Privat ingÄng och stÀngd frÄn huvudhuset. Drottning sovrum, bifogat badrum, vardagsrum och tvÀttstuga. Spela shuffleboard, spela ett brÀdspel eller titta pÄ Netflix pÄ den mysiga soffan vid spisen. BakgÄrden Àr alltid i blom och vacker. Mycket fredlig miljö. VÀlkommen att tvÀtta och torka dina klÀder i tvÀttstugan. Du kan begÀra att jag ska tÀnda gasspisen och spela brÀdspel pÄ det stora soffbordet eller titta pÄ en film pÄ Netflix. Bra WiFi-signal.

Du kommer att kunna komma Ät hela kÀllaren med din egen nyckel. IngÄngen Àr pÄ baksidan av huset. Du kan parkera utanför och gÄ nerför uppfarten (ganska brant!) runt ryggen (porten Àr öppen), eller dra tillbaka tillbaka för att parkera under dÀck vid kÀllarens ingÄng. Var försiktig om du drar runt nÀr porten Àr smal. OcksÄ försiktigt dra in och ut ur uppfarten eftersom det finns en ganska stor dropoff ... bara gÄ lÄngsamt. Quaint Charlotte retreat!

Great place for a couple’s retreat! Clean, neat, and Drew was very responsive to all our questions and requests. Wonderful fireplace! Special treat that location offers quick and easy access to mid-town bike trails!

Quick work trip

Drew was so polite and helpful during my short stay. Very cozy location! My only feedback is that it would be nice to add more lighting. Other than that, great space and loved the fireplace.

Cozy quick stay

Our stay was great! Drew was very friendly and the space was very comfortable. Loved having the fireplace and shuffleboard. One thing to watch out for - our GPS took us to the wrong location at first. There are 2 places with the same address about 7 min apart. After we figured that out we didn't have any issues and had a lovely stay. Definitely recommend!

Nice place to stay while working in Charlotte

The company I work for was flooded during hurricane helene. Stayed here for a week while now working in Charlotte. Everything was as described and I found the couch very comfortable. I worked long hours so I didn't see around the area much as it was dark but my husband said it was a very nice neighborhood. Drew was always responsive and helpful. The bed was decent especially for people with bad backs. It had everything we needed overal for our stay :-). I am also sure if there was something we needed Drew would have accomidated.

Wonderful stay!

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood. SouthPark shopping is a few minutes by car and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. The host (Drew) dropped by to say hello and we had a great conversation. I recommend this property!

We stayed here for an event at Bank of America Stadium. Great location- close to uptown without being in the “middle” of traffic and noise. Host was friendly & gives detailed instructions for stay. We had to leave very early in the morning and was relieved to read check out procedures were very minimal.

Superb Property

This is an excellent property in a very nice area of Charlotte. As a single woman, I felt extremely safe, which is very important to me. The host is extremely accommodating and responsive, everything I needed was supplied and the space was quiet, clean, and cozy. I highly recommend this property.

Quick visit for some quiet time

Very nice place very clean. Great host. I had a difficult time with the lockbox but host contacted a super nice nice neighbor who helped out. A few suggestions would be nice to have had a hair dryer, and rather than a toaster an air fryer combo unit would be welcome. Host had some very nice touches with extra toiletries in the bathroom. Full Legntb mirror would have been welcome too but not a huge issue

Couldn’t ask for better

We have stayed many places and this was perfect. Normally I do pros and cons as everyone has them. This stay was all pros however. Clean, dark bedroom, nice neighborhood, convenient location. Drew was very accommodating and anything you need was available. I enjoyed morning coffee on the swing while listening to the birds. Thank you.

Charlotte stay - early June 2024

This property was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood is lovely, there’s plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable, and the gardenias by the driveway smell glorious! The host was detailed with the check-in/check-out process, and they checked on us throughout our stay. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet them, but they were very easy to reach, if we had a question. We highly recommend this property.

Great place!

My husband and I stayed at this property for one night while we were in town for a concert. The location was perfect and in a very nice area. The place was very clean and the hosts were great. I highly recommend staying here if you are headed to Charlotte.

Cozy private basement

Excellent location and host. Outstanding communication with us the entire time to see if we needed anything. Location is perfect. Close to restaurants, shopping and Uptown Charlotte. Comfortable bed. You will enjoy the setting which backs up to creek.

Great Place Tucked Away in the City

This was just the right place for us. We were in town for a NFL game and the property is less than 15 minutes from the stadium downtown. We will stay here again. The guest suite was awesome and Drew was great to work with too!

Tucked away haven

Perfect location for us. We were able to walk to shops and the care center we visited a family member in. This was a huge plus when our rental car didn't pan out. The setup is roomy clean and cozy. The owner was very resonsive during the whole process. We love the idea of renting from an owner as opposed to a corporation. And it's a beautiful neighborhood. A great experience. We hope to be back.
