereda allt frÄn en enkel frukost till en elegant middag. Du kan njuta av dina mÄltider runt det stora matbordet med plats för tolv personer.

Detta privata hem Àr fullt möblerat. Familjer kommer att njuta av High Definition-TV: er med DVD-skivor samt bordet för blandningsbord, fotbollsbord, spelbord (schack, kort eller roullette) och en Sony Playstation II. Det finns mÄnga spel, pussel, böcker och andra bekvÀmligheter för att underhÄlla alla Äldrar. Koppla av i slutet av dagen i den privata badtunna utomhus eller njut av den inomhus torra bastun. Bli mysig pÄ lÀdersofforna i vardagsrummet som ocksÄ har en automatisk spis.

Det stora sovrummet har en öppen spis och en separat sittgrupp med utsikt över bÄda skidorna. Det stora badrummet har en överdimensionerad jacuzzi. FrÄn badrummet Àr en stor klÀdkammare med en smink fÄfÀnga. Huset Àr utrustat med en heltids central luftfuktare för extra komfort.

Det finns ett andra sovrum som ocksÄ har en king size-sÀng, smink förfÀnglighet och en bubbelbadkar.

PÄ den lÀgre nivÄn finns ett "lerrum" med torktumlare för 12 par stövlar och handskar. Det överdimensionerade garage med tvÄ bilar ligger ocksÄ pÄ bottenvÄningen.

Very nice stay at this home. Wish the sauna worked and the sauté pans were not so scratched up on the bottoms.

Perfect Ski House

The property was everything we could have wanted. Ample space for the kids to run around. Open kitchen with a large island and plenty of room to get a lot of meals ready at the same time. Large relaxing common area for evenings. And the hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxation and recovery. Would absolutely recommend.

Exceptional house with ample room

We thoroughly enjoyed the house! The house offered plenty of room for our family of 4, my sister’s family of 4 and my mom. The Shuttle to the base for skiing was great.

Wonderful stay - beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time in Deer Valley. The home is gorgeous and has all the high end finishes and wonderful comforts. We had two young children (4 and 6) and the house was perfect, the bunk beds were a particular hit. Highly recommend!

Excellent Property, Excellent Location and Responsive Management

This house had all we needed for a wonderful ski vacation for our large family and friends. The location and use of the ski shuttle is fantastic just minutes from Deer Valley. The property managers were incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay. The bunk room for the kids is great, two washers and dryers is so helpful for a ski vacation!

Deer Valley home feedback

Our stay was lovely at this home. The property managers were very attentive and addressed issues promptly as they came up and were very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this home as it was great for a big group, very comfortable and in a great location.

well located, great experience

We had a great time in Deer Valley - the house is perfect for a large group, we had three families gathered under one roof and we were not short on space. The kids stayed entertained with the hot tub, the shuffleboard, and especially the foosball table. Simon and Tabitha, the house care takers, were great and easily reachable. Location wise, it is just a short drive to the parking lots. Thank you for a great stay!

Great House

Ten members of my family thoroughly enjoyed the house. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and organized. The very well equipped kitchen and huge dining room table gave us the opportunity to relax and reconnect. I look forward to returning.

Wonderful Family Ski Vacation

The house is perfect! It was the most well-appointed rental home we’ve stayed in. The kids appreciated the foosball game, shuffleboard Table, and selection of board games. The house slept our party of 12 (8 adults, 4 kids) so comfortably we didn’t want to leave. Enough plates and glasses for everyone, and any kitchen gadget you would hope for. The free shuttle to the slopes made mornings super easy. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great house in a great location!

We were three families sharing the house. Upon arrival, we found that this spacious accommodation was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The games, puzzles, shuffleboard table and fussball kept us entertained. The Deer Valley Signature shuttle picked us up directly in front of the house and returned us to the same spot after three great days of skiing. The Brass Tag restaurant just down the street is a good place for a quick meal, and the adjacent mini-store has a small supply of ‘staples’ like wine and cheese. Would highly recommend staying here!

Awesome Deer Valley House

We have rented many places in DV but this one checks all the 5 Star boxes! The house is newly renovated with top quality furniture, appliances, TV’s, etc. Very comfortable. Amenities like sauna, hot tub, foosball, shuffle board, 2 laundry area’s and being on the FREE shuttle that stops at the front door ( think FREE UBER). The managers Tabitha and Simon were very helpful before we arrived providing all the necessary information as well as reminding us of things like garbage day, etc. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Renovated Retreat

This property is pristine. We’ve stayed in many rental properties over the years, but this was by far the finest. It felt like we were staying in someone’s beautiful home rather than a rental property. Not only is it beautiful, it’s spotless. Whoever cleans does a wonderful job! The kitchen is well stocked and the living room is a large, wonderful gathering place. The game tables kept my family busy for hours! The master bedroom is beautiful and large and the other guest rooms with attached bathrooms give people privacy. This home is beautifully decorated and in a perfect location for skiing at Deer Valley and Park City. We appreciate the owners and their attention to detail.

Our only issues were the garage door opener didn't work, and neither did the fireplace. The managers of the home promptly sent someone to fix both things. Garage door opener was fixed, but the fireplace never worked as it was supposed to.

The most amazing vacation!!

If you are looking for a family house that checks ALL the boxes, look no further! Not only is this home incredibly spacious with room for the whole extended family (we had 6 adults and 3 kids/tweens and had room to spare!), but it is beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The gathering areas are perfect for families: the extra long dining room table easily sat 9, the extra large L-shaped couch was perfect for movie nights, and the two game tables were used for many fun family competitions. Not only that, but there were actually enough bathrooms for everyone, which is always a consideration when traveling with a large group. Having full access to the two car garage was such a wonderful addition, as we had three cars coming from various locations. The smaller details (heated floors, walk-in pantry, soft linens, humidifiers in rooms, easy-close lid on the hot tub... I could go on and on) made this one of the best vacation rentals in which I have had the pleasure of staying. Our ages ranged from 7 to 77, and everyone loved it equally! In addition the actual home, the location was perfect! Taking the shuttle to the Deer Valley ski resort couldn't have been easier, and the instructions left on how to download the app were incredibly simple and straightforward. It was also less than a 10 minute drive into town, even in the snow. Lastly, communications with Tabitha and Simon were incredibly fast, helpful, and kind. They were a pleasure to work with!

Beautiful Home

We rented this lovely home for our two daughters and families over the Christmas holiday. We were greeted by lots of snow which set the perfect tone for the holiday. The highlight of the trip was the sleigh ride followed by dinner at Cena, a fine restaurant which is kid friendly. Delicious food. The home allowed us to spread out over 3 levels without feeling crowded. The kids in the group loved the game tables, games and books. So many that we did not get through them all. We were surprised by supplies such as ample TP, paper towels, shampoo, soap and lotion in all the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and spices. There were ample dishes and glassware for our family of 12. As far as the location, it was perfect. There is a shuttle which takes people to the slopes less than a mile away. There is ample shopping two miles away. Lots of grocery choices. All one really needs to do is buy personal grocery items, the rest is provided. Simon and Tabitha were super helpful along the way answering all of our questions. I wrote a more basic review as far as the amenities. Location of rooms can be seen on the website. We will definitely return.

Summer in Utah

As Summer travels go and renting a property this was a true delights. Property was clean actually spotless. All the amenities were there fresh clean towels nice soft sheets everything was top notch. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody. Host were very helpful we had one little problem getting in and they came over instantly and got us in right away. Again I would recommend this property to anybody.
