Rymligt, charmigt, uppdaterat hus med en avkopplande trädgård i ett lugnt område. Centralt beläget mellan vita sandstränder och vackra strandpromenad i centrala Sankt Petersburg. Vårt hus har 2 fullt möblerade sovrum och 2 badrum, ett rymligt vardagsrum och ett extra utrymme för förvaring. Den har också ett lysande kök som öppnar mot trädgården och ett tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Från vårt hus kan du gå till Starbucks (5 kvarter), till den berömda hälsokostbutiken Earth's Origins och till Walgreens bland andra butiker. Det är 7 minuter från den enda köpcentret i Saint Pete, "Tyrone Square Mall", där du kan handla på Macy's, Victoria Secret, H & M bland andra populära varumärken. Du kan också cykla längs den unika Pinellas Trail direkt och komma till Saint Pete centrum på 37 minuter! Vi erbjuder en cykel. Världsberömda Treasure Island (3 miles) och avslappnad St. Pete Beach (4 miles) har skrytta av orörda vatten, unika restauranger och familjevänliga attraktioner.

Great property and location!

We had a wonderful stay in this neat, clean and spacious home! Check-in was easy, the home is so nicely decorated, and it has just about everything you would need. The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed to contact him. The location is perfect for going anywhere in St. Pete. We definitely want to stay here again!

Great house!

I felt at home right away! The house was just as advertised. Very spacious and because I was traveling for work, I really enjoyed the office space. Great kitchen, an adorable backyard, quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Very clean and functional house

The house is tidy, clean, all the attractions and shops are easy to reach.We had a problem finding it in the evening, as GPS brought us to the different address. It was impossible to reach anyone to find the property. Fortunately, a passing person helped us.

A wonderful place to stay!

My husband and another couple came to St. Petersburg for a conference and this property was a great place to stay. The house is very clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware, and utensils. There was even a cute little squirrel who played in the backyard and kept us entertained while we were sitting at the kitchen table. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in St. Petersburg.

St. Petersburg in March

We were very happy with our stay. The house was in a great location, on a nice street. It was close to St. Pete Beach, and downtown St Pete. The backyard was private with a comfortable table and chairs to enjoy the sun. The house was comfortable. I would go back to this house for sure!! Highly recommend……. :)

A week in St. Pete

The home was very warm & welcoming…..just as if you were in your own home…..the backyard was great to sit and have our morning coffee and a few dinners as well….One morning the IBIS birds visited the backyard…sooo cool Since we love the beach….The location is minutes from St. Pete beach, Treasure Island……we felt very safe in the surrounding area……would definitely rent this home again

Our house is located in the heart of Saint Pete, very close to the beach and also a straight shot to downtown with a great variety of dining options and fun for all ages. The neighborhood is biking friendly and there are several shops within walking distance. Tyrone Mall is 5 minutes away by car, it is the only mall in the city and has lots of renowned brands and also a variety of restaurants.

It is a quiet neighborhood, our house is beautiful and very spacious. The location is perfect for friends and families who want to enjoy different attractions in this area. The beach is only 8 minutes away by car, the city center is located 4.5 miles down the street, you don't even have to turn! My house also has an easy access to US 275 if you want to explore Tampa and its attractions.
