Njut av morgonkaffe eller eftermiddagste i denna charmiga 850sf källarsvit i ett historiskt Charlotte-område. Jjust gångavstånd till Symphony Park och Southpark Mall. Stora ställen att äta / dricka runt omkring. Sitta i svingen och titta på fåglarna & ekorrarna spela i Brier Creek på baksidan, eller äta frukost under täckt däck. Privat ingång och stängd från huvudhuset. Drottning sovrum, bifogat badrum, vardagsrum och tvättstuga. Spela shuffleboard, spela ett brädspel eller titta på Netflix på den mysiga soffan vid spisen. Full sprängmadrass tillgänglig på begäran. Liten frig / frys, diskbänk, mikrovågsugn etc. Fullt badrum öppnar upp till det privata sovrummet och till det stora vardagsrummet. Fullt tvättstuga som du kan använda.

Helt färdig källare med en promenad ut täckt uteplats där du kan njuta av grillning medan du har utsikt över Brier Creek. Detta är ett trevligt hus med två våningar. Vi bor på övervåningen och har blockerat ett helt separat utrymme för din integritet. Observera att du kanske hör oss springa runt eller komma in / ut ur garaget.

Bakgården är alltid i blom och vacker. Mycket fredlig miljö. Välkommen att tvätta och torka dina kläder i tvättstugan. Du kan begära att jag ska tända gasspisen och spela brädspel på det stora soffbordet eller titta på en film på Netflix. Bra WiFi-signal.

Du kommer att kunna komma åt hela källaren med din egen nyckel. Ingången är på baksidan av huset. Du kan parkera utanför och gå nerför uppfarten (ganska brant!) runt ryggen (porten är öppen), eller dra tillbaka tillbaka för att parkera under däck vid källarens ingång. Var försiktig om du drar runt när porten är smal. Också försiktigt dra in och ut ur uppfarten eftersom det finns en ganska stor dropoff ... bara gå långsamt. Dörren till åtkomst övervåningen är låst.

Jag lämnar vägbeskrivningar för att få åtkomst till nycklarna och ger dig kontaktinformationen för den person som ska hantera listan för mig.

Låt mig veta om du behöver den fullständiga sprängmadrassen, kornhålssatsen eller eldspilotus tänd. Netflix på Apple TV och Chromecast eller Firestick tillgängligt (på begäran). Brandsläckare finns under handfat på badrummet.

Dubbel cul-de-sac street, lugnt område, som backar upp till Brier Creek. Grannar är vänliga och umgänge, och alla går med sina hundar i grannskapet.

Quaint Charlotte retreat!

Wonderful stay!

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood. SouthPark shopping is a few minutes by car and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. The host (Drew) dropped by to say hello and we had a great conversation. I recommend this property!

We stayed here for an event at Bank of America Stadium. Great location- close to uptown without being in the “middle” of traffic and noise. Host was friendly & gives detailed instructions for stay. We had to leave very early in the morning and was relieved to read check out procedures were very minimal.

Superb Property

This is an excellent property in a very nice area of Charlotte. As a single woman, I felt extremely safe, which is very important to me. The host is extremely accommodating and responsive, everything I needed was supplied and the space was quiet, clean, and cozy. I highly recommend this property.

Great Place Tucked Away in the City

This was just the right place for us. We were in town for a NFL game and the property is less than 15 minutes from the stadium downtown. We will stay here again. The guest suite was awesome and Drew was great to work with too!

Excellent location and host. Outstanding communication with us the entire time to see if we needed anything. Location is perfect. Close to restaurants, shopping and Uptown Charlotte. Comfortable bed. You will enjoy the setting which backs up to creek.

Cozy and secluded in an awesome area of Charlotte

A perfect hideaway peacefully situated next to a wooded creek in a neighborhood that has easy access to the best of South Park. I recommend Undercurrent Coffee which is a little bit of a drive but goes through Queens, which is a nice stretch of road. Would recommend staying here.

Charlotte stay - early June 2024

This property was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood is lovely, there’s plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable, and the gardenias by the driveway smell glorious! The host was detailed with the check-in/check-out process, and they checked on us throughout our stay. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet them, but they were very easy to reach, if we had a question. We highly recommend this property.

Couldn’t ask for better

We have stayed many places and this was perfect. Normally I do pros and cons as everyone has them. This stay was all pros however. Clean, dark bedroom, nice neighborhood, convenient location. Drew was very accommodating and anything you need was available. I enjoyed morning coffee on the swing while listening to the birds. Thank you.
