Helt ny på hyresmarknaden, är Limelight Cottage en pittoresk 1943 Blue Ridge stuga! Ner en lugn gata, 1 kvarter från restaurangen Black Sheep. Bara en kort promenad till centrum av Blue Ridge med den roliga atmosfären av butiker, barer, restauranger och mer! Bekvämt beläget till andra områden i norra Georgia berg som Aska, Lake Blue Ridge och McCaysville. Bara en kort bilresa till Tri-State-området, Horseshoe Bend Park, Toccoa River, Harrahs Cherokee Valley River Casino och många fruktträdgårdar och vingårdar. Så många roliga aktiviteter att gå till: Escape Blue Ridge, The Art Center, Blue Ridge Scenic Railway och mycket mer! Hemmet är helt uppdaterat och renoverat. Två master sviter: ett kung sovrum med badrum (dusch) och ett drottning sovrum med badrum (badkar / dusch combo). Kan eventuellt sova ytterligare barn i vardagsrummet, om du tar med din egen luftmadrass eller om någon vill sova i soffan (inte en utdragning). Verandan erbjuder en avkopplande sittgrupp att sitta och prata medan uteplatsen har gott om sittplatser runt eldstaden. Helt uppdaterat kök, inklusive Keurig för kaffe, så glöm inte dina skidor! We loved the cottage! Great location to everything. The cottage had every amenity we needed and was so clean. I especially loved the “Fall” seasonal decor as an added touch. Tiffany was a super host and communicated with me so well. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in Blue Ridge. Kathy M.

The cottage was lovely, with up to dare amenities. Communication with Tiffany was excellent. You could mention the steep climb. We had to park in town to avoid it.

I really liked this property. The location was the only drawback as there wasn't exactly a straightforward way to walk downtown on a sidewalk and there was a fair amount of light at night from the government building across the street. Overall though it wasn't bad at all location wise, and this is out of the owner's control. Also be prepared for a bit of a hill to walk up and down.It was well stocked with essentials, but the ice maker had some issues so we had to either buy ice or make some which wasn't ideal, but certainly not a dealbreaker. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms functional. The outside sitting are was quite nice and parking was a breeze. Parking alone is essential if you are going downtown or taking the train.The AC did run a little warm and the "house rules" book indicates to keep it so, but otherwise not a problem.In the end it was a great stay and I hope to be back. I would recommend it to others.

Limelight Cottage is as pretty inside as it is outside. Top notch furnishings and kitchen appointments. Beautiful grounds. Its also thoughtfully stocked. We found everything needed for a marshmallow roast, a bundle of firewood, enough deck chairs for everyone to enjoy the back patio. There was ice in the freezer, a stocked Keurig and needed trash bags, various detergents and soaps. Communication with the owner was instantaneous! We found issue with a kitchen chair, sent pics to Tiffany and got an immediate response which was much appreciated. We spent a morning at Mercier Orchards, enjoyed treats at Bigfoot Biscuits, Door Dashed dinner from Royal Waffle King, raided Sweet Shoppe of the South and dined at an original Pizza Hut. During an evening walk we met Sheriffs Deputies at shift change. They posed for pictures with my granddaughter and asked if we were on the North Georgia Prison Tour! Wonderful, hard working souls!Downside includes the hills that made walking a real challenge for all of us - no matter the age. And parking in Blue Ridge is horribly expensive - 20 in one lot! 10 in another. But now we know and will be better prepared for a return visit.Thank you one and all!

everything was good except the bathroom floors were not clean. a suggestion to save on toilet paper would be adding some Kleenex boxes. and, for us older ones, handicapped bars by the tub and shower would be helpful. we were very pleased with the location and all the amenities. highly recommend the house. thank you.

Loved Limelight Cottage

We loved everything about this cottage! The only problem we had was that our stay was too short. We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect location. Short walk into town, the restaurants and shops. The cottage is very clean, welcoming and comfortable. We will be back for a longer stay. Thank you for hosting us!

We currently live outside of Atlanta but our daughter and her family moved up this way about 5 years ago. We wanted to get something that would be convenient to visit with them but also somewhere we would enjoy coming, just the two of us. So, we went looking and bought this home in June after it was renovated by the seller. We were looking for a vacation rental for us to come and stay occasionally but also for others to enjoy. We were originally looking for a cabin, but when we came across this home, with its many conveniences, we decided to go for the downtown living atmosphere and we're so glad we did! The best of both worlds, being in the mountains but also the atmosphere of small city living and all it has to offer!

We've set this property up to be a simple getaway for both us and our guests to enjoy. Not too much frill, but a relaxing stay none-the-less. Its convenient location is great for walking or driving, everything is only a short distance away!

We love this home because of the cottage charm, with the barn door, the beams and the open floor plan. So much character in a small area! We decorated the bedrooms with unique themes, both classic and modern at the same time. The outside fire pit and the quiet street, it's so relaxing and a great getaway, yet so close to all the action!
