The place was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. It was a bit of a hike to downtown and to the mountain but the buses run frequently and there is a stop right at the building.

Perfect Location

Great location and place to stay. Very close to the free bus and convenient to downtown Breck. Super easy access to peaks 7 and 8 as well. The place itself was perfect and clean for our needs!!

The trails behind the property were excellent. Overall, a nice place to stay at a good price. Toaster didn't work properly, and the shower seriously needs a handheld high pressure shower head.

Great location, cozy place.

We stayed here for a ski trip and loved the location. The bus stop was like 100 feet from the door and it takes you anywhere you need to go for free. We also thought the unit was very clean and well-kept. I'd definitely stay here again if it was available.

Great cozy Getaway

The apartment was very clean and perfect for our snowboarding trip. Easy access to peak 7 & 8 using the free shuttle and the stop is footsteps away. Great kitchen with everything needed to cook. If your trip is strictly to snowboard or ski this is the place to rent.

We liked that the property was on the shuttle route. The master room bed was comfortable. Could use some more lighting in the kitchen. We did get splinters from the cedar walls, so be careful.

Simple Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came with extended family and just needed a simple place to stay so we could enjoy some outdoor time. The apartment was clean and everything worked properly, except the couch bed was broken, but the management company dropped off an air mattress for us to use. It IS worth noting that this spot isn't appropriate for people with limited mobility or in wheelchairs. The bunks are also rail-less, as you can see in the photos, so not appropriate for small children either.

Great location, property has some work

Overall, our experience with the property managed by Summit Mountain Rentals through VRBO was mixed. While the management team was extremely attentive and responsive to our concerns, the property itself left much to be desired. One of the major issues we encountered was with the outdated bathroom, which could pose a significant challenge for the advertised capacity of accommodating eight adults. Additionally, the kitchen equipment was mismatched and in need of updating, requiring us to request new pans and deal with a malfunctioning oven that was substituted with a toaster oven, which was not ideal. On a positive note, the bedrooms were satisfactory, and the property's location on the shuttle route was convenient. Furthermore, the interior decor was appealing, providing a pleasant atmosphere during our stay. However, for a prolonged stay, improvements beyond sleeping arrangements and location would be necessary to enhance the overall guest experience. With some updates and attention to detail, this property has the potential to provide a very enjoyable stay for future guests.

The bunk bed room was excessively hot. Proper ventilation required opening windows, which was not a viable or safe option for my children.Sleep deprivation and safety concerns. The toaster produced electrical short-circuit noises; the blender emitted a burnt rubber smell upon use.Fire hazard and inability to use basic amenities. The couch and recliner had an unbearable, deep-seated odor.Inability to use common area furniture.General interior was severely outdated and poorly maintained.Overall poor experience and lack of value.Due to the accumulation of these issues, our stay was highly uncomfortable. The lack of functional kitchen appliances and the sanitation issues with the furniture were particularly disappointing. Furthermore, the mismatch between the advertised capacity (8 guests) and the reality of a single bathroom made the daily logistics nearly impossible.

Perfect place for Breck ski trip

The condo was perfectly equipped and excellently located for access to the mountain. I would highly recommend for any one looking for a quality reasonably priced accommodations at Breckenridge.
